They have been good for my sister because she has made so many friends and become more sociable with people. The assistants for the most part are very attentive. The only negative thing I can say is the bathroom cleaning assistance is not what I would prefer for her. She is unable to keep it up and always complains that they don't clean the floor very often. It used to be great when they had a housekeeper but now it's up to the nursing assistants. I think. The meals are usually pretty good .

So far I have been very pleased with our experience at The Beacon at Gulf Breeze, it is definitely a facility that I would recommend to others. The staff are very helpful, accommodating, and informative. The second party companies that they use for physical therapy, home health, etc. have all been amazing to work with. It is expensive because the price is al a carte. This is a night and day difference from the last facility that we were at, it is a great place.

Out of all of the places that we toured, The Village at Southlake was my favorite personally. It is a nicer and newer place and the staff were great. They did have partners for extra care but when talking with them they were not on staff as often as we would have needed. This is a great place for those who are truly independent who don't need any extra care.

We chose Village Veranda because of the things that they offered and also their price was a little less than some others in the area that we looked into. The room sizes in assisted living are adequate for her needs and she adjusting quite well. The executive director who stepped in in the beginning helped us a lot with the things that we needed to get done and was great. I would absolutely recommend the facility to others looking.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour was very enjoyable, all of the people were very nice but the location was just a little to far away.

My mother has only been there for two months, but I have been impressed by the employees and the quality & care. I am still learning exactly who does what so I'm not always aggravating or bothering someone. Mother is very social and the level of activities have been great for her.

They don't have medical staff. If it is needed you get your own services. They are very friendly and clean. They keep us very active and provide good meals. You are free to come and go without any hassle.

It is a lovely community with good sized rooms. It is a nice place with well cared for grounds. The fees were a little more than we expected. Anthem Lakes is a community that is on the newer side and has been around for about 5 years.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

I recommend a friend for this community to come here the other day. The companionship is one of the best parts about the community. The memory care area is fantastic! The residents are friendly and talkative to each other. It allows me to help other residents out as well. The community is best suited for someone who is able to be mobile.

We chose The Villas at Canterfield because my mom had a friend that was already living here. The size of the apartment depends on the size of your furniture. We bought furniture fitted for the apartment so it makes it more spacious. They are still somewhat restricted with covid, you do still have to get your temperature taken and wear a mask and things like that. My mom loves it here and we would absolutely them to others who are looking.

After touring Superior Residences of Niceville, I thought it was a very nice facility, very clean, with very, very friendly staff. But it was farther away, so the convenience was not there for us.

I would tell others that the community is friendly and nice. My loved one is happy here. I wish the food was a little bit better. The dining room just reopened last week and they have residents coming in shifts to eat.

This community felt like home for the 6 plus years my aunt lived at Elmcroft. At first I thought it might be too fancy, too pretty, but felt the warmness very quickly. They not embraced my aunt but her # 1 daughter, her dog! That is a rare thing these days to see kindness for every living thing, but they had it there! Thanks for all you did and do for others!

My 91 tear old mother has been a resident at The Villas At Canterfield in their memory care unit for over 6 weeks and my I feel this is an excellent personal care home. My mother is already adapting very well and receives very loving care by their staff. She has said the staff treats her like she is a queen. They have good meals with snacks in between meals and plenty of activities to entertain them. By design there are always a number of staff members available to keep a close eye on the residents in memory care. This is a beautiful well run facility and we highly recommend them for anyone looking for a personal care home.
