Overall the caregivers are kind and compassionate. Evening/night shifts are often more rushed - caregivers having many patients to shower for example. Nurses are excellent and have responded to [name removed] needs. [name removed]is beginning to find the meals less interesting. He cannot eat red meat which changes his choices. They do try to accommodate his dietary needs. Last month there were printed menus to pick up so I could decide when to join him but they haven't been available for a couple weeks. So far the only activity [name removed] has participated in is the sittercise exercise class. He often eats with the same people which gives him some connection. I visit him every evening - he wants me there especially on shower night to help but with OT his confidence is improving. He has anxiety and we are making changes to his medication to help while trying to limit meds that make him sleepy. Overall the facility is inviting. His room is vacuumed and the bathroom cleaned weekly. Trash is picked up frequently. He usually does not have to wait long for a response when he calls for help.

My dad has been there for about 2 months now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience. He settled in within just a few days, and the staff went out of their way to make him feel welcome—spending extra time with him and ensuring he felt comfortable. The facility is consistently clean, and the staff is not only friendly but also incredibly attentive. They’re always engaging with the residents—whether through organized activities or simply spending time chatting with them. It really feels like a community.

The staff seems very friendly and helpful. Answered all of our questions. We were mostly just trying to deal with my mother-in-law and getting used to trying to unlock her door, etc. The activities coordinator is extremely nice and is trying to get her involved and I think it's succeeding. It has not been an easy transition for my mother-in-law so I find that that is a win.

Our mother has been at Village Veranda 1-1/2 years. While we agree somewhat to some of the negative remarks seen, we also understand that you would be hard-pressed to find any facility that meets every need or does everything we expect perfectly. We've had some problems since Mom began her stay, but found both the staff and management are willing to listen and honestly do what they can in making corrections and taking steps to prevent them from happening again. That being said, we also understand mistakes get made, which us humans often do as none of us are perfect or without fault. Mom feels very comfortable at VV, has made many friends, and most, if not all, of the employees treat her like she is their mother, a close relative or friend. She stays active and everyone there dotes over her, cares for and about her well being and keeping her smiling. The friendliness of all are extended to us as well each time we walk the halls, which is very frequent!

Staff was super friendly and attentive. Admin staff was dealing with new ownership so be forms and policies but were open to working with us to get Dad admitted quickly. Food was great but activities were more geared toward long time residents and as a rehab resident, Dad spent most of the day in his room. The room was small but nice with summer maintenance issues but those were quickly taken care of. Place is also undergoing a renovation soon.

Very caring and friendly staff- They treated my dad like family. They coordinated with hospice care well. When my dad's problems became more complicated they needed reminders to do things but then got better with it. Sometimes my dad refused their services though too.

The staff at Brookdale is great about communication among the residents and/or their families. Lots of activities to do throughout the week and families are always welcome to join the residents as well. Like any community, problems will arise occasionally, but Brookdale is very efficient about trying to get things resolved. We are very happy at Brookdale!

Overall, satisfied with seagrass, however, in memory care, the quality of care depends on the team working that day.

Its friendly, well maintained, and it's like living in a restaurant. I would not currently recommend this place. There is really not enough capacity in the dining room or the bar to accommodate all the people. We are only half full and we are splitting up the seams. I might recommend it later when they figure out where to put everyone. They also have not figured out transportation, and I don't know anyone that really ever gets a trip to the doctor. I would recommend it once they get over this learning curve. And the same actually goes for activities. The exercise classes have more people than the room can hold. It's the same with any kind of activity where we have to meet in one place. There isn't enough room. And to think we are only at 50% capacity.

Facility and staff are all very courteous and nice. Walking paths in that community and closeness of stores.

My dad has had a great experience. My mom has actually moved there as well in a villa. I'm very pleased. Only downside is the food. Yes, we would very much recommend this community to others. My dad has gone from independent living to memory care fact independent living, and now he's going into assisted living. All of those transitions have been great and Magnolia Bridge has worked with me. That's also the reason why I recommended my mom move there as well. She's been living in one of the villas in independent living and it's just a great community for them. I feel very comfortable with the level of care they are getting and I really feel like they're they're being well taken care Of.

The staff will do everything that they can to help you. I will say it took my dad about 1 1/2 -2weeks for him to be comfortable. I would suggest that families encourage the prospective resident to get involved as soon as possible. They have happy hour every day for the residents and it is a very nice opportunity for any new resident.

I would recommend. Friendly staff who really cares about the residents, whether Assisted Living or Memory Care. Trinity does send out questionnaires periodically and families can address any issues at that time. Also, [name removed] has always been kind to answer any question I have, at any time.

There seems to be a lot of staff turnover. When I talked to the gal, she was very helpful and very friendly, and we thought it would be the best fit at the time.

It's a nice facility and the residents all seemed happy and friendly. The Director was not very helpful when we were trying to get mental health for my father-in-law. They just washed their hands of him when he became disruptive.

What sold us on Harper station was that all three meals are prepared for Independent Living folks. Also, the fact that you can bring in nursing Aid assistance in small time increments into your independent apartment is a fabulous benefit. I have a two bedroom apartment and it fits a queen and all the furniture from her house in the main bedroom. Full size kitchen. Kind of wish the kitchen were a little smaller and the sitting room was bigger.
