My experience is with Creekside during covid. This facility has not had one positive case of covid, they were and have been very proactive and are doing great at keeping the residents safe. Mom will need memory care soon, the staff is accommodating and keeping her in assisted living as long as possible. The attitude of the staff is great, they are very patient and kind and are always cheerful and have a smile on their faces. I have eaten in her room with her sometimes and the food is fantastic. The dining area is big and beautiful and they have plenty of staff to be servers. They get 2 choices for all meals and if they don't want what is being served they can order other things that are always on the menu. We are very impressed.

Lincoln Court has done an outstanding job at keeping Covid away from our family members during this pandemic. They have done an exceptional job at finding ways to allow us to see our loved ones. They keep the facility in excellent condition and the staff truly cares for our loved ones. This is a huge comfort. The food is excellent! They have many different activities to keep the residents engaged and busy. I appreciate all they have done for my mother. I have had the opportunity to meet many of the residents and they are wonderful. My mother really likes it and is happy and healthy. Thank you Lincoln Court!

My brothers and sisters and I have been very pleased with our experience with Lincoln Court. They have stretched the guidelines as much as possible to accommodate us in our visits with Mom since my Dad’s passing. All the aids that I shave met are super friendly and upbeat and brighten Mom’s days. Good work!

My 101 year old mother has lived here for over 5 years. We couldn’t have moved her anywhere else that would be better, especially now. The administrator and staff are so caring. My mom has enjoyed the activities. They have kept her active,

Our brother moved to Atria recently and his health improved dramatically. The kind staff, tasty food and his large apartment over looking the pool have made a huge difference. He is able to take walks outside in the safe neighborhood and make friends. Atria has done a great job keeping Covid out of the building following every protocol. Moving to Atria was the best decision he could have made.

Farrington Court in Kent is an amazing place to have your loved ones cared for. We have been so happy with the care that is extended each and every day. The director [name removed] and her staff are always available and ready to meet your needs. COVID-19 has been a difficult time for everyone but the communication and assurances that we have received during this difficult time have been above and beyond. We could not be happier, if you are looking for a place that you know that your loved ones will be not only cared for but cared for well, Farrington Court is a place you should really look into.

my mom has been living at Winslow Court for approximately one year. We have found the staff to be very friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. Winslow Court for cleanliness and food service are great. The food itself is very good as I have had breakfast/lunch with my mom on many occasions and have been impressed. There special days (4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and other holidays are very important and are very nice to attend as I believe the staff on those days does an outstanding job to make those days very very special.

Lincoln Court is the best place for senior living! The activities they have are engaging and fun! We love that family activities are planned, too!

Wentworth is perfect for my parents. They are safe, fed and developing friendships. The people we've met have been friendly and courteous and welcoming. It was a simple process to get them moved in.

I had been doing everything to get my father-in-law to even consider 'Independent Living' rather than purchasing a home--which his doctors said would be entirely unsafe for him to be living alone. Finally, he reluctantly agreed to look at Parklane. As soon as we got there, his attitude began to change. After talking with the manager and taking tour, a miracle happened! He wanted to move in ASAP. That was end of [date removed]. He's been there 2 months now and I've never seen him happier. He loves the food and all the friends he is making, as well as the varied activities. He uses the free transportation regularly. I'm soo grateful for the staff making him feel wanted and at home. I recommend Parklane every chance I get.

I was asked by my mom if I would take my Grandma to see North Star. We had a wonderful and informative tour. We were shown the two bedroom apartment. The space and storage were fantastic. The facility was well thought out and it offered so many activities to make it feel like a community. A place to enjoy life together with your neighbors and friends. We were treated to a lunch and I was so surprised at how wonderful our experience was. The dining room was beautiful, the menu had so much to offer and the staff was attentive. The food was as good as a nice restaurant. We both walked away knowing this was a great next step should the time come to make that decision.

Lincoln Court is awesome. Love the activities and that the family can come too!

My Gramma has lived at Lincoln Court for over 10 years and LOVES it there. The staff is great and very helpful and the building and grounds are beautiful

While choosing a facility for my Wife and me, I was looking for a few specific things that this place offers. I like that they have a washer and dryer in unit and a balcony that is screened in. We have a one bedroom apartment with a living room, full kitchen that's equipped with everything you can think of, and a den. The rooms here are bigger than some of the other places in the area. The food is good here but sometimes it’s a hit or miss. We’re still getting settled in but I would recommend them to other families.

Hunters Point has been a good community so far. They do have some issues with commutation and they fact that need a new chef. The staff is otherwise wonderful. The food here is really good with a lot of options, but I am concerned that they seem to serve a number of processed meats such as sausage bologna, and pepperoni. Sometimes options are not the healthiest. There are a lot of activities here, and I like that I can be as busy or idle as I wish. I can play cards, bingo, go on outings, and I often participate in the exercise classes. Overall, I enjoy my time here, and I would recommend the community to others.

I toured Atria Inn while looking at living options for my father. I felt that it was a very nice, upscale, and almost posh, if you will, community. It did feel super welcoming, but at the same time, it lacked the comfortable family vibe that I was looking for, so I decided on another community.

We are thrilled that my mother-in-law has moved into Overlake Terrace. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and nice; the ladies in the front, the director, the chef, everyone. When we first moved her in, there were some small miscommunications during the transition. We had a meeting, and everything is running smoothly now. The food is wonderful, the portions are on the small side, but I feel they are perfect for the population that they’re serving. They offer a lot of activities like outings, music, and church services as well. I would absolutely recommend the community to others.

Beautiful assisted living facility - friendly staff, beautiful environment, well-organized and fun activities scheduled constantly. Wonderful food is served daily and the care of patients is at the highest level possible. The residents are happy and always seem excited to be going to an activity. The medical care is superb. I cannot say enough about this facility.

My roommate and I have lived here since 2014. Overall we give it a soft Five Stars. However, the staff and administration we give Five Stars, plus. They care. And, if possible they absolutely go out of their way to do whatever they can for you, with a big smile. If you or your loved one love people and love interacting with them, this is the place. Cleanliness....for the most part the halls and apartments have carpet. Hard to keep clean and without constant shampooing tend towards never looking well cleaned. Weekly cleaning is done well, including pictures and window sills. However, since "spring type cleaning" is not done, corners and under and back of things get very dusty. Gemini Care is on board, totally. They too are Five Star. Activities are from early morning to late afternoon - always something to do. Opportunities to explore the city and state. Lectures and crafts. Church and Social Hour. Lots of music guests. The bus drivers are wonderful and very helpful and kind. Maintenance is on the spot and always attentive and done quickly. No job, including changing your light bulbs is too small or too large for them. The one negative that decreases the value, in our opinion is the food. You must pay for all three meals whether you want them or not. Not all cooks are equal and it would be great if you could pick and choose your meals. This one negative is why we only gave value a Fair. However, the vast majority of our friends who live here do enjoy the food more than we do; however, they agree they would love to be able to pick and choose their meals; the ones they know are tastier. By the way....breakfasts are very good. The building is gated and there is designated parking for residents and handicap. Here, you feel like you are home. The atmosphere is warm and friendly.

The beginning of the move was difficult, in that the care wasn't what it should've been. At the time, I brought these issues up with the director, and they were very responsive, and they found ways to correct the issues. I have seen some changes, and things are going much better. Everyone seems to be doing what they're supposed to be doing now. There have also been instances where my mother believed that there were people coming into her room, which seemed to be worrisome, but they were just people roaming the halls, and they have since been resolved. Overall, we are pretty satisfied! well maintained, never trash no smells
