The facility is beautiful and has all the amenities that one would want. There’s a beautiful dining room that offers three meals a day, beauty shop, game and card room, etc. The residents appeared to be having a great time and enjoying each other The cottage that we reviewed looked to be about 2000 ft.² and seems to fit our needs. Our only disappointment was we didn’t get the opportunity to have a meal and the tour rudely ended by our guide walked away to get brochures for us and having someone else send them back to us. We waited a long time for her to come back and she never came baçk so we'd left.

Cost is a factor for us. We wish it was a little more affordable for our loved one. Loved everything else.

My overall experience with The Colonnade has been a 5-star experience all around. The staff and community have been wonderful, and we have been very pleased with the care and support provided. The VA paperwork process took over 45 days to be returned, which caused some stress and challenges, but that was outside of The Colonnade’s control. Overall, we are very grateful for the positive experience we’ve had.

Strong teams with very little turnover. Team takes the time to learn who the guests are and caters to their special needs. Kept my mom's attitude more positive. I would and have recommended them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

Since [Date Removed] move-in, l've had to shower in an apartment across the hall while them work on fixing it I tried to be cooperative and they are sincere It took a month to establish wi-fi. Two trips from maintenance. I do like it here.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The residents seem happy there. The facility itself was gorgeous.

They have been having some issues with the physical part of the facility. Problems z with the ac, sewer backing up after treacherous rains. Staff has been very nice.

I thought it was a great experience overall. I think that it would be helpful for the facilities to offer new residents the same type of tour and introduction they do with families that are searching for senior living. Once my mother moved in, we had lots of questions about logistical stuff. I felt bad always reaching out to the executive director but she was the only person whose contact information I had. She was always responsive and kind, but I do think having a brochure and providing a tour when moving in would help. But in fairness, they were in the middle of a change in ownership so this may not be the typical situation for new residents.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Always available to answer questions or offer any assistance needed.

Sunflower is a good facility overall and certainly a good value. The staff are friendly and address concerns of residents and family members. Appears that the staff have a good attitude regarding care of the residents, it just appears that communication between staff is not up to snuff. There have been several situations where the staff were clearly not on the same page. The food served there reminds residents of high school cafeteria quality level. Sunflower should have more activities for residents. My biggest complaint is the lack of flexibility of providing resident transportation to medical appointments. There are only 2 days a week that they provide this service and the time window on such days is very small and during the lunch hours. We gave up trying to get appointments that meet those small timeframes. Considering the health conditions of it's residents, this service should be given more priority.

We would recommend!! Great food, activities, friendly people and great living spaces.....for assisted living, we find that sometimes the assistance is spotty...no issues with nurses and medicine delivery but baths, laundry, etc sometimes is incomplete

Overall I was very impressed with the look and overall feel of The Landing. The facility was clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful.

However it was determined that my father's dementia was more moderate shortly afterward. They worked with us as best as they could until I was able to find a more appropriate Skilled Nursing facility that offers memory care.

The staff is very patient with my father-in-law. The price is incomparable.

The staff is amazing! The facility is well maintained. 90% of the time, the meals are good. My mom has had a few times that she hasn't been pleased with a special but always has the regular menu to order off. The dining hall is great that if a resident doesn't like what they ordered, they can always request something else to be prepared for them.

Everyone was nice and helpful. Make sure you ask for phone numbers. You can get the numbers for the nurses too. They helped my husband receive phone calls on his phone. He had dementia and would forget how to answer and how to call us.

Very knowledgeable staff with years of history with the residents. Newly acquired by a new company which created some minor issues which either have been resolved or are being resolved. I would recommend.

We have had a very positive experience with this senior living facility and truly appreciate both the environment and the people who work there. While there was some initial miscommunication and confusion during the process, the staff was helpful, responsive, and worked with us to ensure everything was resolved smoothly. The team has been caring, professional, and supportive, which made a meaningful difference in our experience. We would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a quality senior living facility for themselves or a loved one.

It would be to there benefit to learn who handles what and get their phone numbers, the facility is always short on help so it's like everywhere else you can never find anyone who works there when you need them, and become an advocate for your loved one

I give this rating due to not having any prior reference for comparison. they explained processes and procedures of the facility, gave a tour and answered all questions and concerns satisfactorily. I didn't give a 5 due to a few actions, not harmful or detrimental, was just a process I was not made aware of. 2 cleanliness~5. 3 friendliness, staff and residents have been welcoming, and friendly. 4. quality of care 5, although I have not required care beyond what is offered by the facility, I have observed the attentiveness to the residents that require it. 5 administration staff. 5, issues that need need to be resolved, we're assisted by staff and completed with the needed results. 6 food, 4 , not to be confused with the menu or prep or final result. I understand that meals have to be prepared 'generically' mainly due to the varying degrees of dietary restrictions of the residents. I am adjusting as much as I can to make the best of the situation. this is not a slight on the cooks who have to attempt to satisfy everyone while working within the parameters and restrictions they have to cope with. 7 activities 5, there are quite a bit of activities to keep residents involved to prevent boredom and promote I traction with each other. 8 value 5. with the amenities that's offered, the atmosphere, the calm, peaceful outside surroundings, the focus on comfort and well being, goes a long way.
