The staff is amazing with how well they look after the residents. The RN, [name removed] is the absolute best! We are very appreciative of all Creekside has done for our uncle. The room sizes in memory care are good and varied based off of the needs and financial wherewithal of the individual.

I like them but if I had known before we committed that the Wi-Fi would not permit a captel telephone we would have gone somewhere else. This has had a huge impact on our lives. We picked this community because it was close to my home.

The memory care staff is very kind and sweet with their residents. While I know Mom doesn't have the 1 on 1 care she had at home, she is safe, and treated kindly. Her room is typically in good shape. Have had clothes, sheets, towels, shoes and socks go missing in laundry. It is supposed to be done individually there and I've not received a satisfactory response to that issue. I would not recommend use of the in house beauty salon there.

Its a very good community. The office staff very pleasant to work with. I thank everyone who help when I needed help placing my Mother! Thank you.

Staff are very helpful and available when needed. I do think they could improve on the activities by gearing it more towards the individual. I would recommend Harbison Shores to others.

Great location to many restaurants, light shopping, etc. Staff is very sweet to the residents and work alongside family to create a comfortable environment. I would recommend Ciel Senior Living of Collierville to others looking.

All assisted living places have issues with employee turn over but Harbison Shores handles it very well. The facility is well maintained and run very well. My parent says the staff treat him very well and he feels like they care for him and he feels very secure here.

Personal service of staff is excellent. Quick response to request, in a caring manner.

The place has sometimes shortage of help on the floor. My friend has wheelchair assistance and sometimes they don't respond when she asks for assistance. Another times they will wheel her out and leave by the elevator for longer. They also charge her for services that she doesn't get. She has another appointment about that this coming Monday. Hopefully this will be corrected. Otherwise the place is beautiful and the employees are very pleasant.

[name remove], this is the third time I have tried to answer you. The request came as a text and I answered with several paragraphs before my phone ate it. I am now answering on my computer as my smart phone is apparently smarter than me. We believe Brookdale is the best place for Mom. We notice that they have been loosing staff and are understaffed. It seems everyplace has help wanted signs out and I have no idea where all the people have gone. My Mother-in-law got Covid a couple of weeks ago, but I know this is inevitable in any care facility. She was very sick for three or four days and still not feeling well after she was no longer positive. During this time, all of her jewelry, one gold watch and 4 or 5 rings, which may or may not have been valuable, disappeared. She might have taken them off and put them on her little side table and they could have fallen into the trash. She is very upset about the loss and that nobody came to her to ask her what happened. We reported it.

The facility has a family sort of feel. It is small enough to be personable. My mother-in-law is the resident. Most of the time she likes the food and I'm sure it is very good.

The memory care team was phenomenal, going above and beyond what they were required to do. The temporary administrator was great as well making the paperwork and understanding of care provided easy to understand, explaining everything in detail. The next administrator did not even last a month when we found out that the Louisville administrator from that location had taken over and that's where all communication had broken down. The woman that performed my mother's admission evaluation was telling us all was fine but the nurses lead aide was telling us she needed to be moved to a skilled facility. At the next appointment with the hospice nurse she was asked to call me and tell me that my mother was no longer able to stay at Inperations of Florence. We met with the new admission woman after the previous was let go I'm assuming because of this conflict between all parties, at this time we were asked to remove my mother which I said no because we did not have another facility to take her, at that time she said an eviction notice would be sent which I told her to do what she had to. (Not a very understanding individual) but at least that gave me some time to find another facility (Wrong) now they are sending my mother out every time she is found out of bed claiming a unseen fall had occurred, after several of these claims I asked the EMT for the last incident take her to the hospital and keep her there until the Warsaw facility was ready for her arrival which the social work had found and helped setup, she stayed in the hospital until her move to [name removed] for her final days. I commend the team at both memory care units for doing a excellent job taking care of my mother but the management at what was Inspirations of Florence is possibly why the name for that facility has been changed again

Superior is a caring environment. The staff are kind and take care of each client’s needs! The facility is clean and has a homey atmosphere. We researched and toured several facilities before A Place for Mom found Superior Residence for us.

The Fields of Florence is a beautiful facility with friendly and helpful staff. I’m glad A Place for Mom suggested a tour. My father has been there for a couple of months now! It’s like a hotel but with the support one needs. I enjoy visiting him there and know he is in good hands.

It was a very nice facility, but it was understaffed. I went to see my husband every day twice a day so I had a pretty good understanding of how things were done. Many times there were only two staff members on the floor. The rest of them were over helping out in assisted-living. The staff itself was great and they gave [name removed]good care, but after a couple of months, his health deteriorated to the point where they just could not give him the care that he needed. I moved him over to [removed] where he passed away on [date removed]

All inclusive pricing is nice, but it is still VERY expensive. I do think they need to have a bigger variety of options for the activities and for the food menu, mom got tired of doing and eating the same things over and over again. Overall, I would still recommend Creekside at Three Rivers to others looking.

It's okay I would recommend to others. I picked this community because of the appearance, and friendliness of admitting person, as well as price.

There needs to be more one-on-one care in the memory care department. Too many things are misplaced and not enough qualified nurses. There needs to be more participation in the activities from the residents.

We have noted on numerous occasions the staffs' kindness and engagement with the residents. The activities are numerous and encouraged for the residents. There are a variety of different room sizes to choose from based off of your loved ones needs. I would recommend Brookdale West Ashley to others looking.

The place was wonderful but my Father passed away earlier this year. They handled everything very respectfully and closing the account with them was very easy. There wasn't much they could do activity wise due to his advanced stage of dementia. I would certainly recommend them to others . Their sincere care and compassion made an inherently difficult experience better and less lonely
