I had flown into the state to help find options for my sister in law. We had an appointment at the beginning of the week she liked it and by that following week she had been moved in and was settled. The staff is great very friendly and helpful. She is doing much better she is happy and she likes the food very much. She is making friends and doing some activities which are hard with her sight issue but the staff makes accommodations for that.

My dad is doing fairly well here, all the staff is very nice, friendly. My dad is starting to socialize and meet some of the other residents. The food is really good and the residents can eat at anytime there is no set schedule and they have a nice menu to choose from. There is a piano on the main floor Dad enjoys the entertainment and the music that is always going on. I am somewhat concerned about the weekend staffing as there does not seem to be a manager on duty and the staff during that time are not consistent with the follow-up for my dad. He has to use his buzzer most of the time to remind them of some of his care he needs help with. The resident doctor program has not worked out for us at all. We did not even get the results of the x-rays taken of my father foot.

We got to take a tour of this facility, and it was just fine! This seemed to be a very nice facility. However, we could not move my mom in because it was not within her price range.

My mother has recently made the move into this community and she has no complaints of how things are going. All of the staff are super friendly and have made the transition into her new living environment go smoothly for her. She has been enjoying the great meals in the dinning room as well as many of the activities they have going on throughout the week. Overall it has been a perfect fit and they have met all of her needs as of right now.

I have no complaints of how things are going for my self since I have moved into this community. The staff have been helpful and attentive to all my needs. I like the different activities they have for all of the residents as well as my dinning experience with the other residents. I am overall very happy with my move and would recommend it to anyone interested.

We were very pleased with Winslow Court. I would suggest that they have assigned ambassadors to talk with their potential residents-like several of the other places. Even after my father-in-law moved in Saturday, no one was assigned to him to make sure he got to and from events and the dining room. This would be helpful.

2 years ago my wife, [Removed] and I came to Over lake Terrace from Mesa, AZ, [Removed] passed away. We can never thank Over lake Terrace enough for the loving care and going the extra mile to help us during through these painful times. It is these type of actions that we agreed Over lake Terrace will always be our home.

There is a circular driveway that brings you to the covered main entrance. Their landscaping is beautiful with flowers in the front and back where there is a patio with chairs. Inside is nicely furnished and bright very welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good. There is plenty to do here and the residents can come and go as they choose.

This seemed like a really great community when we visited. The person that took us on tour was friendly. They allow pets and seem to offer daily activities.This community is self pay and will not accept medicaid if you run out of funds. The community we chose does accept medicaid.

This location was very nice it seemed to have everything anyone would have wanted however it was just a little too big for our taste. The outside was lovely and the inside was very sharp, clean and inviting. There seemed to be good activities to do and they had a concierge to help you with anything you need. It almost gave you that feeling of living in a hotel all the time.

It is going great, although I do have some concerns. I see there is not enough workers, with the exception they had some extra staff and some did not look familiar. The meals are great for my mom. I recently had a walker dropped off and we can't find it. I do like how they have a visiting dentist, he went to see my mom and did some x-rays. That was great and I did not have to take time off from work.

I had recently had a tour of this community for my loved one and I was pleased with the experience we had. I thought the staff where very kind and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. The property was clean and all of the residents seemed happy in there living environment. It was just not the right location in the end decision for my mother.

I left the tour with a good experience. They were professional and showed me the whole community. However the biggest thing that we needed was a pool. My loved one loves to swim and it was a must when looking at communities.

This community was a strong option for us. We liked the way the community looked. They have a nice dining room and the food looked good. The staff we met were nice and it is in a good location. The community we chose was just a little closer to family.

If my mom was able to care for herself more she would have been living here. The people were nice and I saw lots of stuff going on if you wanted to get involved. It was a very nice community. That's an excellent place at a reasonable price for someone who is self sufficient. On the tour they were honest and upfront with us. They described everything to us.

The community was not as updated as some other places I looked at. It needs updated carpet and paint. I did get a thorough tour and a representative who was on time and able to give me the information I needed.

I toured this community when my brother lived here.We liked the staff and the cleanliness of this community. The meals were appealing and the atmosphere was nice. My brother wanted a smaller home feeling for care. We would recommend families to tour this community for the care of a loved one.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this tour for my loved one. The staff where all very friendly and made sure to give lots of great information of everything they had to offer. I was impressed with this location and thought they had luxury living environment. It was just not the right price for my sibling in her budget with the end decision.

I like the care at this community.The staff is very caring to my father's needs. The community is clean and the environment is nice for him. I like knowing that he does like the menu of the health meals that are available. They do offer my father to participate with the others in activities that are offered. We would recommend the care and the value of this community to other families.

The staff at this community where very friendly to my loved one and I during our tour and gave us lots of great information of there facility and everything they had to offer. The building was east to navigate through and they had lots of great amenities available to all of the residents. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone interested.
