The staff at Hunters Pointe is very friendly and accommodating. My mom is doing well since moving in. This is a small care home and the other residents there also look out for her. The home is clean and they do light housekeeping once a week. My only concern is the meals are not friendly to people with dietary issues.

This has truly been a wonderful experience, my mother is doing great at this community. They are doing a very good job caring for her. The community looks great, everything is always nice and clean. We couldn't be happier with this community. She has become very active and participates in many activities. The food is great, she really enjoys the meals. I'am very confident about the care she is receiving. I would absolutely recommend this community.

I have lived here 3 years. Love every day. So many friends. The STAFF is the BEST! So helpful and kind.

My father-in-law is moving into The Oaks tomorrow so I am writing this review simply because I wanted to say how pleased we've been with the staff during our search process. I looked at many communities for the perfect place for my father-in-law and made the decision on The Oaks because, (1) it's really nice and (2) the staff. I want a great apartment for him, sure, but, more importantly, I want to know that the people that will surround him are good and, at The Oaks, they are all really good and I know I can come to them with any concerns and they'll be handled quickly. If you decide to tour The Oaks, and I recommend that you do, you'll more than likely meet Lance. He really took his time with us and answered our many, and I mean many questions with patience and kindness. He's obviously aware of the need for that in this type of situation but I didn't find that with other tours that I took at different communities. I told Lance, and I want to state it here, that he was a big part of what made The Oaks the right place for us. We'll have other folks helping my father-in-law out after he moves in but I know that I can pick up the phone and call Lance if I need to and that's really a comfort with all that comes with downsizing a loved one. Thanks Lance, and The Oaks for being the right place for my father-in-law!

Our situation is a bit different from most. My in laws are current residents of Brookdale Bear Creek and also have my brother in law who suffers from down syndrome living with them as well. With those special circumstances i must say the dealing with the staff and seeing how they interact with my family has been quite amazing! They are very accommodating and attentive! What we appreciate most is that they are very good at communicating with us and keep us updated on their well being! i would definitely recommend!

My Mom and I were very pleased with the entire process from the first contact with A Place for Mom and the immediate response from Winslow Court to offer the services they they can provide to my mom. From the first visit, to tour, to move in was pain less. Winslow worked with us with every need that we had through out the process. The staff was excellent, professional, personable and friendly. They were always eager to help and answer any question that we had. I would recommend Winslow Court to any one that needs support for family care giving.

My Mother is about to move in so have not experienced the care services or activities just yet. Overall, the attention to detail by every staff member is something I have never seen. They are very well trained, keen to help and always make everyone there feel as though nothing is a problem! Someone in Management certainly knows how to run a business.

I would like to start by saying how nice the facility is. The dining room is very nicely remodeled and they have made a lot of new upgrades and improvements. My brother and I toured this community a few years ago and I was surprised at all the new additions. Katie toured us this time around. She is very sweet and not pushy like other facilities that my brother and I have toured in the area. The facility nurse. (I think her name is Trist, sorry if I spelled it wrong) is so nice. She took the time to say hello and it's nice to see a nurse in a facility, and with such a big smile. She said hello to all the people in the lobby and knew them by name. The kitchen staff was very friendly and neatly dressed. Great staff. They truly give it a homey feel. We have decided to place my father here in the near future. I highly recommend people to tour this facility and meet the staff and people who live here.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful

My family and I looked at several places before we picked Parklane. There was nothing that compared. I have been here over 3 1/2 years and it just gets better and better. It's not just the beautiful surroundings that I love but how you are treated that makes Parklane so wonderful. Life is hard when you get older but being here makes life worth getting up for. I want to get up and get dressed in the morning so I don't miss all the amazing activities. I look forward to the delicious meals and friends to talk with.The longer I live here the more I feel like one big family which makes it worth getting older. The staff is so loving and caring and I have a sense of security and peace. I feel like royalty. I truly couldn't want anything more.

This facility is near the rehab center where our father is currently staying. When Lance called to confirm our appointment he said we could come by today if we were going to be visiting our father. We decided to take him up on it and got a great tour and rundown of services and costs. Lance was very helpful and the premises are very nice.

My Dad came to live with me after my mother died. Well, I don't have to say more. After seven months we looked for an independent living facility that would take care for Dad should he need more help. I visited several facilities and they were all impressive. But what stood out about Pueblo Norte is that they really got to meet and spend time with my Dad, work with him and give him the personal touch that made him feel welcome when he finally got there.

Everything is going well for my uncle here at Thunderbird Senior Living. He is adjusting well and the staff has been great with helping him settle in. The community is clean and well maintained they do a very good with keeping the facility nice. The staff is very helpful and extremely nice. They really do take the extra effort to really get to know the residents. There are good activities for the residents and the food is good. I would recommend this community because they are taking good care of my uncle. They are very attentive and not over bearing during the process.

My mother and I have been thrilled with the care and accommodations received at Thunderbird Senior Living so far. Everyone is friendly and have helped my mother out on several occasions. Stormie was a huge help in explaining what Thunderbird has to offer and helping my mom feel like we were making the right choice for her. Brittany was a huge help on moving day. In fact both Stormie and Brittany have continued to check in on mom to make sure everything is going well. Every time I visit mom people are always in the lobby having conversations, and when I pass by people in the hallways there is always a friendly hello. Thunderbird was recommended to me by three friends who had parents stay there and the price is quite reasonable.

We have been extremely pleased with The Oaks. Things are going great with my mother-in-law there. The staff work with you, if you're having a problem, they find a workable solution. I have been pleasantly surprised. They do a lot of activities and we have asked that they go get her for the activities and they do. We had to increase services and they bent over backwards to accommodate. The food overall is good but it is slow incoming service. I would say they need to get the efficiency of the kitchen a little better.

I am doing just fine since my move into Winslow Court, they have been wonderful to me here. This is a very pleasant environment to live in everybody around here is very kind and helpful. The staff has been nothing but helpful and kind to me with everything and I get along with all the staff members here. The facility is very nice and clean they have housekeeping that comes in and cleans my things for me and that is really nice for me. They are very attentive to me and whenever I need help they are right there ready to help me. It was an easy adjustment for me into the community and I'm very happy with my move here.

All of the employees are always nice. They greet you and they really care about you. They treat every resident the same. These people put their heard and soul into their job. I cannot say enough about North Star.

My parents moved into Farrington mid-February and love it. The living quarters are totally renovated and offer a full kitchen. Although you probably won"t need to do any cooking since the food at Farrington is fantastic. Can't say enough about the staff, the atmosphere and the residents. I was worried about how my parents would adjust to their new environment after living independently, but they love it! The only drawback that I can identify is the parking. Hard to find a spot near the front door, but that just gives us a chance to get some exercise.

I was very impressed with Broadway Proper and all the staff there. It is a beautiful facility and my parents are very happy there.
