Staff are always kind and courteous, taking the time to provide empathetic and detailed assistance to Mom, showing how much they care. I would say Bayfield is a first class place. Very happy with every aspect. The caring staff was wonderful. They helped my Mom achieve her goal to go home. But I would also say the cost is not sustainable for long. For what my Mother needed at the time, it was wonderful. We could go to sleep at night knowing that if she needed something someone was there for her. Caring people that did their best.

StoryPoint Group is an excellent company to work for and therefore my husband & I wouldn’t want my mother-in-law [name removed] to live anywhere else. I thought Mommy was an introvert until she moved to StoryPoint Pickerington with the help of [removed] Home Care last July. This move allowed her to maintain her independence with the help of [removed] Home Care on staff 24 hours a day. Mommy is thriving in a safe and loving environment. My husband and I tell Mommy she has a more active social calendar than us. We enjoy spending time with Mommy, her neighbors and their families. Chef [name removed], [name removed] and the culinary team do an excellent job for special occasions, family celebrations and loving on her daily. Thanks for all you do every minute of every day!!!
