Our guide of the place was fantastic. She was very friendly and really payed close attention to my loved one and made her feel at home right away. It looked and smelled nice and the apartments had just been renovated and look great.

I am in my sixth year as a resident at Farrington Court and enjoy a happy and satisfying life style. Maintaining my independence (at whatever level I am currently capable) has always been a high priority of mine and Farrington Courts excellent transportation system takes care of this. Another plus is that resident safety, security, and health is the bottom line here. Nothing is more important. Having met my needs so well, it is a real bonus that, when it comes right down to it, Farmington Court is FUN!

I wanted to thank you for the wonderful time, had by all, at the Family BBQ this past Friday. My conversations with other attendees confirmed that everyone truly had fun. The entertainment was enjoyable and the food was sensational. It was a pleasant surprise to many how good a time could be had at this type of event. Agie was in his usual terrific form as ringmaster. It impressed many of us that you and Agie subjected yourselves to the dunk tank. This truly was the highlight of the day. It showed people how you can interact with us in a casual environment to share fun times, and many see that you really are approachable. You make me happy I live in a community with this type of managerial philosophy. I made sure to let those who didn't attend know what a spectacular event they missed.

Brookdale Missoula Valley is going really good. My aunt is happy to be there. It is pricey for sure but she gets good care. We were concerned about my aunt because of the conditions we took her from. She wasn't eating and kept to herself a lot. Once we got her here they were so good and called and updated us. I really appreciated that. We are about 2 and 1/2 hours away and can't be there all the time so that really helped.

It was a difficult experience, so they were very helpful and encouraging and just made it a very easy and comfortable process for everyone in the family and we have just been really happy with the care that they show.

I am very happy with Clayton Oaks Living. I have no complaints. It is all five stars here. The facility is clean. The staff is very friendly. It has been an all around good experience.

At Lincoln Court I like the way they took an interest in my father-in-laws activities. They wanted to make sure he was comfortable. They were pretty high priced. They tried after he had passed away to get us to pay for extra days. I don't see how that is good to build relationships with people. It was a very nice facility. There were some in the office that were hard to deal with.

When I began my search for an Assisted Living home for my elderly parents I had no idea how time consuming it would be. I then signed up for a website to help me narrow down the choices in my area. I knew my Mom was having much difficulty caring for my Dad who was suffering from Vascular Dementia. I toured several Assisted Living facilities before I toured The Groves. I was very impressed with the beauty of The Groves inside and out. The apartments were very spacious. The staff were so friendly and helpful, answering my many questions. They have a Memory Care unit which was so nice. It was so nice knowing that as my Dad's condition declines, their life would not be disrupted by having to move to a Memory Care facility. I can not say enough about the caring staff, from Housekeeping to the General Manager.

I am not there anymore, but it was a great place. My husband has since died, so I moved out. It was for him and to be with him that I moved there. The staff was very caring and friendly and took care of our needs.

Orchard Park of Kyle is going great. They are awesome. The value is great. She is in memory care and doesn't really participate in activities. I know they do listen to music though. They have a movie room. I've been really happy with them especially for the value. It's absolutely what we are looking for. Sometimes when I call I cant get people to answer the phone. That's my only complaint. It is a little frustrating as a family member to not be able to get a hold of an actual person. It happens occasionally though. Other that we really love this facility.

The management was fantastic. They were so kind and so good and they really did help us a lot. The dining room looked fantastic, it was always clean. I think the rooms were okay. I would definitely recommend it.

My Mother-In-Law was there awhile ago. I thought it was a nice facility, but she was not very social, so we just put her in her own apartment which she prefers.

What a wonderful facility! Looks and feels like a private resort. Every staff member we met was warm and welcoming...they exceeded our expectations. Mark made everything so easy, he understood our concerns, worked with us on some special requests and constantly reassured us. Options for extended private care were excellent. We stayed for lunch and it was great! We had several residents stop by and chat, telling us how much they enjoyed the facility and all the activities available. We will be moving my mother in soon and with the help of the amazing maintenance folks, we will have everything prepared for her. Curtains, pictures, lighting and extra assistance bars thruout. Honestly couldn't as for anything else!

Felt very welcome, but could have used more help with moving in. All in all, I am very happy here and as I get more used to things,will feel more at home.

I am coming up on my 7th year at Farrington Court and I could not have made a better choice for my retirement community. It fulfills all of my needs and more!

Excellent people -- that do everything they can to make the process of taking care of my mother -- as smooth as possible.

The experience with The Oaks was pretty good. It was very informative and they answered all of our questions and were able to provide the information right away so there was no waiting. They were helpful for my mom and I think they did a good job.

It was a great experience. My Father is no longer with us, but The Gardens was an excellent facility. Thank you.

The unit we moved in to had just been remodeled and was not set up for a wheelchair, but they are fixing that now. The food is good and the staff cares about you. All-in-all it has been a friendly and caring experience.

I think that they provide a very safe and caring environment for my loved one who is at North Star. I just find the staff members to be doing a really good job. I give them a five -star rating overall.
