Overall. Seems lower than total due to a few minor issues like getting into mailbox has went unresolved. Cleanliness of facility is good but for a 5 needs to clean room more consistently.Great leadership staff gives them a 5 for friendliness. But other workers are coming and going quickly

I'd say that families need to know that the base rent charged is not the only monthly expense. Depending on the number of care points assessed, this additional cost can be an unpleasant surprise and isn't talked about much. As far as The Beacon at Gulf Breeze is concerned, it is a good facility with caring staff throughout the organization and I would recommend it to others.

There is not much leadership or staff training.

It is a very nice place. It is very expensive.

My loved one is currently a resident at Creekside on Whipps Mill Road and the experience has been very good for her at this facility so far. The staff are very friendly and nice. The meals are of good quality. The management is quick to handle concerns. The cleanliness, care services and activities are good. I would definitely recommend Creekside on Whipps Mill Road to others.

I would say that any place such as superior will have things that you think needs improvements. Look at your differences and work on them together. Just remember your always going to feel your loved on needs more because overall they are your responsibility.

I would recommend anthem lakes. Overall we have had a good experience. The grounds are nice and residents in the independent or assisted living can go outside and walk around. The food is very good, staff is helpful and friendly. Sometimes it is difficult to make sure all services are being provided or with whom to communicate. But this is likely the case everywhere. The external medical providers that come onsite - housecalls, the podiatry, hearing aid specialist are all great to communicate with. Overall it has been good experience

Meals take a long time. Residents sit waiting for their meal, up to an hour. The food must be good because Mom has put on a little weight. It takes a long time (weeks) to get a work order completed. Special events are well planned and organized in advance. Overall, Mom is very happy. She has made friends and is pleased with how beautiful her home is. She is safe and well cared for.

The staff provide a good mix of activities for the residents. My dad is finally joining in and enjoying himself. While I wish that my dad were with me, I can't do things for him like Harbison Shores can! I still struggle with having to place my daddy in a facility. I am very appreciative to a Place For Mom for providing the resources we needed. It made our search so much easier.

I would only recommend this place to someone who wasn't bothered by changes that happen very often. I was not informed that on anniversary of your signing on here you would get a 6% increase every year. The food some weeks is okay and other weeks there is nothing good.

They accept Medicaid, they have very nice honey feeling, lots of activities and everyone is very friendly. I think the kitchen help is challenging as they don't all speak English. The nursing staff may be different than aids, the aids are not highly skilled

The staff is professional and kind, but the move in process was bumpy. Very little information was provided to make for a smooth transition into assisted living. The staff did respond to questions, but family may need to take the initiative to get the information needed. Overall, I do recommend this facility.

Once facility problems are resolved it was best place he lived. But facility has had some big problems with burst pipes and other things.

This is a beautiful place, very clean with friendly staff. My friend, who is resident there, is only noticing shortage of staff. When she needs assistance and does press the assistance button, sometimes takes a long time for someone to show up. Other than that , this is a super place.

I am very well, satisfied with the level of care and services that Seagrass has provided thus far. At the same time, I’m monitoring my mothers needs, which we are still assessing. At the same time, we’re still trying to figure out, if assisted-living is the correct level of care that she needs. Overall, I am pleased with the quality and level of care that we received.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. [name removed] at the front desk was awesome. It's good care and it's reasonably priced. The deciding factor for us was the cost. My mother in law isn't there anymore. She broke her hip and also needed memory care.

It is a beautiful facility and the people are so nice. I hear the food is very good too. I would tell them to def look into it. I don't know about the cost because I have nothing to compare it to.

We chose Brookdale West Ashley because of the cost for what we were getting. But also the smaller size was helpful due to the proximity of other rooms like dining, PT, library. Nothing was very far to get to. Very helpful and attentive staff. My Dad's attitude was really the only negative aspect. He just didn't want to be there.

The residents watch out for each other. The facility is clean and the people care. Yes I would recommend.

I think they do a very good job of understanding how they have to handle the residents and are pleased with them overall
