Everything is going well for my uncle here at Thunderbird Senior Living. He is adjusting well and the staff has been great with helping him settle in. The community is clean and well maintained they do a very good with keeping the facility nice. The staff is very helpful and extremely nice. They really do take the extra effort to really get to know the residents. There are good activities for the residents and the food is good. I would recommend this community because they are taking good care of my uncle. They are very attentive and not over bearing during the process.

My mother and I have been thrilled with the care and accommodations received at Thunderbird Senior Living so far. Everyone is friendly and have helped my mother out on several occasions. Stormie was a huge help in explaining what Thunderbird has to offer and helping my mom feel like we were making the right choice for her. Brittany was a huge help on moving day. In fact both Stormie and Brittany have continued to check in on mom to make sure everything is going well. Every time I visit mom people are always in the lobby having conversations, and when I pass by people in the hallways there is always a friendly hello. Thunderbird was recommended to me by three friends who had parents stay there and the price is quite reasonable.

My Mom & Dad moved in around Feb 10, 2016. Unfortunately, my Mom was in the last stages of cancer, and was only able to enjoy Orchard Park for about 2 weeks. She had no complaints, and nothing but great things to say about the facility and all who work there. My Dad has Alzheimer's and now lives in the memory care section. Although he gets confused about things, he has mentioned numerous times that he's happy with all the great care and feels very safe there. We have all been very pleased with the care provided to my parents.

We have been extremely pleased with The Oaks. Things are going great with my mother-in-law there. The staff work with you, if you're having a problem, they find a workable solution. I have been pleasantly surprised. They do a lot of activities and we have asked that they go get her for the activities and they do. We had to increase services and they bent over backwards to accommodate. The food overall is good but it is slow incoming service. I would say they need to get the efficiency of the kitchen a little better.

I am doing just fine since my move into Winslow Court, they have been wonderful to me here. This is a very pleasant environment to live in everybody around here is very kind and helpful. The staff has been nothing but helpful and kind to me with everything and I get along with all the staff members here. The facility is very nice and clean they have housekeeping that comes in and cleans my things for me and that is really nice for me. They are very attentive to me and whenever I need help they are right there ready to help me. It was an easy adjustment for me into the community and I'm very happy with my move here.

All of the employees are always nice. They greet you and they really care about you. They treat every resident the same. These people put their heard and soul into their job. I cannot say enough about North Star.

My parents moved into Farrington mid-February and love it. The living quarters are totally renovated and offer a full kitchen. Although you probably won"t need to do any cooking since the food at Farrington is fantastic. Can't say enough about the staff, the atmosphere and the residents. I was worried about how my parents would adjust to their new environment after living independently, but they love it! The only drawback that I can identify is the parking. Hard to find a spot near the front door, but that just gives us a chance to get some exercise.

I was very impressed with Broadway Proper and all the staff there. It is a beautiful facility and my parents are very happy there.

We moved my sister from a different community to Clayton Oaks and I am glad we did and she is now where I can go check on her often and help her. Clayton Oaks sent a bus to pick her up from the other community and a van to move her furniture, at no cost, and that was a great help to us. This is an excellent community! They treat her real well. She is not much into games but they do offer activities and she does participate in some. She likes the food real well.

I am happy to be here in this community. Our chefs and servers are so good. I don't know why I hear complaints. Some people!! :( I couldn't ask for better personnel at the desk and office staff. They are always there to help us. The maintenance personnel is right here when needed. Also lots of activities to keep busy. I have lived here for about 8 years and still feel glad that I chose North star.

I am enjoying living here at North Star Retirement very much. I like all the activities as a way to meet new people. I am enjoying the people that live here. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I think the food is very good. I appreciate the excellent beauty shop here in our building. Our transportation is helpful to doctors and other places. I am very glad I chose to live here and call it my home now.

My mother lived at the Courtyard at Jamestown for 8 years and had a wonderful experience. The people serving there were warm and professional. Good food! They helped us arrange hospice. I am very grateful for all of the care that is available in today's world.

My mom has been at the Groves for a little over a month and we couldn't be happier! Every staff member is warm, caring and intuitive to the residents' needs. Her transition has gone more smoothly than I ever thought possible! I would highly recommend The Groves for your loved one's care needs.

I have resided at North Star for three years, along with my husband. We have both been treated by, by the whole staff, with dignity and warmth. The meals are excellent, served in a clean and cheerful atmosphere. Our apartment is comfortable with a private patio. This complex is located minutes from a hospital, several restaurants, walking path and shopping.

I have lived here since 2003. The people who work here are so helpful and friendly and very lovely. My 1 bedroom apartment is very nice and clean on a weekly basis.

An excellent retirement home. The accommodations are good. The food is great but the best of all are the members of the staff who are some of the kindest and most loving people I have ever met. I am so grateful for my cousins wife for finding this place for me to live when it became obvious that I could no longer live at home.

This is for the memory care section. They have this great schedule but when I pop in their not doing them. They have them watching TV, which is not an activity. It seems like their bored there. I think their understaffed and the staff is very friendly.

I'm very happy with them. I don't have any issues with maintenance or billing. I am really pleased with how they treat the residents and the memory care. He is very pleased with him, he has never asked to go home, and he smiles at them. They call me and tell me anything I need to know that is going on with home. They are very proactive about his care. I would definitely recommend them to others. They follow through with any requests I have asked them to do.

I feel very blessed that A Place For Mom, Midi [removd] helped me find such a wonderful place for my mom. My son and I went to three facilities and all were very nice, we picked two and my mom made the final choice of Orchard Park. We are very happy with both the facility and the staff, they are friendly, caring individuals. My mom tells me daily of how happy she is at Orchard Park. Thank you to both A Place For Mom and Orchard Park for my mom feeling safe and cared for.

I recently took a tour of this facility and was very impressed. It has an upscale appeal and was very clean. The residents appeared to be well taken care of and were happy. Many of the senior clients came up to us during our tour and were quite friendly. I would definitely recommend this community to family, friends and clients.
