The staff is very nice, they have been very cooperative with getting paperwork done. The only thing she has really complained about is the food, she said that they serve a lot of rice and she does not like rice. If it is in your budget, I would recommend the facility.

The workers are wonderful. They take very goodcare of the residents. They make sure everyone is happy joyful. They are very organized. The staff creates events for the residents to do and it's really fun for everybody.

The staff here is great. This facility is pretty good. It's just a little 'tired.' That's the best way I can explain it. There are small maintenance issues, nothing major, but definitely some things that need fixed and improved. The apartments are nice. The food is good. It seems like there is high turnover with the Chef position, but the food has seemed to stay pretty good during those changes. The people who run the place are very responsive and very nice. If you have a problem, things get taken care of quickly. They do offer activities, but my loved one hasn't participated in any of them yet. A lot of the residents do. The residents here are nice. Housekeeping is once a week and they do a good job. It's a basic surface cleaning for the most part, but the housekeeping staff are very nice people. I don't think I would recommend them to friends and family. If I did, I would be sure to give my input and mention the things I've noticed and that need improvement here. Again, the overall atmosphere just seems 'tired.'

There was housekeeping service and my mom's apartment was always maintained along with the common areas. The staff were attentive to mom's needs and treated her with respect. The activities were fun and engaging, even if mom forgot that she did them.

The tour experience was good, you could tell they were really trying to get us to come here. What we did not care for was how small the facility was. There was not a whole lot of activity going on. It was just not the right fit for my loved one.

Village Veranda is a beautiful community with spacious room great food and fun activities. Living here is very nice. We have a great staff. They are all friendly and helpful. The management staff are always striving for the best. However every place has a drawback or 2. Weekends have no group led activities and are pretty boring. Even weekdays don't have much to do. We do get a lot of live music, but not much crafting activities. We play a few games, but I wish there was more. Some care staff could use more training and increase speed of service when we request assistance. Like every community we have a staff shortage and conscientious people hard working people are always in short supply. Even with the things I don't love, it is still great in comparison to other places that I have been in or seen. I looked at many places before I chose Village Veranda and I'm glad this was my choice.

Basically we love the friendliness of the staff there. We wish things had gone a little bit more smoothly when the facility flooded from Hurricane Ian. While we understand the staff was probably overwhelmed with having to instantly relocated number of residents, we wish that our loved one had had more maintenance support to get him established in another room and make things accessible. Some of my loved ones items were damaged with the flooding and so we're waiting to see if Seagrass is offering any discount on the monthly charges due to the inconveniences. Based on comments from my loved one, the resident there, the food seems to be adequate. Seems like it could be better but it's good enough. I have not tried it myself so that could be due to my loved ones cuisine preferences versus the other residents. The in house OT and PT seems great.

They were short-staffed for a while (which I understand is outside of their control), but they have recently been able to hire some people, and things are much improved. They always do the best the can. The staff they do have are very friendly and provide good care. And it's a very nice facility.

What we really like about Sanders Glen is all the management staff - they all have been there well over 10 years which is extremely significant in our opinion. The reason the meals get 3 stars is with the pricing going up we believe the kitchen staff are struggling some to make good meals. However based on the experience we have had so far with Sanders Glen we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

The apartment between residents could use deep cleaning by a professional service. Housekeeping the community provided was good when my loved one was there. The care services were very good. The staff were great and wonderful. I do feel they were short handed as the staff they had wore many hats. The residents had lots of options for meals. The food was fine when we ate with our loved one. There were a lot of activities offered. Outings, resident council, and more for the residents to participate in. My loved one wishes they never left The Glen. I don't think my loved one realized how much they would miss all the people and activities offered.

Only issue is the bathroom and intermittent cleaning. On move in, average like a mid priced hotel. Less than I expected. Staff beyond excellent Only suggestion is to really work to get residents to activities. I would say they could not get a better staff. Mom has never been so complimentary about people. They care and are helpful. For us, they have need wonderful- usually recognizing when we have a question. No other improvements

They are as good of a place as any place you could have. Overall it has been a positive experience and it is worth a look for other families - it has worked out well in our situation.

Indigo at Carolina Forest is a brand new community and a really nice pretty place. The staff we have interacted with have been extremely nice and friendly. The chef [name removed] is absolutely awesome. Our loved one really enjoys playing cards every single day. The only issue we have is sometimes our loved ones do not have hot water and sometimes it is hard to reach staff when we have an issue. Also we think they could benefit from having handrails in the shower and along the hallway walls .

We picked this community because, it was convient to home, They need to improve on, monitoring the rooms of the residents. It's a nice place, overall. Most of the staff is nice.

Loved the staff. Very friendly. However, they over promised and under delivered. At the time of my Mother's death, they were wanting her to be moved to a nursing home so I had begun looking for other arrangements.

Our family had an in person tour and it was being built during the time, it was a pretty big place and everything is brand new but the setting where the community was - was just not as nice as another community we had toured.

We picked this community, because my loved one wanted to go to this community. Overall, we are satisfied. They need to improve with the activities, and offer more activities on the weekend.

The reason the cleanliness gets 4 out of 5 starts is laundry needs to be done more often, and the bedrooms could be maintained better but the rest of the community is 5 stars
