I am very glad to have found Creekside. This is the 2nd facility she's lived in, in almost 3 years of care. I toured 4 places and found Creekside easily the best for our needs. It is also best situated between my sister and me .Location-wise,

It's small but they obviously care about the residents. I got to actually talk to a couple of them and they seemed happy there. Value for the money and no level-of-care fees.

My mom is very happy there and I would recommend it.We picked it because of the activities they had listed. With that being said, I was a little disappointed to see activities listed that actually don't take place. They still offer enough that my mom is happy so I don't complain but that was a little disappointing.

Village Veranda is clean, well maintained, new, full of friendly staff, and the residents we met seem happy. It’s very handy to have memory care done one hall and ALF down a different hall since I have 1 parent in each location.

The staff is very friendly and we are confident in the quality of nursing care. They handle delicate issues very well and expertly manage more challenging residents. Family communication is also good. We are in a transition with meal service and have a new head chef who has made a significant impact in a very short period of time. There were issues and management understood the concern and started making the necessary changes. The facility is well maintained and maintenance issues are resolved promptly. Move-in was very accommodating and communication before, during and after was great.

My loved one was previously a resident at The Pointe. The staff was friendly, communicative and helpful. The residents tended to be cliquey! I would recommend this facility to others.

I know the staff has a very hard time with some of the patients but they do a good job. Definitely have a higher tolerance than I do I have been in the facility once and it had a bad smell I informed the staff and they responded very quickly. We discovered that one of patients had stopped in the middle of the hall and went to the bathroom. Maybe some air freshener would help

I would say it's a nice place. It's not as active as where my uncle was before and that is really hard for him. There were several men that he made friends with and he doesn't have that there. I picked Ciel because it was closest to my house, it offered a large apartment, it was a nice facility and it was a good price. Of course the price went up after the FIRST month so that is not the case anymore....

Everyone connected with management and staff have always been helpful. Picked this place because of wife's recent heart surgery and proximity to medical facility.

The staff and caregivers for majority are wonderful, caring and loving. Managers are very helpful and personable. They are what makes the place the best. The food is good but sometimes no variety. Moms at "home" and happy

Everyone on staff is very friendly and very kind. The facility claims that they are fully staffed based on state guidelines. In my opinion they are not sufficiently staffed to provide the services that they advertise. I am there to advocate for my husband almost everyday. I have cameras in his apartment. If I do not keep after them he does not get proper care. However, he has dementia and is happy and satisfied there.

The staff is nice and friendly. They keep you up to date on what's going on with your loved one. Only one suggestion, perhaps hire more housekeepers. Other than that, everything is good.

For the cleanliness, they didn't clean the room very often. I did it every other day. The nurses were great. OT was fantastic. Caregivers varied on who was on duty. Two particular caregivers were exceptional. We do think they could have more activities. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Don't believe everything they tell you before you move in. We told them exactly the condition my brother was in. When he got there and they found out that he was exactly like we said he was, they sent us a CERTIFIED LETTER - EVICTING him - and we had 30 days to get him out. For a religious institution, that was most UN-Christian.

Director of Nursing and Executive Director both have been very compassionate, supportive and patient with us during a very difficult transition period. They have greatly improved on the consistency of staffing.

Their night communication could be better - that could be an area of improvement. We do like all the activities they have for the residents there as well as the security they provide.

Very friendly staff -all levels. My mom is extremely happy here and we are very pleased with the experience. Their activities are a bit sedentary--much more than my mom was used to. But she wa s going to YMCA back at home so she was disappointed that most exercise classes were geared for sitting rather than being up on feet standing and moving.

The staff is very friendly to the family. They keep me informed when timely if there are issues to discuss. They encourage the residents to socialize to foster that community environment. I feel very confident that he is in a safe environment where he is cared for by very professional caregivers.

Overall experience - very good from the initial contact to contact after [name removed] passed away. Cleanliness - it's brand new and they are maintaining it. Friendliness of staff - from great to not so great. Depends on the person or the day. Quality of Care - depends on who is on duty but overall good to very good. Meals - good. Activities - probably the weakest link. Value -very good.

Everything is just fine at the Village at Southlake with the exception of food. Food is mediocre and in some cases bad, there are some excellent meals here, but there also are many mediocre and just plain not good meals. The activities are very good. I find a lot to do and they are very enjoyable things. The staff is very very pleasant and they residence are also very pleasant. My overall evaluation is OK
