I would recommend the facility. We picked this community, because of the proximity to my home. It's like all assisted living. Great facility. But you have to be aware of the service.

My loved one is currently a resident at Sunflower Springs Trinity and her experience at this facility has been very good. It is a very clean facility. The staff is lovely and they're like family. Communication with the family has been wonderful. When my loved one needed something, they reached out. The meals look just okay. There's nothing special about the dining room, it is plain and basic. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Very clean place. Pretty. Food pretty good. Understaffed but staff friendly. Some amazing nurses. Shady with billing. We picked this community, because it was newer, and furnished.

My mother was first placed in the more independent building even though she had signs of dementia. She did quite well for a while. When her dementia and needs became greater, she was moved to the memory care building. There are fewer residents in this building and she receives more individualized attention. I have been very pleased, for the most part, with the care she has been given. The manager and head of nursing go to great lengths to insure the best care they are able to give. I have found those in charge as well as many of the employees to be very friendly and helpful.

I would recommend. I like that they honor veterans. My loved one said they stopped displaying pictures of the vets on the wall. If that is true, I think they should bring it back. We picked this community, because the facility was clean and his room was comfortable so it was an easy decision from there.

Great beginnings, hasn't been open long enough to expand comments. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Magnolia Bridge at Murrells Inlet to other families. It will be a beautiful community once it is filled.

Our family had an in person tour with Cariad at North Brook and we thought the community and the tour experience was really good

Based on the experience we have had so far, we are very happy with all the categories listed above for Creekside on Whipps Mill Road. A Place For Mom was very helpful in placing my brother there. We would definitely recommend this community to other families looking for a community for their loved ones. Thank you.

Based off of our experience here so far, I think areas for improvement at Harbison Shores would be the food and communication. But communication is not a choice.

Sunflower Springs Trinity is a newer facility that is very nice. The staff here are great as well. They are short staffed quite often, and the food served is not very good. Overall I would recommend them to others based off of our experience there.

It was a nice place but a little smaller than I would have liked. There was no care since it was independent living. The dining areas is nice and mom liked some of the meals provided by typically wanted something else off the menu. Our loved one was not feeling well most of the time she was there so she didn't get to participate a lot, but she did enjoy the happy hours, musicians and bingo. She would of liked to do water aerobics but didn't know what they were offered I think. I didn't think the value for cost was outrageously priced for the area and what they offer.

It's been a great experience. My Dad is doing well. I wish my Dad were more social, but he is doing so well. The Food is good..People are very cheerful, and happy . The staff is very helpful. I would recommend.

I would recommend the facility with the caveat that, as a new location, they are experiencing growing pains finding experienced commuted workers. They are experiencing some turnover and are in the process of hiring. As with anything, you have to advocate for your family member to get the marketed level of care and services.

The interaction with the staff, sas been good. I am very happy with her care. She is in the memory care unit. I recommend it. They offer; Arts crafts, beach ball kick, word (phrase) games, movies, spa day (nails). Activities is listed on board in the activity area.

They are always willing to listen to concerns. Also, my mom is doing so much better participating in regular activities. [name removed] is wonderful with the residents. She does activities or will sit and read with my mom. The ladies who care for my mom are aware she is afraid of water and are still able to shower her regularly. One of the gals braids my moms hair and I think the tenderness she displays is very nice. Sad to see turnover of staff in other areas, but I guess that is everywhere.

The staff are approachable and easy to work with. I do think that maybe they could have more "from scratch" type food and less of popping it in the microwave. I haven't eaten there though, so I'm just reporting what I've been told by my mother- in- law.

It is a very nice facility, clean, and the staff is very friendly. We had a bit of a rough start because I feel like it was hard to figure out how everything works. Will they escort her to meals? How do her meds get refilled? Who does she ask for help if she needs it? Everything has been resolved to our satisfaction, but I feel like I needed an orientation.

Overall it has been a very good community for our family, and our loved one has been very happy. There has been a couple little glitches when it comes to hand-off of information but the staff members are so pleasant. The residents are extremely happy which means the staff members are even pleasant when families are not around visiting. When it comes to the meals they could have more nutritional meals - they have some high sodium meals which is not always the best for the elderly population. However based on our experience so far we would recommend the Creekside at Three Rivers to other families.

My mother in law was well liked and genuinely cared for during her 4 month stay. Staff goes above and beyond. They are making more improvements to the landscape which will bring that happy place foe the residents. We were very happy with Sunflower Springs.

I toured Harbison Shores when looking for Assisted Living for my mother. It was a good tour. The cleanliness and friendliness were good. The staff seemed good, also.
