I am very pleased with the care my mother is getting at the Gardens of Scottsdale. The caregivers and staff are very pleasant and individualize attention for the residents. I can sleep at night knowing mom is safe and and getting excellent care.

So far it's great. Mom seems to love it there. The staff is great, but right now they are renovating. She is very happy with the food, they just got a new chef. I would rate them highly since mom is so happy with it.

The staff is caring, friendly and professional. The tenants are happy, content and safe. The meals are healthy and delicious. Nice courtyard and tenants are allowed to have a pet. My dad is happy.

Atria Inn at Lakewood is a great community. They are on top of things all the time. My Dad is in assisted living at Atria and is very comfortable there. He did transfer from an Atria community in California and the staff and residents here seem to be much more friendly. The food is good quality and there is a variety of items to choose from. The staff to resident ratio is great. Dad never waits for assistance if needed. His meds are always administered on time. He does wear a bracelet for safety and there is an alarm in the bathroom. I cannot say enough about this community. There are no billing issues and they seem very well organized.

i was very impressed with the community as a whole. I have had nothing but great experiences there, there was no doubt in my mind that this was the place that is why we were able to make our decision immediately after touring the community.

This is a very nice place! The facility itself is beautiful, and they just spent a lot of money on some extensive renovations to make things even nicer! The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. I would highly recommend them!

Everybody there at Atria Inn at Lakewood is terrific! They are very personable people. I can go in and talk to them any time and they are always available. My brother is the one staying there and they are treating him really good. I am very pleased.

Everything with Thunderbird Retirement Resort is going great. Dad loves the food, though he does sometimes complain about how long it takes for him to get his meal. That is his only complaint that I have ever heard from. Overall things are going great.

My dad really seems to enjoy living at Los Colinas Village. He moved in about 2 months ago and is adjusting from living by himself in his home to living in an apartment/hotel style environment. The "down to earth" staff is very caring, flexible with the residents' needs and friendly. The food is ordered from a menu, which Dad likes because he has a variety of items to choose from. He can even order room service. There's also a salad bar. The facilities are clean. Dad doesn't mind using his walker, because everyone does there and there's even a parking station by the dining room for walkers! We feel comfortable to pay him frequent visits, because the atmosphere of Los Colinas is so "homey."

Staff is phenomenal. For the most part it has been great. I think my mom sometimes gets upset that the facility isn't as "updated" as it should be, but it sounds like they are making strides to change that. Overall, as her son, I think it has been pretty good and she is enjoying it!

Loved this place. It was roomy, the rooms are big and bath and shower are right there in the rooms. I saw lots of smiles and the attendants were on the ball. I think my mom will find peace and caring at this facility. Also Maria Bailey has such a great understanding of the needs of the patients and their family. I am so impressed with this place. It is beautiful and modern and I feel my mom would benefit from living at the Emeritus.

Awesome food! Family environment, great staff.

Great location, wooded neighborhood, peaceful. Spacious rooms and the buildings are Court Yard connected. Mom loved the "Country Club Dining Room". Each care giver we passed was smiling, working hard and said "Hi". Community Leader treated us like old friends. Highly recommend Farrington Court.

This a great place to live. Great staff, good food, friendly residents and always something to do. Our Activity Director has great ideas and follows through. I am very happy that I picked Farrington Court.

The staff at North Star, and in particular Melanie, made my mother's transition low stress and easy. Having to move sight unseen to North Star, I was prepared for disappointment and anxiety. On the contrary, my mother was welcomed and felt cared for reducing her anxiety and improving her overall well being. She is much happier and raves about the staff, the sense of community as she makes new friends, and the food, especially the food. I cannot recommend North Star highly enough. I am very pleased.
