Brookdale North Dale is an amazing facility run by the most competent and caring people. Our Dad resided in memory care for 2+ months and we credit the staff for helping to ensure his subsequent safe and happy return to his family in New York. Brookdale has our forever gratitude and we highly recommend this facility to families in search of excellent care for their loved ones.

My father stayed at the Beacon for about a week in May, 2016, for respite care as we were out of town. My Father and I got a guided tour by Tiffany of the facility, and were invited to any events or meals that we wished to do, before the respite care stay. My father enjoyed his stay, and wants to go back. I highly recommend the Beacon for respite care.

My husband is hard of hearing and has vascular dementia after having a stroke in 2007 and I have cared for him in our home. Last summer it became apparent that he needed more help and I started looking in to assisted living facilities. I was impressed with the Haven in the Summit from the minute I walked in the door. The building is bright, no bad odor or perfume scents to cover a bad odor. I really like that the residents' rooms open out to the dinning/sitting room area and someone is always there. My husband has been at the Haven for almost 10 months and he bonded with the caregivers and residents from day one. What a wonderful group of caregivers!!! My prayers have been answered.

My mother has been at The Haven for the past few years and everyone on the staff at The Haven have taken great care of her. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility for anyone who has dementia or Alzheimers

We were very impressed with Brookdale Charleston. Janet [removed] provided a very complete tour of the community and answered all our questions and concerns. What impressed us most about Brookdale was the atmosphere: bright, upbeat and with so many enjoyable activities available for the residents. This is difficult to define, but the residents appeared happier and more involved at this facility than others we toured. We also thought it was nice that their hair salon was open 4 days a week, giving the residents more options and opportunity to make use of the service than other facilities that had salon services only one or two days a week. We had really good feelings about the quality and care provided at Brookdale. We also liked Brookdale's proximity to Bon Secours Hospital.

When I walked in the door, North Brook gave me a good feeling. My sister and I immediately liked the sales advisor. We received the entire tour and met a lot of the staff while we made out way through North Brook. Everybody who worked there was so kind to each other and the residents. And speaking of the residents; they were out of their rooms. Several sitting areas are throughout the home and they were occupied. People were playing dominoes. I have North Brook to compare to where I moved my mom from. It was expensive, there were too many residents, some of the staff were very unpleasant. North Brook is a breath of fresh air. We moved mom in as soon as possible.

I have been very pleased with the facility and the care that Mom is getting. She, like so many other Alzheimer's patients wanted to wander and "go home". The staff has been very successful in redirecting her thoughts so that she is not so confused and always wanting to "go home". They have given her a "job", where she helps the other residents fold their laundry and she just loves it. She always wants to help or be needed, so the staff at the Reflections at Creekside are finding new ways to engage her mind so that she can feel useful. I appreciate their caring attention to my Mom.

Extremely spacious rooms with built in dressers. I will schedule another appointment to see scale of activities for mc residents. Also to see indecisiveness of mc with other residents.

The new Carolina Gardens team is wonderful. I love this place now that Agape is gone. New management and ownership is great and a totally new family atmosphere.

Super nice but 1000 dollars more than other facilities near by, worth a little more but price is not for those on limited income...don’t know anything about the actual Care provided.

I like the fact that it has 1 level to it. It seems like everyone socializes together.

They definitely worked with me and actually reduced their rate in order to help us out and get her moved in. They are great and they welcome you and act like family. They are very attentive and her room is always well-kept.

I like them. The people are extremely friendly. She hasn't complained about the food at all. I would go live there myself. We really liked how centrally located for all of us to get to, even if the area costs a little more to live in.

I thought that they were very attentive to my loved one. He only stayed there for a week while we went on vacation, but they were very informative with us and we felt very comfortable leaving him with them.

So far this has been going fine. I would give them five out of five. There have been no complaints so far. No complaints about food, or staff or anything really. We are happy with it.

Our experience with Creekside at Three Rivers has been a very good one. The staff here is friendly and professional, and they've really been a big help to my family through some difficult times. The service has been excellent, and I would recommend them to others,

We just placed my mom here. I cannot tell you how kind and friendly the staff is!! And so helpful!! So far, my mom is so happy and loves being here!

We had a great tour with Regina. Everyone was friendly and talkative. Lunch was delicious.

They are doing pretty good, I would give them a five. We haven't had any complaints. The food is good. They were pretty comparable to other places we looked at.

After a week of Respite Care stay with North Brook, Mom really missed the friendly staff and care provided by the facility. She also missed the other residents she became friends with. After 20 years of living with my Husband and I, Mom moved in permanently at North Brook and LOVES IT! I cannot say enough good things about the staff! They go over the top. I'm very pleased with the care Mom is receiving.
