We have lived in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment for almost 2 years, and have enjoyed our times with the staff and other residents at meal times and during the activities provided here.

I'm very pleased with my decision to use this facility. The employees are wonderful, the activities good and the building and communities are excellent.

Great staff and great programs offered at Provision Living at Fenton. The room sizes in memory care are appropriate for one person. They also have a large common area. I would recommend this facility without any reservations.

We are very happy with Story Point as our selection for our family member. We think she is adjusting to her new environment very nicely. It was a very hard decision to move to assisted living and our experience has made that much easier.

The entire staff at Provisions Living were extremely professional and friendly. In addition the sales director [name removed] went above and beyond to make the process easy and pleasant! My spouse is no longer there as I felt she was doing well enough to come home and so far I've been able to take care of her myself.

My mother-in-law has been very pleased with the care she received. The meals were good as reported by her and my brother-in-law facilities are Clean and the staff is caring. She has made a few friends in the short time she has been there

Gone are nights of lying awake weighing the safety/health of my parents against their happiness/freedom! They haven’t second guessed the wisdom of their choice of an Independent Living apartment. They sleep well and are comfortable in their spacious new home. I hear about their new friends, both residents and staff. Dad recently told his doctor that he would rather have stayed on the farm, but this is exactly where they should be at this life stage. They love the meal per day that is included and rave about the quality, taste and variety. I love that they are guaranteed a healthy meal and social interaction each day. The flexibility of choosing which meal to eat on the spur of the moment allows them more freedom. The number and variety of activities is staggering. I find myself looking at the options and wishing I could tag along! After each visit, I thank God that Independence Village provides increased safety/health while actually improving my parents’ happiness/freedom!

Candlestone is a smaller facility that was perfect for my very private parents. Everyone we came in contact with was very supportive, friendly and caring. We would highly recommend Candlestone.

My family and I were concerned that our dad would not like the facility, but this was the first place we looked at and not even 15 minutes of walking around my dad said this is it. No need to look at any other places. He loves StoryPoint

Storypoint Waterville has been phenomenal. The facility is clean, beautiful and well appointed. And my parents love the food! I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They made a difficult transition go very well, especially when we needed to move my mom into memory care. You truly feel like they have your parents best interest at heart. I highly recommend.

I was reluctant to use them because I wanted to research online first and not be “sold” on a place for my mother in law. So happy I did because there was ZERO selling, only helpful information. After entering some of the info I was looking for online, I received a call and explained where I was at in the process and how I expected her to help me. She provided information about multiple places that fit my profile, including price estimates and amenities and even offered to help me book tours. My mother in law fell in love with the first place and we dealt directly with the facility to finish the process.

My stay here has been very good. The help has been tremendous in helping me with my issues. So far no complaints. Administration has been very helpful.

I have been here 5 years, All of the help has been very good with things being done and great follow up. The location is perfect being next door to the hospital and doctors offices. The chef makes my breakfast to order and the food is tasty. These is always entertainment so much so it is hard to fit it all in. I would definitely recommend Ludington Woods as my family is very to have found this place.
