When it comes to the meals and dining - my mother has gained significant weight; I have shared my concern with staff. Would also suggest that since most of the residents are in their 80's and 90's that the staff plays music for their generation at meals instead of from 1980's and 1990's.

Everyone on staff that I dealt with at The Beacon at Gulf Breeze was extremely helpful. The move in/out process was extremely smooth and the staff was helpful in making it as convenient as possible to my schedule. Communicating with everyone was easy and my questions were answered in a timely manner. I encountered one housekeeper during my husband's stay. She seemed to be quite thorough. She also made it clear that she would only clean once a week. I always wondered if she was the only one cleaning in the Memory Care unit. The hallways and common areas needed attention daily that they didn't get. Overall, The Beacon at Gulf Breeze is a lovely facility that I would recommend to others.

The staff at Creekside on Whipps Mill Road were very patient and caring with my Mother, who was previously my father's caretaker before coming to this facility. They realize that it's not just the resident that needs their compassion. I would recommend Creekside on Whipps Mill Road to others! Overall good experience.

What our family likes the most about the Superior Residences of Niceville community is the staff members. They are great and provided excellent communication. The community is also very clean and very well kept.

I have had an amazing experience with my Dad and Grandmother at Westhill. Everything is top notch. I have few complaints...my Grandmother was in memory care with hospice and my Dad is in Senior Living. He has been very sick and the med tech on his floor has gone above and beyond. While the concierge services is limited the staff is very helpful. The place is always clean. Some spots are on the carpet, but they get cleaned.

We toured Brookdale West Ashley when searching for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. This facility was nice! The cleanliness was good. The atmosphere seemed good and everyone was friendly. However, the facility was over our price range. We continued on with our search.

Great activities, my mom is very happy. We picked this community because of the price and location.

We picked this community, because it was suggested by a hospital based on her income level. I would recommend to other families.

I would recommend except for the food. Very disappointed in the "chef prepared meals". My loved one has complained about them daily and has lost 15 pounds in three months. We picked this community because of the cleanliness, friendliness, central location, and cost.

The only complaint I would voice is the confusion that exists between those who wish to use in-house "SC House calls group" and those who have an established primary care doctor and wish to continue with their PCP. We were asked to sign numerous papers for lots of different things(overwhelming at the time) and two related to health care. One to authorize for SC house calls group to see my mother, we thought and it was confirmed by the staff, that was if her physician could not be reached. SC house calls did not understand that was our wish and took over her care without communication with us. I finally contacted them to find out why my Mother's meds were changed, etc. The facility met with us, clarified, apologized, and have fixed the problem to our satisfaction. My advice would be to be very clear what care you want for your family member and make sure the information has been shared with all providers. Except for that problem, the transition has been very good and the staff is very caring.

Our family had an in person tour with Anthem Lakes and overall it was a good tour experience. All the communities we toured had about the same amenities across the board. The community is newer and a little bit better in shape then the community we chose for our loved one.

Our family had an in person tour with Creekside at Three Rivers and overall it was a good tour experience, but our loved one did not quality for this community.

We toured Vitality Living Upland Park when searching for an Independent Living facility for our loved one. This facility was very nice! The staff was very friendly. However, it was very new and there were not a lot of residents yet. It was also a bit more expensive, compared to others in the area. You had to keep up with your food account balance, etc.

I was skeptical about Carriage Hill but the admissions lady [name removed]and the staff made me feel at ease with the process. It's been a few months since my uncle's been there and I can't complain, the staff and director of nursing listen and take care of him great.

The reason we gave it an overall 4 out of 5 rating is because the management changes to often. However our loved one is on the memory care side and the staff members there are caring. They have a nice structure to day. Inspirations of Florence is an awesome community.

Our main concern while searching for a Memory Care facility was our loved one enjoying their stay in a safe environment. While the Village Veranda has its issues, our loved one is happily singing, playing ball, playing games and dancing without worry. The Activity Director makes this facility the best we've seen, and we've seen many. As I told my Dad, our loved one is enjoying herself. It's that her not wearing socks, or another's clothes or not being showered as much as we'd like that is really our hang up. It's all how you look at it. As with most businesses today, staffing is a problem. We see different faces, some wonderful and friendly and others not so much. But overall, we believe the care that our loved one gets is equal to anywhere else we go. We are at the facility often and clean our loved one, check her stuff and dress her if need be. Short staffing poses a problem at times.

The only comment I would make is that - at the moment - they are understaffed, and the effect is not necessarily a big problem, but it is apparent. Things like food service being consolidated into a single dining room, things taking longer than they should, etc. But overall, everything seems to be fine, just a little slower than it's supposed to be. The staff is very friendly, and they were very accommodating and helpful when moving in. We had some new furniture delivered directly there before moving in, and they had it waiting in the room for us when we arrived. Despite what I hope are temporary staffing problems causing some slowdowns, I think it's still a good value for the money and would recommend it.

What we like the most about The Langford of Collierville is the friendliness of the staff members and their willingness to help and the way they respond to certain requests. Their biggest problem is lack of staff. Not sure that's their fault or not. However e would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

What we like the most about the Westhills Newnan Crossing community is the friendly staff, their amenities, the meals that are served to the residents and the proximity to our family. The overall value for cost is night but not ridiculous. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families!

The tour experience was very good. Saw several apartments with one furnished to get an idea where things fit. Also saw the beauty shop, laundry, dining room, activity room and more. We picked this community, because they were friendly, it was close to my home, and the cost breakdowns with add in's as you needed.
