This community is very updated from the ambiance to the computer system to the health and fitness of the residents. They do not have skilled nursing but offer good care services for this type of community. They try to keep the residents active and moving as long as the residents wants to participate. I would absolutely recommend Elmcroft to anyone.

We felt very welcome. They are a caring team. Treat everyone with respect. Very accommodating. I would recommend to others.

[name removed] was very thorough in her explanation of the amenities available to residents. She carefully explained the costs and next steps. She addressed our mother much of the time when discussing the community which was greatly appreciated. Lots of paperwork which is to be expected, but she patiently explained what was required.

Great place, loved the pool. A little outdated, my Mom wants something newer. It is convenient to me and would consider but have found several that are newer that I think she would like

[name removed] was great, her presence alone justified the high rent cost at the Pointe. She was recently let go from the Pointe, so I no longer consider the facility to be a good value.

Administrative staff really nice and caring and there to help. A few aides here and there are not real attentive according to my mother. Overall it is a very good place but I think they all have little issues with the people that look at it as a job and not a calling. That's understandable though.

The community is welcoming, supportive and clean. Staff seem to genuinely care about the residents at least on the memory care side. I visited a number of facilities in the area and I found Westhill to be the best fit. I would certainly recommend it.

They are very attentive, caring and thoughtful. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

They have a positive way of being. They are always happy to help and answer any questions and concerns. The memory center carpet needs to be changed ... They said that will be happening soon .

Good food, plenty of activities, beautiful dining room, and fully furnished living spaces at a great price. Yes, I would definitely recommend the community to others. In fact, a friend of mine recently moved in based on my recommendation.

I wouldn't recommend at the moment but I need to give them an opportunity to explain what is happening.

Nothing specific but everything's been really good. Nothing to complain about. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Thought the staff and facilities were great! However it would take over a hour (almost every meal) for the residents to be served. Also there are no options for a low sodium or any other type of diet.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is plenty large and usually clean. Cleanliness could be a little better. I'm not sure how often my husband showers either. He usually argues against taking a shower, so maybe that's just him. I hoped the staff could convince him to shower, but it's really an unknown to me. [name removed] enjoys the food and he gets an adequate amount. The activities seem appropriate for the clientele. I love that it's a locked facility. I would like to be able to speak directly with the nurse practitioner when I can't make it there to see him myself. That has never happened.

In comparison to where she came from five stars. Overall as a new customer four stars. Voice your expectations to make sure their level of confidence matches. Staffing is very friendly and accommodating. They are attentive to my mom's needs and she seems happier overall.

I have visited 7 memory care facilities in our area and believe Indigo is the best fit for my wife, who is struggling with Alzheimer’s.

Nice looking and clean. Somewhat larger than what I was looking for (not as homey as I desired) but the rooms and common areas were well thought-out. I had limited interaction with staff other than sales manager.
