My Mother-In-Law was there awhile ago. I thought it was a nice facility, but she was not very social, so we just put her in her own apartment which she prefers.

What a wonderful facility! Looks and feels like a private resort. Every staff member we met was warm and welcoming...they exceeded our expectations. Mark made everything so easy, he understood our concerns, worked with us on some special requests and constantly reassured us. Options for extended private care were excellent. We stayed for lunch and it was great! We had several residents stop by and chat, telling us how much they enjoyed the facility and all the activities available. We will be moving my mother in soon and with the help of the amazing maintenance folks, we will have everything prepared for her. Curtains, pictures, lighting and extra assistance bars thruout. Honestly couldn't as for anything else!

Felt very welcome, but could have used more help with moving in. All in all, I am very happy here and as I get more used to things,will feel more at home.

I am coming up on my 7th year at Farrington Court and I could not have made a better choice for my retirement community. It fulfills all of my needs and more!

Excellent people -- that do everything they can to make the process of taking care of my mother -- as smooth as possible.

The experience with The Oaks was pretty good. It was very informative and they answered all of our questions and were able to provide the information right away so there was no waiting. They were helpful for my mom and I think they did a good job.

It was a great experience. My Father is no longer with us, but The Gardens was an excellent facility. Thank you.

The unit we moved in to had just been remodeled and was not set up for a wheelchair, but they are fixing that now. The food is good and the staff cares about you. All-in-all it has been a friendly and caring experience.

I think that they provide a very safe and caring environment for my loved one who is at North Star. I just find the staff members to be doing a really good job. I give them a five -star rating overall.

Everything is great at Brookdale Heritage Palmeras. The food is great. The service is wonderful. The staff are very caring and friendly. I have nothing for them to improve on. This is the best fit for my father.

I love it at The Forum at Tucson. The value is incredible. I can't say enough good about it. They go above and beyond. I've stayed there myself and really experienced it, it was really nice. The only drawback is how huge the facility is. I did a lot of walking while I was there. If the residents need to get somewhere, it does take a while. Other than that, everything is wonderful. It is truly a five star facility.

I am really happy with the Oaks, A Merrill Gardens Community. They are very nice and take good care of her. The staff are good to the residents. It's clean and new. I gets 5 stars all the way around from me.

friendly, welcoming staff who go the distance to make life easier for the people you love. From the very first tour to the days immediately after we moved mom in, the staff has been helpful doing so much, so well, quickly: helped coordinate the transfer from rehab to assisted helped coordinate move from one hospice to another to making sure the apartment looked perfect compassionate listening skills for a stressful time amazing on-site medical team - ensuring we setup the right level of care giving us all the information needed to make informed, suitable decisions good, homecooked, fresh food and restaurant team who know their customers we could not be more pleased and grateful the only thing i can cite to improve is better training the food servers in the hygenic handling of cutlery and dinnerware/cups. :-) but for goodness sake if that's the worst thing you can say about a place you must be in the right place!!!!

They were very welcoming and very helpful, but one of the things they did particularly well was that my aunt had a dog and it was allowed to stay in the room with her and they didn't hesitate to allow her to bring her companion in and they had dog-walkers there. They were just very accommodating of her needs.

They have a lot of activities. Everyone is very friendly. the property is nice. My parents stay there.

They have been really well over at Thunderbird Senior Living. My loved one has not been there all that long, but he enjoys the place a lot. He does not complain about anything, so overall I would say it is a good experience.

Las Colinas Village is a great place. Everyone is really gracious and caring there. The staff are working on improving things continually and asking questions to better themselves. Unfortunately it is too expensive so we are going to have to take mom out soon.

I am very fond of Pueblo Norte because they provide a wide range of services. They have a dining hall and beauty salon on-site. They also offer transportation for the residents. They could stand to do a little re-painting of the exterior and improve a little on the food quality.

At The Oaks, A Merrill Gardens Community the value is excellent even compared to other facilities. The care she receives is wonderful. The activities are amazing. Mom is so involved she is never in her room. She has memory loss so she doesn't remember a lot of it but she really enjoys the activities in the moment. Mom would run out of medicine and the staff went and refilled it for me. That was so convenient for me. Mom needs a high level of care so the cost is worth it to me. Maybe if someone else doesn't need such a high level of care it wouldn't be but I just love mom being here.

The staff at Thunderbird Senior Living were really great to work with. It was a really good experience there. Mom is pretty much bound her apartment so I cant really speak to the activities provided there. The facility is undergoing some remodeling currently. The staff were really flexible in working with a payment schedule. Overall I am very satisfied.
