The community is beautiful, the residents and staff were friendly and the Executive Director came over and spoke with me for over a half hour about the community. I had a wonderful visit.

This was a nice tour for my father's care. The staff was able to answer the questions of the care that is offered here. We found the community to be clean with a nice environment. The menu seemed to be appealing. The activities are the offered to the residents who want to participate. We would recommend families to tour this community.

This was the 2nd place I visited and the atmosphere was very warm and inviting. The interaction between the staff and residents was wonderful - they all seemed happy. [Removed] greeted each one by name and it was evident that it was genuine. I toured the facility and it was so well done, I did not have any questions when we were finished. It is a beautiful facility and it will definitely be on my list to consider when my parents are ready to make this move. It seemed like the people there were content - whether reading a book or playing Bridge or waiting for the bus for an outing or having a late lunch... did not see any sad or unhappy faces. Even tho it is 20 years old, they do very well at keeping it maintained and up to date.

The staff at Hunters Pointe are making every effort and are encouraging my mother-in-law to be a part of activities offered there. They are also working hand in hand with her care givers from HomeInstead in (coordination of) her care. The dining area is a very open area and welcoming and all of my (mother)-in-law's basic needs are met very well(;) they pay attention to details. They are very accessible and easy to work with (and) if there are any issues they are addressed in (a) timely (manner). I would definitely recommend Hunters Pointe to (friends) and family.

Very nice. Everything is you could think of and more. It reminded me of a high end all inclusive resort. Although out of my mother's price range, it was definitely worth the tour to see what all was offered as it set the standards.

The care at this community is nice The community is clean and the staff is outstanding. The menu is nice and he is happy the menu. We like that he is enjoying a lot of the activities that are available for him to participate. We highly recommend this community for the care and the value to other families.

The community was really good and the suggestion from A Place For Mom were all excellent selections. They were an excellent community but they did not have a room available in the location we wanted. We wanted a room by the dining room and activity area.

My mom has been at Lincoln Court only a month and her experience there has been great. They really care about the residents and it shows in their positive attitude. They go out of their way to accommodate the needs of the residents. The Activities and Physical Therapy staff are thoughtful and fun. The food is great with lots of variety. The servers are very friendly and know all the residents by name and know what food they like. The cafe is open 11 hours/day so if the residents are gone during meal time they can order from the regular menu between meals. The residents are friendly and happy, especially to someone from out of this area. I live 80 miles away and now I don't have to worry, since I know my Mom is in a wonderful facility with staff that defines great customer service.

My 93 year old mother entered assisted living at the Gardens of Scottsdale last month. She adamantly did not want to leave her home of 42 years, but her caregiver could no longer give her the care that she now needed. However, after just two days at the Gardens, she loved it there. She realized that this is the place that she needed to be. The caregivers and staff are very attentive and loving. They really do take it upon themselves to make sure she is safe and happy. She likes the food, and has met some new friends there. It is not an overwhelming facility so is just the right size for my mother. They also have skilled nursing and a memory unit, which is an important aspect to me. I am now traveling and it is a comfort to me knowing that she is safe and in good hands.

Overlake Terrace has taken care of my grandmother for almost five years now. I have to say that these caring employees have truly stepped up to plate time and time again when my grandmother was in need. I would like to say thank you. It makes me feel good when people care for other people the way they do at this facility.

This is a nice community for my mom. We like that the staff are very kind to my mom. The community is clean, and she is needing help with some of the house cleanings in her room. The menu is appealing and she likes the activiites. We would recommend the care and the value of this community for other families.

Mom and I have toured a couple of properties and she had chosen this one I had left the choice up to her since she was the one that was going to have to move somewhere. She had liked the food and the staff seems friendly, kind and very helpful. My only concern is that she is still recovering from a broken hip so she can't join any of the activities as of yet but the staff doesn't seem to encourage her to do any exercise to help her recovery along. One of the main requirements for my room is the temperature it can't be too cold or too hot and this place the temperature is just right so that is what sold her.

The community is fabulous, very clean and well maintained. The staff and caregivers are very caring and helpful. The food they provide looks nutritious. They encourage my mom to participate in the activities provided. The community offers various outings such as field trips and they offer transportation into town. I feel she is in a safe and secure environment. They provide quality care and is more affordable. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

We toured this community for the care for my mom. We like the environment. We like that they were able to give me the information that was needed. We would recommend that families tour this community. We wanted a community that had a different type of environment at this time.

We are very pleased with the staff, care and consern that we have received here at Lincoln Court. My mother has been here over 3 years. When she first came here, she was able to sit and visit with friends that have lived in the same neighborhood. Everything is always kept so clean and smells so fresh. They keep the residents busy with activities and tours as they wish. My Mother is now 97 yrs old and is failing, but it is very peaceful for all of us as she rests. Thank you Lincoln Court for all that you do.

The community is good. We like the staff who are very attentive and caring. The community is the cheerful and positive atmosphere. A lot of nice actives for her to participate. They have additional care if needed without having to go to another community the additional help is right then if needed. We would highly recommend this community for the great care and the value for other families and there loved one

The care at this community. We like the staff and they are always caring and attentive to her needs. The meals are outstanding. I like that she is active with the others in the activities. The community is a clean and nice atmosphere. I like knowing that they made my mom feel welcome. We had the feeling when we arrived that this community would be a great place for my mom.

I took my mom on the Lincoln court California coastal cruise and was amazed she had such a great time we went to all the shows and the shore excursions it was so nice to know we had a nurse there 24 hrs a day and other staff to help since she is handicapped and needs assistance i would never have tried taking her on something like this by myself , but we had the most amazing time and created amazing memories thank you Lincoln court.

We like this community for the excellent care and the wonderful staff that are very caring. The menu is outstanding and I like knowing that she likes the menu. We are happy that she is active with the other residents in a lot of the wonderful activities that are offered. We have recommended this community to others looking for a great value for outstanding care.
