The staff here is so kind and caring and they take great care of the residents. The facility is always clean and secure. The other residents here seem to be happy and well looked after. The meals here aren't bad either.

The facility is great. It is roomy with quite a few amenities. It is very clean and spacious. The staff is always very nice and polite. They are always helpful too. The food here is great and the people are too.

The Oaks is really great. The people were great. The facility is very nice. My mom complained about some things. At first she thought the food was really good but she did say sometimes it's hard to chew. I do wonder if the people she is sitting with are negative and that rubs off on her. A true negative for is she did not like having the heating and cooling system right in the room where she was. It is really noisy. She is used to central air. Also she said the laundry room doors are really heavy. If she was stuck in there she was afraid of how she would get out if the doors closed. The people are awesome here. I ate there a few time and thought it was good. It is expensive but you get a lot for it.

This is a beautiful place with a great staff. There are plenty of amenities here. The residents seem to have fun doing the activities and are very involved with the staff and each other. There is a great atmosphere here.

The apartments here are spacious, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. The staff is very cordial and professional. The residents here seem well balanced and happy. The food is great and you can order what you like.

The Oaks is not your average retirement home and when I say this, it is a good thing. The staff is phenomenal, the facility is super clean, and the food is even great! Awesome place and I am glad we found it.

I don't know if they can improve on anything, they have done well. They have been super as far as taking care of everything. They have been good with giving me information and following-up and helping me out.

We consulted with Karen Reedy from "A Place for Mom and found The Gardens of Scottsdale. Karen gave us the guidance to find a suitable facility and The Gardens is a 5 minute drive for us. The staff at the Gardens are happy and caring and is reflected in the many residents that I talked to before making a decision.

Sales personnel were great. Nursing staff is attentive, food is good, apartments are really nice, residents seem happy. Well kept and clean. Smells good too! Lots to do, beautiful surroundings are a plus. Our folks are settling in and doing well!

My parents have been at Pueblo Norte for a little over a month, and I have not regretted the decision. Because of their different levels of care, my parents are able to live at the same place although not together. However, my dad is able to see my mother every day which was a top priority when looking at facilities. Everyone has been great, and does what they are supposed to do. The staff is very attentive to their needs. I do not worry that they are not being cared for. My dad's room in Assisted Living is a nice size for a single person with lots of closet space and a roomy bathroom area. My mother's room in the Rehab to Home wing is as nice as a hotel room, bright and airy.

The dealing with them so far with getting set up has gone very well, and Rami went above and beyond to get us in. So far everything has been positive. We haven't been there long yet, but so far everything has been very positive.

I was really impressed with the tour and the whole picture presented. It had a perfect resort feel with an apartment like quality instead of feeling like assisted living, including meals. The price for what the community offers is very good.

It's very clean, and the staff is very good. They are very responsive and attentive. They have quite a bit of entertainment, but not great numbers attending, and mostly the same people attend. The food is good, however, my complaints would only be that because they are taking some dietary or health needs into consideration, and I don't have any restrictions, so it's not always seasoned enough for me. The staff is so nice though, it all works out. I'm pretty sure I could go and get some sauces and bring them to the table with me, and that would be fine.

There are a lot of activities at Farrington Court and my mother-in-law definitely enjoys those. The only thing I can think of they can think where they can improve is the food. On a scale from 1-10 I would give them about a 7. Other than that, everything has been great and we are very satisfied.

Everyone here is very pleasant and helpful. They take every effort to ensure safety and look out for the residents. However, I think activities are planned with the older residents in mind and not much for the very mobile and more active residents. Food is very good and there is plenty of it. Overall a good place but a little pricey for private payers, though management does try to help out with finances

My family and mom are very pleased with Las Colinas. Finding an appropriate independent living community in my mom's price range was overwhelming. I toured a number facilities in Albuquerque. One piece of advice is not to be mislead by fancy marketing brochures or facilities. The critical consideration is their commitment to service and culture. Pop-in unexpected. Interact with as many staff as possible beyond the marketing rep. Stop and talk with the events coordinator, cooks, housekeepers, front desk and maintenance staff to get a feel of their service commitment. Ask about the average tenure of staff and turnover rate. Many places talk a good game, but when you cut through the talk, they are more focused about occupancy, stacking costs per services and avoiding legal liability. At Las Colinas, their newest staff member had been their 7 years. They also require all employees to provide value-added team services to residents such as free dog walking. All staff is courteous, helpful and friendly. They enjoy their work and it is reflected in everything - food, housekeeping, events and services. After my tour, Las Colinas immediately sent my mom a get well card and scheduled an assessment at my mother's rehabilitation facility. They stressed being a right fit to meet my mom's needs. As my mom is 66, they made sure that she met residents her age and younger. Las Colinas also provide great information about community resources. Their culture was reflected in their lease agreement, pricing structure and maintenance of their facility.

Compared to living conditions for Assisted on the East Coast, this place is spectacular! Most importantly, the building and everything in it is well thought out and built specifically with patients in mind. The doorways are wheelchair wide, the showers made for invalids, the apartments are huge, literally everything with them in mind (even the carpet). It is immaculately kept clean and the staff are outstandingly helpful and friendly. They have activities planned daily, plus a game room, a library, and a large pool. I can't praise the food enough (in the assisted living dining quarters). It was that of a five star restaurant. I searched and searched for something wrong and couldn't find it. Perhaps the ONE and only drawback is it's sheer size. However, this is because it is so well planned for every conceivable "needs" situation. It's not over priced and I found no hidden costs. A MUST see to believe.

My loved one was only here a short time, but they did a great job during her stay. The employees were all very friendly and did a great job of making both the residents and the families feel welcome and comfortable. The one complaint I'd have is that the food could have been better. The salad bar in particular could have used some vegetables other than just iceburg lettuce.

My loved one is doing very well here! The activities are really good, and there are a lot of them! The menu is not as extensive as I thought it was to begin with. There's not a whole lot of variety. However, the staff are all very friendly and helpful! They are very attentive as well. Everything is very clean here and my loved one is settling in very well!
