Overall, this is a very nice facility. I have two family members there: one in Memory Care and the other in an Assisted Living apartment. The staff in MC is lovely--friendly, helpful, reassuring, etc. They are always, always welcoming! They have a tough job, for sure. The move-in was fairly simple and there was plenty of support. There was a LOT to take care of the first few months, which was overwhelming at times, but that gets better! Patience is required for special requests, such as revamping TV wiring, etc. but it all gets done. The maintenance people are also very nice! The food is very good here--my mom has gained some weight, which she really needed! I am most impressed with the medical staff--they have kept such a close eye on things and take care of everything so efficiently it is almost seamless. That's a big relief--to know that my mom and other loved one have good care. The physical therapists have done wonders for my mom especially--they are outstanding! Dementia and old age is hard, but we have peace of mind knowing that our loved ones are safe and well-cared for. It is pricey, but I would definitely recommend Bear Creek to others who are looking for a really reliable facility.

We are very very happy with The Springs of Scottsdale. My mom feels very very comfortable , everyone is very kind and helpful and interactive with the residents . Everyone knows the residents names which makes my mom feel at home . The food is amazing - legitimately - as they have a restaurant type setup for residents . It's clean , and feels comfortable

Staff very nice especially [name removed]. Food could be better hopefully when the new kitchen is finished. New comers not very welcoming to the old guard. Activities director really good she plans well transportation good service very good. Very nice pool area and well maintained . I would recommend this place to others.

They were extremely caring and kind to both my mom and our family when she started to decline and when she passed. I highly recommend Lincoln Court to others looking.

My loved one was previously a resident at La Sonora at Dove Mountain and the overall experience was good. The friendliness was great. The staff and care services were good. Several of the employees there were very competent and compassionate. It's a tough job. I would recommend La Sonora at Dove Mountain to others.

The facility was clean, the staff was very friendly. I thought it was rather expensive for a 1 month respite stay. [amount removed] seems a little high for a short stay after a surgery.

They had a change in management and can't keep a cook - but overall, grateful she is there, she's very happy! That's what matters.

It can feel a bit bureaucratic, but I think that's just the nature of living at a business instead of a personal home. For the most part it's been easy to communicate as needed. The food is great. The residents are interesting and welcoming. The activities are consistent and relatively engaging/varied.

We are disappointed by additional costs after we were clearly told there would be NO additional costs. Disappointed by the demeanor of the RN on staff, she is NOT nice! Overall, The Gallery at Broomfield is great & mother loves it there

The Oaks has been great for my mom! She is getting consistently good care there. Much appreciated. The people are wonderful and responsive. I would recommend this facility to others.

My parents chose the Forum after we visited multiple assisted living communities. Most communities had units that were 500 square feet or less. At the Forum, my parents got a two bedroom unit around 940 square feet. Having space was really important in their decision. I had meals there while I was in town, and the food was delicious. The dining room has coconut shrimp and filet mignon available every day! Weekly housekeeping and laundry are included. My parents are not 100% happy, but they are still sad about moving from their big house. They have not tried community activities like movies or exercise classes yet. The nurses and caregivers are so kind and helpful. One disappointment is they are not always able to come quickly when a call button is used. When we were visiting, we were told it would take five minutes for someone to respond to a call button. It's often more like ten to twenty minutes. Like most communities, they need more staff.

I would recommend Winslow Court to other families. The staff that they have is good, but my dad says they are short staffed and have a lot of turn over. My dad loves the community and also loves the food.

We liked the staff and personnel that work there and with my mother. The least liked thing was the facility. It is older and maintenance and upkeep were not very good. The rooms were fine, but not most of the other areas.

I thought there would be more activities, but my sister chooses to not take part and I'm not aware of all activities. I like that it feels more like apartments and there are lovely grounds. I was drawn in when I first stepped on the property. People are so friendly! I believe the common areas need some updating and there need to be more activities to drawn people into the community.

I'm not sure that my husband got the best care at Bear Creek Senior Living. After his 2nd day, he fell out of bed and broke his hip/hit his head.

It has new owners and some things have changed. The food is my Mom's biggest complaint. The medical person (the one that coordinates all the care) has been difficult to work with. Most of the aides are great! The activities person is really good. Any time I'm had a concern the director is available and very helpful. I'd still choose this center They did win Utah Best of State in 2023

I have lived at Sandia Vista for one and a sixth years. My husband and I really like it here for a number of reasons. The building and apartments are very clean. A housekeeper cleans our apartment once a week. The grounds are well kept. There is a courtyard where we have picnics in the summer surrounded by beautiful flowers. If the residents want to, they can work on the gardens. There are a variety of activities to take part in; bingo, painting, bowling, crafting, kazoo band, shopping and others. Sandia Vista is a great place to live!

I chose to move to The Forum at Tucson because of the location of the facility as well as the price. In a normal time I am grateful to be here. BUT this is a very unusual time in that we are in a lock down situation because we are awash in COVID.
