Mom is enjoying it there. She has made friends and is doing well! The facility is very clean, the staff are friendly, and they have lots of activities for the residents.

Friendly Helpful Care about there tenants . Make sure you you all are communicating with your tenants, Especially front desk and when something comes for a tenant they need to know it's at front desk. I would also tell him that you could have a little bit more of a variety in the cafeteria. I will also let them know that the place is well-maintained and kept clean and always looks nice and there's always something going on that keeps everyone busy. Your personnel, has concern is always willing asking how things are going . I also liked update and input from the outsiders.

We have been disappointed with the cost, bookkeeping, food is just awful and new management seems more attentive to needs. Staff is very friendly and helpful but seem to be overworked.

I liked many things about the community. They had lots of activites. It was pretty far from where I lived.

Overall it has been satisfying. Unfortunately their communication with their residents and families isn't always clear. Once you're moved in, it's like you're on your own, which can leave you feeling disconnected and not followed up on by the staff.

The community is more geared for assisted living and memory care residents rather than Independent Living. The dining wasn’t appealing and the menu wasn’t what we were looking for. The facility was clean, beautiful, and the people were very friendly. At the place we are at now we felt like we got more for our money than we would have if we picked Thunderbird and the rooms were smaller than we liked.

This was a good experience for our loved one and family. They had some really good staff who remembered our name and which residents was is in the community. Then there were other staff members that weren't as customer focused. The care provided was very good. The communication with the family was good, as well. There were three meals a day served to the residents, and there were choices for the residents to choose from. I believe the transportation could be improved, as they are limited on the days they provide transportation to the residents. If the community didn't have a driver for the day, then they weren't able to provide transportation to the residents.

We really like how the community is close to home it makes visiting easy, and our loved one seems very satisfied with the meals and dining. We would recommend this community to other families based on our experience

This facility is ok. There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of interaction between the staff and residents. There's a wide range of people here. The food doesn't seem like it's very good quality for the price. Communication with the family is ok. I suppose I would recommend them to friends and family.

They were quite good overall. I give 5's pretty rarely. I was pretty satisfied. They were very very accommodating with [name removed] supplements which were quite extensive. Cleanliness was pretty good, I can't remember for sure. They really were quite friendly. The chef was very accommodating also. The two ladies in charge of nursing were helpful. I didn't see much sign of activities but [name removed] wasn't able for them so I didn’t inquire.

Overall we have been pleased with the experience we are having at The Auberge at Missoula Valley.

Felt the tour was very nice and good looking facility. Very clean and tidy.

I toured Thunderbird Senior Living, it was a good tour experience and first impression. The gentleman who showed me around was very kind. I chose another community because I was not interested in the "apartment style" layout.

This has been a very good experience. I would consider going here myself. The staff have been very helpful for the family and our loved one. We have had a chance to eat meals with our loved ones, once a week. The kitchen staff and other staff welcome us and it is wonderful. The other residents are very friendly. The community has lots of activities available for the residents to choose from.

Thunderbird has a very well run independent living program. They respect the resident's privacy. Most maintenance issues are dealt with quickly. Medical and safety considerations are provided, but at the independent living it is at the discretion for the residents use. This can be concerning for me, as if my loved knew their restrictions they may not be in the community. The independent living services allow them to stay there and still live independently. They have transportation available for the residents to use for doctor appointments. They do allow pets, I wish there was more space for pets within the courtyard. The outside open space is large and can sometime be too hot for the residents and they may not realize this until it is too late. Meals seem to take a little longer due to shortage of staff; however, the staff they have is phenomal. The food is fantastic that is provided. We choose this community due to the continuing care available at the community. I would recommend the community to others.

My husband and I have been here for about [dates removed] and it has been an adjustment coming from a nice big house, but everybody so far has been extremely nice. The meals and dining service is great, and they have a lot of activities. We have not been able to do a lot yet but we do go to bingo, we do check out the exercise classes and take advantage of their pool.

I am not sure that the lady who does the actual assessment on the residents was listening to me. It was kind of degrading and we were not very comfortable with it. I think she could have been nicer through that whole process, but that is really the only negative I have. The place is exceptional, the food is amazing, and the staff has been great. It is beautiful and clean and the price was very reasonable especially for what you get.

My tour at The Springs of Scottsdale was okay. It was a little bit of an older building, probably from the 70s or 80s. And they did not have washer/dryers in the apartments, which was a non-negotiable for me. I just liked the layout and location a little less than the place I chose.

Villa de San Antonio was a very nice property, although a little on the older side. But the people there were wonderful. My loved one and I both liked it. It just didn’t quite compare to the place we chose. It was not as updated yet it was more expensive.
