Stellar Senior Living

After only one week of occupancy, I can only report total satisfaction. The staff is most helpful, the meals delicious and the activities very varied and enjoyable. I will be better able to evaluate everything at a later date.

Grab it Gate senior living facility is incredible! I was very pleased with the people, cleanliness of the facility, just everything. They even sent a personalized card to my sister and I in the passing of our loved one.

I am very happy with the Senior living home. It's reasonably priced. The staff is friendly, very helpful, and very attentive. They are willing to do anything to help. The facility is pretty clean. And I am very pleased.

I loved this facility, but I think it's out of my mother's price range.

Very nice place, really liked it, but it was a bit above my Dads price range. They did call back to let me know they would find out if any of the small studio rooms would be available, which would bring the price down, which was nice.

It's a little bit older so it could be a little cleaner, the carpets are clean but could be replaced, but I wouldn't mark them down for it. There haven't been any complaints about the food. We chose it because when we visited, all the residents were down in the lobby and they said that they were happy, they volunteered that and wanted us to know. And there are always residents sitting in the lobby being social, not for any activity, but just to be social.

Beautiful facility with all the amenities; did not have studios available at this time. Multiple levels of floors a little bit of a concern. Would recommend to anyone. Great staff taking personal concern for the residents. A+

It's very clean and the staff is very friendly. The value is really good and one of the main drivers for what we were looking for. Unfortunately we haven't had much of a chance for activities. She can't say enough about the food, she really enjoys it. When we chose Thunderbird we liked the location and the pricing.

It’s a good community. The staff has always been very friendly and the community is clean and comfortable. We’re happy with the level of care services they offer and the activities are a five.

We visited this community and really liked it. They were doing a really great job! The staff was fantastic, and very friendly. We didn't choose it because of the location to us, and the fact that another community that I liked just as well, and was closer, offered me a special. This was a great place though.

We’ve been very happy. I can’t think of anything wrong with the cleanliness. The staff is great. The staff and the residents are about as friendly as you could ever expect. Everyone seems to be happy there. We’ve eaten there a couple times and the food is very good.

We've had a great experience with Broadway Proper! It's a very nice looking community, and the staff all seem incredibly caring and friendly! One of the biggest surprises to us was that our loved was was allowed to bring her large dog with her to the community, and for an extra fee they have been taking care of tasks she can't do any more (walking, feeding, etc.) They are a great place, and I would recommend them to anyone looking into care options!

We toured a few Senior Living facilities, first with Mom, then after she ended up in the hospital and recovering in skilled nursing, on our own. After we saw Farrington, my 29y.o. daughter said to Mom, "Grandma, I'd live there!" We selected Farrington Court in Kent. We loved the admin staff there. Two of them even came to visit Mom in the skilled nursing facility to encourage her to "come home" to Farrington! The rooms are nice, the food is excellent. All the residents we have encountered are happy and love this place. Everyone seems to really care about the residents. Mom has been there two weeks now and has required more than a little care, but they have been wonderful. AND she has gained 2 pounds! (Of the 17 she lost while ill.) We look forward to Mom getting stronger and stronger in their care. She is HAPPY there.

The price is very comparable. Every family has a different situation. They have a really great program of activities. The staff is all trained on – where every staff member – every person that is hired – is trained on what it’s like to have dementia. So when a resident says something and promptly forgets – with the training, the staff knows how to deal with that.

I really didn't want to give up my home, but being here has made it a lot easer. Every one here, including all staff, tenants make my stay here more enjoyable than I really thought possible. Activities for everyone, meals are at the top of list as if you can't find something you like that's your fault. All in all so far I am quite happy here, thanks to the friendly ness of every one here at Farrington Court.

My mother-in-law spent four weeks in the Rehab to Home wing recovering from surgery. The nurses, therapists, and all support staff were extremely friendly and caring. The two less than perfect ratings were because they left her anti-embolism stockings on too long and the activities are not stimulating enough for patients who are not very incapacitated. Regardless, she was pleased enough with the overall friendliness, cleanliness, beauty, and food that she surprisingly agreed to move into independent living. While she was anxious about being alone, within a week she has blossomed and is enjoying meeting people who are her peers. The dining hall and activities she has experienced in her first week have made her a very happy person. Thank you, Pueblo Norte.

So far it’s been a five! It top notch- they keep it in order. The staff is very friendly. I’m completely satisfied with all the services they’ve provided. Emeritus has been great so far. We’re very happy with them.

The staff has been fantastic, they have been great. They are in the ball park with everyone else financially speaking. They are good with their response time, we are out of state, and we might have to call to get the information, but they are right on top of it when we do. They have a huge level of activities, they have a great variety and offering of things to do. They offer two dining rooms the assisted or the main independent, my loved one has the option of eating in either one. The main dining room is very nice. The food has been healthy and wholesome. I have eaten there and it's good, nothing gourmet but good, and the portions seem appropriate. They have a choice with most things there.

It is a good and friendly place. The food is good and it’s a very beautiful community. We haven’t had any trouble with the laundry, but the clothes come back a little wrinkled sometimes. They’re very clean.
