Seached several facilities but felt this was the best. We feel so relieved to have my Mother there...and it is such a nice place to visit. The food is really good and readily available. The facility is nicely decorated...and fresh...smells and looks clean.

Came in from out of town to see my grandparents. They are very happy and the place is well kept with nice staff. It was so nice seeing my grandparents in such high spirits they had nothing but good words about the facility.

A Place for Mom has been a true blessing for our family. I would rate all a 5. We were very happy with all aspects of Danbury in Tallmadge. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was cheery and felt safe. We did not worry about her being there alone

All 5s, it has been a great experience so far. The staff are all very friendly. My dad tells us "this is a good place and I'm happy here. That of course is so important to us. The food is usually very good and the people working there are good at making sure that he has everything he needs. They know what he can and can't have. As far as cleaning of the apartment for the resident. I should have only given a 4. They definitely could do a better job and not so much turnover.

My mother moved into Danbury about two months ago and she loves the community. She engages in many of the activities they offer; card games, gardening, bingo, social hour and the outings. She has met many new friends to talk with and learn from. The people that work at Danbury are very friendly and accommodating. When she needs something done in her apt it is done quickly. We are glad that our mother is happy there and thriving because she is engaged. Thank you for taking such good care of her and giving her family peace of mind.

The staff and residents are what make StoryPoint Gahanna a nice place. They are very welcoming. The price is steep. They do offer a lot. Though I think for independent living, it is kind of high.

My sister works in activities there. I have seen her with people that live there and it is clear that she truly loves them. She found her calling here. the place is clean and my parent said the food it good. I think my sister is happy to work here.

Beautiful building, very kind staff, residents are happy and staff interact with residents. Spacious apartments for a great price. Multiple courtyards to enjoy the outside weather. Management is present and follows up with any questions or concerns. Life enrichment outings, activities and community events.

Hi there! Our mother is 96-years young now and has been with the caregiver team in Avon Lake for 8 years and counting. Mom's health is excellent and her nurse practitioner is so happy to see that she is well cared for, so are we! The community has such a passion for elder care and I know when I leave, mom is with some of the kindest and gentle hands. She visits the hair salon on a weekly basis, her nails are painted at Tuesday afternoon's coffee hour, the movies and social events are well attended and let's not forget the church services and visits from members of the cloth! Mom's apartment is spacious and always clean, laundry is folded, the sheets are crisp, the bed is made daily and her bathroom hygeine is second to none, maintenance work orders are promptly addressed. There is a sense of community when you walk in the door, it's the positive energy that surrounds life at Independence Village. We are so fortunate to have a place for mom that we can call home, she is safe and happy!

Glen Oaks specializes in Alzheimer's Care and there is a definite difference between the care he is getting now which is Alzheimer's specific. If your loved one has Alzheimer's don't be fooled into just choosing a place called "Memory Care" because they are not capable of dealing with an Alzheimer's patient.

Me and my husband moved have to this Storypoint residence last [date removed] and since we been living here [name removed] our coordinator and staff has been very caring and attentive to all out needs plus its been very wonderful living here even our neighbors are very caring.

When I found Storypoint, I was desperate to find an independent living community. Storypoint offered everything I was looking for a community. It is quiet and restful the meal are good. The place is kept exceptionally clean. There are activities and day trips. Great place for the handicapped.

I love living here at SP. I feel safe, cared for and loved. Our staff are kind and considerate. Our chef [name removed] is the best. [name removed] out executive, director is kind, compassionate and caring. Love, love, love SP.

My experience at IV Pella has been fruitful and healing. The atmosphere here created by the wellness staff, the admin. staff and the other residents is fun, warm and nourishing in many ways. I am thankful to be here.

It's been a pleasure. We didn't know what would happen. [name removed] needs more care and they included me. They get to know you and everyone name. You can always stop and talk very friendly; always someone to give you a hug.

I have observed and been treated kindly and respectfully by all SP staff. The facility is beautifully maintained and team members appear to genuinely care for the residents. Only area of difficulty has been with the land nurse from Corsco Care (currently on leave) Difficulty includes poor communication and coordination skills.

I am very satisfied, everything is perfect. Love the community, activities are well planned and fun and I enjoy everything about Independence Village Pella

The telephone system- actually speaking with a particular staff member was a bit difficult when a message was left. The director was willing to work with the challenge of Dad's behavioral situation; helping Dad to receive professional assistance.
