The staff are handling my loved one very well, even when she can be difficult at times. The memory care has staff that I like and the ones I met are fantastic. Everyday they have a routine for her instead of just laying in bed. They are getting her up, dressed with her hair done. She is so much better than before and I know she is in good hands. I am really pleased with the community. She is talking with the residents and I like the people there.

I like this community. The staff is excellent and very nice and very helpful. The community is always clean and maintained. We have a lot of great activities for us. They have a lot of great activities and trips away from the community. The gatherings are nice and they make every holiday a nice celebration. Mom is still adjusting to living at this community. The staff are encouraging and treat her well. I feel comfortable with her living here. We liked that the staff and residents seemed friendlier than at other communities we looked at. The food seems ok they even threw a family Barbecue and hired a live band. The community is well taken care of and they do offer some daily activities. I would recommend this community.

It will be one of the most difficult decisions to find the right place to trust the care of your loved one. From the first time entering Brookdale Northdale, there is a sense of warmth and care for everyone and a sense of family. The residents are happy and satisfied and well cared for. For me my experience is very, very good and I am in the Assisted Living. I love it here. This is my third one and it is the best one for me. I like my food warm, I use to get cold meals from the other places. The service is good. My bedroom is good and my TV works.

The menu is appealing and my mom has not moved in as of yet, but we know that this is going to be a good decision for her to move into this nice community. This is a great community. The staff is very helpful and they keep us informed on his progress. The community is clean and has a nice environment and it is very comfortable outside to enjoy on our visits. The meals are good and he is enjoying everything. He is offered activities but does not get too involved. We are happy to see him getting good care at this community. We do recommend this community to others looking for a good value and good care.

She absolutely loves it! I've eaten there with my mom and it is delicious. They offer a variety of meals and they have a chef, it is nothing like cafeteria food. We took my mom to get new hearing aids so i'm sure she will be participating in activities much more.When we moved her here she was in a two bedroom unit away from the main building but didn't like walking outside.We moved her to another room in the actual main building. It's smaller but she likes that it is close to the dining room and residents. We liked this community because it is close to my house.
