I would say the care staff is very caring and kind. Food and activities are great. Communication is not very good between staff and admin, And admin and families.

Creek side on Whipps Mill Road was a good place for [name removed], very attentive to her needs, kept me informed of my loved one's progress, we were very pleased with this community. The staff communication was good and the meals were good. I am not sure if there were choices. Overall things were good for us and our loved one.

Overall, it is a great community with an outstanding and caring staff. We had some initial problems with my sister when she first moved in and everyone pitched in to help us through them even though they had nothing to do with Trinity. At this point I really can't think of anything in particular I would want improvement in. My sister is happy and becoming involved with the activities and community and most importantly she is in a safe and caring place.

Westhills Newnan Crossing is wonderful. It's absolutely better than we ever expected, and our loved one is settling in fabulously. The facility is very clean. Everyone there has been absolutely wonderful. The staff make everyone feel welcome. They're inviting and open. She's enjoying all the activities. The one little downside is that meals are open dining, which makes it hard for her to follow a stricter diet of her own accord. I would like to see a little bit more help with that. But overall everything has been great. She has fit in well, and they've really made her feel welcome. She's never even mentioned going back home since moving in, which we were worried about initially.

The meals and dining service at The Villas is the best part, it is grand. We do think there is some different communication that could be improve on, and we do wish they had a little more flexibility with their bus transportation system. However we would still recommend this community to other families.

This was an okay community with an informative tour. It didn't feel like the right fit for our loved one.

My loved one stated the food was fatty and not enough vegetarian options.

We think the staff members are very candid and very upfront and make sure that all the I's are dotted and T's are crossed in a friendly way. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty when it came to arranging furnishings and arranging hospice for our loved one. When they pull on the help cord assisted comes immediately, they never miss a thing so we appreciate their timely manner. The activities seem to be really good and we do think their value is great. The staff are friendly and caring.

Good community. It was more than we wanted to spend.

We had a great tour at Villas of Canterfield. The staff were wonderful. They had a very personal touch and very patiently answered tons of questions for us. I felt no pressure from them. The facility was in a remote, more country setting, and their clientele were a little bit older. Those things really just depend on what you’re looking for. But as far as how they ran the place, I thought it was wonderful.

This facility has been great! Everyone is super friendly here. It's a small community. The staff knows everyone by name and really seem to know each resident and their needs. My mom is pretty independent, but did fall ill for a short time and the staff handled it so well. They checked on her often, took her temperature frequently, and just monitored her to make sure she was comfortable and had what she needed. I wasn't able to be there and I appreciated knowing that she was well taken care of during that time. The staff here is remarkable, we couldn't ask for better. Mom is happy and that's all that matters. One thing I did notice, in the short time that mom has been here, we've witnessed two or three residents who came in for Assisted Living be transitioned to Memory Care. I saw the staff recognize the needs of those residents, evaluate them and their care needs, and get them transitioned to Memory Care so that those needs could be met. It was really great to see that extra effort and care being given, very comforting. One thing I would suggest is a couple of benches for the residents to sit on out back. There's a big Soccer Field area back there and the residents love to watch the kids play Soccer. I see them standing at the back door frequently, just enjoying watching the kids play. They do have benches in the front, but I think the residents would really enjoy having some out back! I would absolutely recommend this facility to family and friends.

The weekday staff have been great but we have had a couple of issues with the weekend staff - at times it does seem like this community is great for those who have more independent living rather then assisted living because we have also had a few issues with the extra care levels. However our loved one absolutely loves her room - the square footage is great as well as the layout, it is better then a lot of other places we had checked out

They need to hire more than one housekeeper. The facility is too large for one person to keep clean. We picked this community, beacause it was close to home, very friendly, good reviews from friends, at-home feeling when you walked in.

It is a friendly atmosphere. The staff and the residents seem to be happy. The only negative is that the food is terrible - it has no taste.

The cleanliness and the aesthetics of the community right when you walked in stood out to us - it did not feel like you were walking into a nursing home at all. We also really liked that even though our loved one is a dementia resident, they wanted to start him our in assisted living to still give him that chance of independence for some time. The staff members really did a good job taking care of him and based on the experience we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Overall, they are welcoming, very helpful, and thorough with helping to get set-up. They are very nice people, and accomodating. They could improve on, communication with what they have going on and with the residents. I would recommend to other families.

They were very friendly. It was very clean. The staff was pleasant. It was more expensive.

Our family had an in person tour and we really did get that warm, cozy, inviting feeling here and we do think our loved one would of enjoyed this community, however the down side is that they had a small contract with medicaid and thinking into the future we just did not know if that would work for us.

Specific mention to [name removed] in housekeeping. She goes above and beyond. Also [name removed] in sales admin, and [name removed] at front desk. [name removed] does use the nurse practitioner affiliated with the Pointe. Difficulty hiring and retaining chef and staff possibly attributes to decreased food appeal to our loved one. Our loved one uses gym, exercise classes, poker, bingo, games and has met many nice people. I also have peace of mind knowing our loved one is at the Pointe, since I spend quite a bit of time in North Carolina. If they don't see him around, they check on him .
