They have good staff employees specifically [name removed] in Memory Care. [name removed]is also good employee. Food is good. Room size is good. Feedback: I wish Housekeeping would clean more than the 1 time a week. Weekends are also short staffed compared to Monday thru Friday. Also, a few times I have left messages for nurse station to call back and they have not returned call.

Staff is helpful. Property is well kept but small. Parking is challenging. Location for us is not as convenient as other sister property.

The staff is very friendly and always helpful but the cafeteria staff can be rude. Recently a nurse was waking mom up after 9 pm to come get her own medication. This happened several times and upset my mom but I've been assured the issue won't happen again. Mom's medication is supposed to be brought to her.

Generally we are happy with all aspects of the facility. I have eaten there with Mom and the food was good. Staff is attentive and friendly. Room is always clean as is the rest of the facility.

The staff, cleanliness, the outdoor area, and they are always having activities. The in house physical therapist are very good and knowledgeable. My mother's health and mobility has improved since she started to live there. I would give a 5 but like everywhere, there are issues. Nowhere is perfect.

Most of the staff were ok. Some med techs have poor communication and bad attitudes, lack of compassion. Food was definitely good. My mom became to sick to participate in activities so I can not comment on that. It was a Very clean and apartment size was perfect.

Everyone there is very helpful and kind. Dining has changed in the last year which is why I only gave 4 stars. Apartment size for 1 bedroom is great. I would recommend this community. Location is close to shopping and restaurants.

We felt very welcome. They are a caring team. Treat everyone with respect. Very accommodating. I would recommend to others.

[name removed] was very thorough in her explanation of the amenities available to residents. She carefully explained the costs and next steps. She addressed our mother much of the time when discussing the community which was greatly appreciated. Lots of paperwork which is to be expected, but she patiently explained what was required.

Great place, loved the pool. A little outdated, my Mom wants something newer. It is convenient to me and would consider but have found several that are newer that I think she would like

[name removed] was great, her presence alone justified the high rent cost at the Pointe. She was recently let go from the Pointe, so I no longer consider the facility to be a good value.

Administrative staff really nice and caring and there to help. A few aides here and there are not real attentive according to my mother. Overall it is a very good place but I think they all have little issues with the people that look at it as a job and not a calling. That's understandable though.

Location convenient locked facility encourages residents to be active

Quality of care -It depends on the staff. The day shift is super, however the afternoon and night shifts are inconsistent. It depends who is working. Admin- If the resident is ambulatory and can self-feed, they will be fine. The care for residents in wheelchairs is affected by who is working. The administrative staff listens to family concerns, but there is a breakdown with the afternoon and night shift implementing changes. Food- The snacks and some dinners are difficult for residents with eating challenges. Activities - The men's dide rarely has activities. Legacy ridge was just purchased by a new company. If the resident is ambulatory and can self-feed, they will be fine. The care for residents in wheelchairs is affected by who is working.

The community is welcoming, supportive and clean. Staff seem to genuinely care about the residents at least on the memory care side. I visited a number of facilities in the area and I found Westhill to be the best fit. I would certainly recommend it.

They are very attentive, caring and thoughtful. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

They have a positive way of being. They are always happy to help and answer any questions and concerns. The memory center carpet needs to be changed ... They said that will be happening soon .

Good food, plenty of activities, beautiful dining room, and fully furnished living spaces at a great price. Yes, I would definitely recommend the community to others. In fact, a friend of mine recently moved in based on my recommendation.

I wouldn't recommend at the moment but I need to give them an opportunity to explain what is happening.
