Staff are friendly and kind. They truly love their residents and treat them like family. The various departments work together as a cohesive team. Residents are well cared for in a home like environment.

I would highly recommend the community. It's very clean and the staff and care partners are very friendly.

Cascade Trails Senior Living is a beautiful facility. But what happens inside makes it truly beautiful—a welcoming environment where all are treated with respect, loving care, and regard for the uniqueness of each person. I am so grateful that I can call Cascade Senior Living my new “home”.

It is a very welcoming environment and most of the caregivers are top notch. The only complaint I really have is the weekends are always understaffed. The apartments are all VERY nice and the balcony apartments do not cost any more than window ones. My Mom has a balcony and we put a screen door on it and she keeps her door open all the time.

The memory care staff here is great, hard working and understanding of the difficulties of both the resident and their family's difficulty to adapt to a new environment. The operation staff is also very accommodating to the residents' families.

My family and I came to a time in our lives that our Dad had to leave his home because it had come to a point where it was too much for him to not only take care of the house but of himself as well. My Mom had passed away in 2013. My Dad was doing the best he could do without his soul mate being there but as the years flew by Dad just became overwhelmed with the entire situation as it was. Dad at first was very scared and upset when he arrived at Danbury; but because of the wonderful,caring and sympathetic staff he adjusted over time. Dad has been at the Danbury in Cuyahoga Falls for 4 years and he has thrived there. Everyone loves Dad and he has nothing but great things to say about everyone there. It truly has been a blessing to my family. Couldn't have found a better fit for my Dad.

When you have a parent in assisted living you are naturally concerned about there well being. At Danbury in Cuyahoga Falls I am at ease knowing they have a great and caring staff that put the residence first. Could not be happier.

I moved here two months ago! Everyone is so warm and welcoming - a family atmosphere. The staff is terrific seeing to our every need before we even know what we need. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Place To Call Home! Very convenient location- near all sorts of stores, pharmacies, hospital and restaurants. Even hotels in the area for family visiting !

Our experience with StoryPoint was very pleasant and enhanced by the friendly staff and family-type atmosphere, and the variety of indoor/outdoor venues, activities, events, outings and celebrations in which residents and their families may engage to meet their social, spiritual, physical, and mental well-being. Even more impressive; 1). the StoryPoint staff involvement and interactions with the residents, 2).the safety features and maintenance of same for the residents' protection and 3). the Ambassadors of StoryPoint (seasoned and outgoing residents who assist new ones with transitions). Unexpected, however, in keeping with Storypoint excellence was the initiation of therapeutic services during the respite and calls to assist and insure preparations for leaving were complete , including care providers and the transitioning of therapy services. I really appreciate the invitation for Mother to return should the occasion arises to do so!

Woodlawn has been such a great place for my dad

We are so happy living here. From our arrival, last November, until now, we have not regretted the move. The residents made us feel welcomed, from day one. The staff could not have been more helpful, with any one of our needs. They were always there to help us, and to make sure things were done to our liking. Our 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious, and pleasing. We thought after selling our home we would feel cramped moving into a smaller place. But, we are totally comfortable with our new space. Every week we are given a schedule of all the wonderful activities offered, plus one monthly, so we can see what is being planned ahead. It has been a wonderful experience for us. We are looking forward to our second year here with the many friends we have made.

We needed to find a place for mom that was going to be safe for her and that we as a family were happy with. The staff is outstanding. We have been here for over a year and they have been very helpful and so supportive of our whole family, Mom is well taken care of and the staff is very compassionate to her situation and needs.

Every Staff member we have worked with has been awesome. Their compassion, patience, and genuine caring is apparent every day. The care has exceeded our expectations. The facility is peaceful, and comfortable, exactly what we wished it to be.

The team at Crestwood truly are amazing. Dad loves the food variety and the quality of the food. He's always talking about how great the food is. He often mentions how clean they keep his room and [name removed] is always mentioned as helping him out all the time. Finally the activities are great. Every day there are multiple activities for them to do and the posting of photos on Facebook helps those of us that cannot visit regularly. We see the smiling faces every day! Thank you!

My life partner [name removed] and I have been residents at SP Chesterfield since it opened over 5 years ago, The move was major life decision and for us the correct one. All the mgt and staff are wonderful and have the residents best interest and safety as a priority. Happy hour is always a big event good entertainment and cocktails 2 waffles Wed fills the bistro with a great bake and comparable with residents and staff. A word must be said about dinner again great staff, The young teen servers are a joy to me! it must be pointed out that the meal are always good. Some better than others. Mostly because of personal taste what she always says at the forum "I'm glad I don't have to look anymore - on that subject, I feel the monthly forum is extremely important" & the staff do an outstanding job of giving us updated information and answering questions. I do feel that corp should make visits so perhaps attending a forum. One important note -Storypoint Chesterfield

Almost everyone on the staff was very friendly. The most excellent staffer is no longer there. The meals are a 10 - they helped make Dad something he could eat. After Dad passed, we had to call for way too long to get our money back; this took months and needs to improve.

The employee are cheerful, caring and willing to step up to any job that needs attention. I've seen the bldg mgr vacuuming the front areas and adjoining corridors ! I feel fortunate to be here.

The staff is warm and caring, which gives us residents a reason to smile and feel well cared for. Our daughter shopped the available 6 faculties and considered IVGL the best available to meet our needs and they were spot on.

When realizing my dad needed memory care there was no other choice for us than Independence Village. The staff are the most wonderful people. They made the transaction for us, and especially my dad, so easy. His time here has been great and I know he's in great hands!
