The lady who gave us the tour was very nice. It seemed like a clean facility with happy people. They told us that my mom needed more attention and they were not a right fit for level of care. I appreciated their honesty and they were upfront.

I just wanted to say that I am a RN and I have worked in nursing homes and by far this community is awesome. The community itself is beautiful. The staff is very attentive and caring about the residents. My loved one loves this place. The food is wonderful as well. It is always kept clean. We knew this was the place for my loved one immediately.

The community here is wonderful and I feel that this place was God sent. They have been super good with my loved one in helping get my loved one transitioned. My loved one thinks that they staff and the residents are very welcoming and caring. The staff really went over and beyond what they need to do and we really appreciate that.

Still in the process of experiencing an anticipated residency there for a relative, and not enough experience yet to review further.

I toured this community and the staff was very friendly and welcoming, they provided a lot of information that was helpful during our tour . It was very taken care of and kept clean . I recommend this place for anyone looking into additional care.

Mom is still adjusting to living at this community. They offer a variety of activities. The community is clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this community.

This is a nice community for my husband. The care is good and the staff are good people. I have no complaints and it is a nice place. I appreciate the effort from A Place For Mom in finding a place for my husband.

They offer a lot of activities at this community. These have helped my mom become more comfortable with this community. I would recommend this clean community. The staff I have interacted with are very good. When we moved in the maintenance men came and introduced themselves.

My mother is in the process of transitioning to the community of Pueblo Norte. So far, we have taken a tour of the community and thought it was a very nice place with a good layout. The tour guide mentioned some of the activities that they offered. There are many activities like art, stretching, and trivia classes. I would definitely recommend a tour of this community it was very nice.

The food is great and the community is clean. The staff seem very approachable, knowledgeable and encourage the residents to participate in the activities. They have a nice pool and inside patio area. I would live here if I was older.

I have only been here since Tues afternoon when I moved in I am not a social person or joiner but had made myself understand either try to adjust or stay in the mess I was in. So far, ate Tues, unpacked ,went and ate and meet more people, that evening is social hour I went for 20 minutes, enjoyed the live country music and watched the dancing came back and unpacked. Thurs un paced, got cleaned up again and went on the bus to a local steak house . Wonderful. came home and unpacked. Friday I had got a app to get a perm , my hair looks so good best in 3 years. Patty and staff are great. got a pedi also. went and ate. came home started un packing and my son called they came and got me and we went to our HEB and brought me home we came in and we got all the boxes I had been folding and paper etc and it is gone, he hung some pictures and coming back today to do more. Lots of people here say they don't like a lot of clutter, I love my pictures, keepsakes, A large number of people have cats and dogs they really are happy. To me one the of the best thing is the feeling of safety and all inside. You can walk forever , you can play pool, or go swim or go take water aerobics, see a movie, go take computer classes, take classes in the gym, the mail is inside . I guess what I am trying to say, the Last 4 years have been very hard, but I have a choice, here. I can either sit by myself and watch people, stay in my apt, or go join the world again. My father was in assisted living and he never joined in but he would sit out in things and listented lots do that here. There are all kinds of card games, all kinds of games period. I will rest during that They have trips every week so you can do as little or as much as you want or feel like they have gardening out side in back , one of my sons is really interested in coming and joining in, he has been invited. One last thing, probably should have said it first. This place was built by a Catholic company and they built the most beautiful Chapel. You can go or not , or they will take you to other churches around here on the bus. they will help you, will allow you to count your toes if that is what you want to do. So if you need a small apt like I have, or a large 2 bedroom, 2 bath one you can get it. They also have cottages on the property. In the same building assisted living area. All in all , it is like a nice 4 star hotel with anything at least I need. Many people here are in great shape and are much more active than I and I guess I am in the mid range . Good luck in what you decide to do.

This facility is lovely and yet more affordable than many others we looked at. Our mom lived here for while several years ago and now we have moved another relative here. It is still the nicest and most affordable mid-range Assisted Living facility in the area. The staff is very caring and there are lots of activities. The dining room offers nice food and a restaurant environment where residents can even order wine with their meal. But only one glass, which is wise. The only problem we have encountered is trying to line up the local phone service. It has happened both times we have moved a loved one in. You have to insist with the local phone company that they send a warm body to the facility and not try to connect locally. That was a hassle that I feel is unnecessary. Overall I would give this place a nine out of ten.

My mom is doing very well here at this community. the staff is excellent and always very caring and considerate. The food is good and a nice variety good portions. Very clean on the inside and outsid . I would recommend this for others needing good care for family.

The food is delicious and there is plenty of it. The kitchen staff ask the residents their needs and preferences and cater to them. The staff are caring, very nice, knowledgable and it is a loving atmosphere. The community is kept clean and they have beautiful flower beds around the building. They offer various activities including fishing and feeding the ducks.

I've been here for six and a half years. I really like my stay here. I like the personnel and the other residents. Good entertainment. I would certainly recommend Overlake Terrace to others. I am very happy here.

It's a pleasant and courtiers community. There are a lot of good residents here, very friendly. So many activities from pool table to ...you name it. My wife and I live here for 2 years and very happy.

I think it's a great place to be. All of our needs been met. So many activities and so many things to do here. I love the staff, they always smile and I feel great. It's absolutely great place.

Very nice place. My sister lived here before. I was living in different places and this one is very nice. Everyone is very good here. I would recommend Overtake Terrace to anyone.

The staff made it very easy to make the transition to assisted living . Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We are pleased to see the full level of care and service they receive. The food is great, the activities are varied and fun, and our parents are enjoyed.
