Like apartment space. Nice area to walk halls room to a do a mile or whatever distance. Love outside area ponds grass ducks turtles. Only do diabetic diets. I have friends with other special diet need!!!! There are residents that have dogs and the resident are unable to pick of poop. So employees do it but that takes away from other duties. Scooters a problem none scooter residents have been injured. Scooters back into, or run into tablets pushing them into non scooter residents. Needs to have the policy enforced But I still like it here. There were problems when I lived at home!!!

We had a rocky start when my Dad first moved in due to a misunderstanding on their part regarding cost of move and date. The Executive Director did straighten this out for us and eventually everything leveled off. My Dad has since come to really enjoy his apartment and the staff at Winslow Court. The activities are good, although since COVID there are not any field trips out of the facility. They recently got a hairdresser on site which is a huge plus, and they do have a meal planning committee to help change up the food choices. There has been a couple of rent increases over the past year due to inflation we have to pay. Also staffing shortages can be an issue, but I noticed they do try very hard to fill the positions quickly.

The attitude toward the residents from the caregivers is very cheerful and caring and they take the time to learn the peoples names. I just think this team is impressive. I like my apartment and the food is very good.

This has been a great experience for our family and my loved one. The staff is very polite and kind to the residents and family. They are available when we need them to answer questions, or when our loved one needs something.

We toured Southgate Senior Living and it was ok/good. The friendliness was okay. The cleanliness was great. However, we didn't get any warm fuzzy feelings from this facility.

The staff are great and very helpful. We also really like that the room has a kitchenette. We would recommend the North Star community to other families based on the experience we have had so far .

The memory care unit was great. However my father was there only a month before he passed.

One thing that was not completely clear is that there are different costs to the different views and parts of the building. I wish their sales presentation mentioned that. So make sure to ask about the exact cost and variance in cost of different rooms in the facility, because there are minor differences. Overall I've found the staff to be generally attentive. And they seem to have a lot of activities for their residents.

My sister really liked the layout of the rooms here. This probably would have been her first choice, but they did not have any vacancy. It was a very nice place, but it was all carpeted which we did not like. The sales lady was very friendly. Apparently this is a very highly recommended facility and from what we heard the food is to die for.

The cleanliness, and friendliness is pretty good. They have a lot of activities. It's a nice facility. They need to improve on management. They have really good caregivers but there is issues with the management. The house cleaning staff is good.

One thing we really appreciated was the excellent meals the chef always cooked - everyone said when you ate in the dining hall it was excellent. However there is a new company in and while the dining staff are staying there will be a new chef so hopefully the excellent food continued. Based on our experience we would recommend The Springs of Scottsdale to other families.

I toured this community, it was our second choice. I'd say it's a good choice for starting out in Assisted Living. It's more affordable that some others in the area. They don't have a Memory Care unit, which we knew our loved one would need in the future. There also seemed to be a bit of a power struggle between our tour guide and management.

We had a very nice tour experience with Broadway Proper. The reason we did not choose this facility was because the location was further from family and also the price was higher.

The staff is fantastic. They truly seem to care about the residents and have been extremely accommodating. I would recommend Lakewood Reserve to other families.

The care was very good. [name removed] the wellness director was phenomenal. The billing and business management/financial end was inefficient, it was one mistake after the other. My advice to others would be to keep on top of that. Overall I would recommend Pacifica Senior Living San Martin to other families.

We do not have anything really to compare the value to but overall we do think it is good. We do think the food has a reasonable palate for senior citizens. Our loved one has not been the most receptive going to the activities but what she has done she really has enjoyed. We would have families consider this community for their loved ones has it really depends on their level of needs and care.

Living at Sandia Vista has been good. There are numerous activities available, and you can participate in as many or as few as you like. The apartments are comfortable with thermostats in each unit so that you do not have to rely on someone else to be comfortable. Wi Fi is available & free. Basic cable TV is free also. Nutritious meals are served with generous time periods in the dining room, & room service is available (for a small charge, or free for those who are ill). Basic housekeeping is provided free of charge & free clothes washers & dryers are available. This a gated community, but the residents are free to come & go as they choose.

The staff is just fantastic and based on our experience we would recommend The Forum at Tucson community to other families.

It's a more modern community. They had more activities to offer. The rooms were really nice also.

I like the community. The apartment is very roomy with a walk-in closest with a full size fridge. I am disappointed the time to get housekeeping established on a regular basis. At first I don't feel the staff were checking on my loved one as often as they should have. The communication with the staff can be hard to get a follow up with the family's questions or concerns. There could be some renovations to update the carpet in the community. There are three meals a day and choices for the residents to choose from. The residents have the choice to make food in their apartment or have the meals in their apartment as well.
