I have been here almost 2 years. I have been comfortable and enjoy the activities provided. Meals are sometimes not what I think of as dinner. But have other choices!

The staff is very very great! The residents are very happy. I have many friends. You never hear bad language. Activities are very good.

Nice surroundings. Staff is very friendly & accommodating. Caregiving was exceptional! Apartments are a nice size and very pleasant. Dining experiences often asked about in an effort to please & accommodate dietary needs. Residents are friendly and I'm happy to call this home.

We are lucky to be here. The entire staff recognize our growing needs before we do and respond.

If you sing, garden, travel, write, come here. 1. This is a place for young active folk. Great place for active men. 2. Great place for active people that like to do stuff. 3. Come early to enjoy life.

Dining - positive changes, staff improved. The food description doesn't match actual food. Communication between sales and ambassadors could improve.

Caregivers do a great job of helping us get through tough times. Staff is very flexible in their services around my time frames. Would like more menu options at meal times, but dining experience is amazing. I was part of the chimes and loved the experience of playing for others.

I play cards, games, bingo! Everything is right here for me. I have made so many good friends here. Personal trainer is wonderful. He tapes my legs every day and applies ointment to help me with my arthritis. I would recommend this place to anyone. I love volleyball here.

Communications should be clearer. We see new faces and we would like to know who they are (dining services). New menu is great. Happy or not is wonderful. Last night I was happy as we were pleased with the food.

Late stage Alzheimer's is a terrible disease robbing those who have the disease the ability to function without 24x7 care. This facility is great and the staff very caring for all patients. While the cost is high, the care is there and great.

StoryPoint Chesterson is pricey but they are happy there. They are close to me, they do their physical therapy in the building, food is good and people are nice. We would recommend the community to other families who may be looking for a place for their loved ones.

I love it here.

My loved one has lived here for 2 years and has had nothing but a pleasant, safe and friendly experience! The staff is attentive, professional, friendly and always willing to do everything they can do to make the stay here so easy and they are always willing to help out in any way they can. The setting and the grounds in the Southwick community is so peaceful and picturesque. I would gladly recommend this community thus five star rating!

We found the staff to be very friendly and courteous. The food was very good!

They responded quickly and treated us well, taking us through a FaceTime tour. The cost was about the same as Mom had been paying.

I love Independence Village of Carmel! Good atmosphere, pleasant staff, great food, good interactions between Assisted Living and Independent Living. The rooms are spacious and the one bedrooms even include a washer and dryer. Everything has been absolutely great for my loved one here! I would definitely recommend Independence Village of Carmel to others!

This is a great community. The staff is very informative and helpful. I had a good experience all my questions were answered and the team makes you feel welcome. I will definitely refer people to this community.Very beautiful layout and a lot of fun things for the clients to do. Thank you for all you do.

The staff at this location are not only very professional they are also empathetic with all the residents and visitors they encounter i couldn’t wish for a better place to be cared for. The cleanliness of the community is amazing and the meals are just delicious, and they have really nice activities. We think the overall value of the community is excellent. We really like the attentiveness of all the staff members there, and also the resident's they are all so very kind to our loved one.

I had a six week respit stay and enjoyed it very much. The facility is lovely and well maintained. The caregivers were skilled and compassionate. The food was resteraunt.quality. My one bedroom unit was spacious. Activities go on all day, 7 days a week. If i ever need assisted living permanently. this is where i will go.
