I am very happy with the care at this community. The staff is nice and caring. They do offer nice activities. I like the music that is offered here. The meals are very good and a nice variety is offered. They keep it very clean and maintained. I would highly recommend the care and value for other families.

It is still an adjustment and the staff are wonderful and helpful. She loves their food it is really good. She is doing much better. She did go to happy hour once and listened to a guy play the guitar. She loves eating and talking with the ladies. She is trying hard with her therapy to get much better. They all provide very good care. They are girls that my loves and they go over and beyond for her.

My mom just moved in a month ago and the staff have been pleasant and she is happy with all of them. Housekeeping does a good job keeping her room clean, no issues. The activities are fine and there has been a lot of nice ones for the holidays. The meals could use more fiber in it. So far the lunches are better than the dinners. She is overall doing fine here.

They very nicest place we saw. Much like a cruise ship, without the water! We couldn't believe how beautiful, clean, well appointed & comfortable it is. In addition, we found the staff most friendly & helpful!

I toured this community for the care of my father. The staff was very helpful with answering the questions we had. We were not able to see the menu that is offered. They do have activities for those who want to participate. I would recommend this community for the nice care, but the value was more than what we were wanting at the time.

My mother moved into the Courtyard at Jamestown just before Thanksgiving 2016 and seems quite happy there. It is a beautiful facility. The staff is very friendly and helpful and there are so many activities offered covrering many interests. She doesn't need any extra care so I can't evaluate the medical staff. The atmosphere is very positive. Lunch meals are the nicest of the day. The others are acceptable but nothing special. Church meetings are held in the facility. It's very helpful to have so many activities on site so she doesn't have to go outside in the cold. So far this seems like a great choice.

My 92 year old mother recently moved to Farrington Court. The experience, from our first inquiry to present, has been nothing short of exceptional. The management & employees are caring & customer serving. The food is exceptional, the rooms are large, the facility is well kept, the residents are happy. What a wonderful place. Christina & Alex go above & beyond. I’m so pleased to have my mother at Farrington Court.

From what I see the community is clean and keeping my dad's room clean with housekeeping and it helps me out. He is happy and says he is going to see the workout room, watches movies, and socializing with the resident. Happy hour is every Friday. We have eaten there and dad likes the meals. He gets 2 meals, breakfast and lunch or dinner and gets anything he wants, like standard choices or special of the day. They help me out by taking him to appointments. It must be schedule a week ahead within 10 miles and I have not missed work but they could use more drivers. Walgreens also deliver medication daily.The location was ideal because we have a big family and we can easily pick him on the way to anything and still get home on a decent time.

My mom is doing very well and adjusting. We did run into a small problem with a caretaker's technique, she apologized but I am keeping track. The community well kept and clean. The staff are very friendly. What help acclimated our choice was when they offered us a meal on our tour. It is very good. Now mom's only disappointment is not being able to get over easy eggs for breakfast, only scrambled. She loves the wheelchair exercise class, it's 5 days a week. It's within her physical range and they support each other, it's uplifting and they clap for each other. They really put on nice outdoor activities like a harvest festival. It was wonderful with a BBQ and petting zoo, they put bunnies on laps and had a cowboy on a horse singing. They created a homey atmosphere.

I am very happy with the care that I receive here. The staff is very friendly and caring to my needs. The community is always clean and well maintained. I do like the meals that are served and they offer a good variety. There are activities ,but I think that they need to include more. I do highly recommend this community to friends for good care and value.

I would recommend the North Star community to a friend because my loved one is having a great experience there. The staff is wonderful. They offer a variety of activities and outings for the residents. The dining room is beautiful, it has a fancy restaurant feel to it. The meals offered are nutritious and in good portions. The room she is in fits her needs well, she loves the fact that she has her own balcony.

I am more then please with the care that my mom gets with this great community. She is active and has friends and a family member that are living here. She enjoys the Bingo, Church Services and she enjoyed winning a turkey recently. The staff is still as friend and helpful as they were on the day of the tour. The food is excellent and I had had many meals with her. The rates are great and the increases are lower then alot of others community each year. It is the best comfort that my mom is here and for me that means so much to see her happy and taken care of extremely well. I highly suggest families consider this for the excellent care and value provided here.

The staff at the Oaks is very responsive to the needs of the residents. The residents are friendly and lots of activities to take part in.

The establishment is fairly new and is certainly a very good choice for anyone. The building is very elegant and the workers on a Saturday seemed very friendly and attentive

I am happy with the care that is provided here. Excellent staff team that is helpful and very caring. I like that they have alot of activities here. I would recommend the great care that is offered here to other families.

I am very satisfied with the care my loved one has been receiving from this community, the staff have gone out of there way to make sure my mom stays comfortable and is enjoying her new living environment. Overall this place is great and my mother is happy, I have no complaints.

Very nice, clean facility. Apartments were nice size. Friendly and knowledgable staff.

My aunt is doing very well. She's very happy with the community. I think she enjoys the meals that is served. They have many activities and outings for the residents and she likes them and thinks they are suitable for the age group. The room is a little small, about 2 people can visit with her.

I really liked The Oaks. The residents there looked happy. The common areas were nice and clean. The apartments were really nice. The proximity to my home was great.

They were one of my top communities. It was a very modern and nice place. The apartment seemed big enough for my parents. It was kind of high tech but the cost was not a good fit for my parents.
