The food is not even average. Some times the food is over cooked, burned and dry. There is never enough of servers and a shortage of personnel on weekends. The cleaning is excellent and the staff is good when they come to work as I stated before the price is excellent for this area so affordable

Very helpful and available to answer questions timely. Inclusive with all family members and allow visits with pets. She chose a studio w/ a kitchenette. The bathroom is fully accessible for someone with mobility difficulties. She is able to have her preferred snacks and drinks readily available without needing to go to the dining room. She can go to the dining area anytime for snacks if she prefers. She has room for a small sofa and recliner in her room and view of the courtyard/garden from her room. Staff provide laundry service, house cleaning and assistance with personal activities of daily living if needed. Outings into the community are planned. Medical primary care access is available at the facility, which is very convenient and supports quicker access to healthcare.

What they could improve on would be food and admin...don't know how she got the position but very inexperienced for the job. Plus, they claim to have a chef and they serve 5 star meals. Nothing could be further from the truth. I no longer live there as of [date removed]. Our family's experience has room for improvement. I would recommend for short-term rehab but as far as living there from now on till you die it's not what I want.

The assisted living section of Seagrass in Daphne was very good - the staff was very responsive, and the other residents were friendly - my mom seemed to adjust fairly quickly, and she was rather picky. On the other hand, Alabama has some very annoying rules about who can and can't be in assisted living. After a few months there, my mom was diagnosed with a minor swallowing issue, and was immediately given a 45 day eviction notice. To their credit, management offered her a place in the independent living section, where there was a home health service available for hire. We took their offer, but it turned out to be much less satisfactory - the activities were much farther away, she wasn't allowed to eat in the same dining room with her friends, and the home health service was very hit and miss. She became much more depressed, her health declined, and she passed away shortly thereafter...

We have been very happy with the timely responses we get from all of the staff at Westhill when we have questions about the facility, programs, or my Mother's care. Everyone we've met has been very friendly and engaged, including the chef, that we got to meet during my Mother's move in day. They literally rolled out a red carpet. My family and I highly recommend Westhill if you're looking for a caring and supportive environment for a loved one.

Very happy with room size. The staff are slow to respond when call button is pressed and that is due to the fact that they have a low number of staff. I have had trouble getting someone at times when I call. The administrative staff is helpful when they are available. My husband is very happy with the food. As always there are a few staff members who go the extra mile to help.

They get feed very well. The staff is great, the place is very clean. I feel the care givers really care. I would recommend Creekside to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

The location is ideal-close to Rt 122 and Hwy 460, which makes it convenient compared to other limited options in the county. Carriage Hill also offered the most competitive pricing out of the six places we toured. My dad has his own private room with a bathroom and large closet, and we were able to make it feel like home with his furniture, photos, and décor. He lives in the Memory Care building, which is separate from Assisted Living. The space is open and bright, with high ceilings and natural light in the dining area. One of the best features is that the entire building is secure, so my dad doesn't need to wear an ankle monitor, and there aren't constant alarms. Carriage Hill Memory Care truly checks off so many important boxes for our family.

Not enough staff to handle issues appropriately. Yes very nice and clean facility. We like that it has A physical therapy department and a nurse practitioner and Linda is super nice and helpful when we call.

The staff in general are okay but the cafeteria staff are grouchy. I've had problems with the front receptionist. She won't return calls and is unreliable in passing on paperwork.

Administration staff was very helpful, knowledgeable. We chose this facility for the Clean facilities. Activities they offered. Residents seemed cared for.

Food is just okay. The offerings are way to starch and carb heavy. The levels of additional care are easily charged but not necessarily followed. My uncle is supposed to be assisted with a shower every 3 days. That just doesn't happen. Nor has his shower been properly cleaned since he arrived (2 months). Transport to and from meals is spotty and non-existent on the weekends. The maintenance man, [name removed]??, has been fantastic. [name removed]at the front desk has also been very helpful and kind. [name removed] in sales was also great. No one in particular has been mean or hostile towards my Uncle, just some employees seem to want to be anywhere but there.

It's nice. Everyone that works there is very kind and pleasant. Care is good. I'm happy they are there.

Overall we're satisfied. Very friendly but we did have to make several requests to get things fixed. Like a grab bar and the door lock.

When it comes to the staff, never there nobody running it, they leave at 2:30 or 3 every day. The staff was great the PA not so great. My mom was dehydrated for 2 weeks not eating or drinking. I call ems

I like it for my Mom but she complains they don't bring her medicine on time and the food isn't good. I like the beacon. I think they do a good job.

From the beginning, the staff was more than helpful. From the first day we walked around the staff showed us everything. We could possibly want to see about the facility. That included the independent living, the assisted-living, and the memory care. They didn’t hold anything back until the truth about everything that was going on. We were so appreciative of the staff that we felt this had to be the place for our mother. The moving process was extremely easy and then made everything as available as I possibly could. Once mom got into her apartment, she loved it. She thought it was the most amazing thing in the world to make all new friends and meet all new people. She loves the activities and the fact that she can do her therapy there in house. She is actually getting ready to use the bus and loves everything about facility so we would not even think about moving her.
