My Aunt has been at the Haven for around seven months. She came from another place where she had UTI's all the time. We are still paying bills from those. Here she has not had one. The place is set up nicely. All rooms open up to the dining area and tv room, which is a large room. They have three area's. All three have there own great rooms. The place has never smelled when we have visited, which is once or twice a week. The management and employees have been wonderful all the time. They have a support group once a month for whomever wants to come and also a town hall meeting where they tell us about any changes that are being done and we can complain about anything we may think about. Which usually about missing clothes or blankets. The residents love shopping as we call it but it's just part of dementia.

My brother really likes it here. Everything has worked out very good. We are satisfied with his move here. We know he safe and in a good place. From what his daughter in law has told me the community is very beautiful. He is very pleased with the meals, the food is very good. The staff is great. The location of the community is very convenient. It is a great community, and all is well.

Me and my friend absolutely loved this community. My friend felt comfortable and with the community and the staff. They are very good and more than willing to do whatever we needed. Everyone knows everyone by there name and the staff is genuine when they speak. My friend also loves the food.

My wife is doing great since her move to this community. It is a great place, and I'am pleased with her move here. They are providing her with great care, and I know she is safe. She has gotten involved with the activities they have available. They even have nice outings outside the community. The meals they serve are excellent. I'am very pleased with all they have done for us. This is a community I would recommend.

Very nice and everyone was really helpful. There staff was interacting with the residents. This is an older community then we were looking for. Also the feel that we got was more like a nursing home instead of a home.

My dad is still adjusting to living at this community. The nursing staff are great to work with. The assistant director and the head nurse are wonderful. They all know the residents by name. Dad raves about the food. The community is amazingly clean and this is one of the reasons I chose this community. I would recommend this community.

My tour was nice here. The staff was nice and answered my questions. The food was delicious. They had alot of great activities for evryone who was willing to participate. The community is very clean and maintained. I would suggest families to see this community for care for a loved one.

This is so far my favorite. I just got a really good feeling when I was there. I keep comparing all the others to this.

My husband is doing great here. The staff is nice and helpful. They have trips outside of the community for ice cream. He is enjoying the dancing and staying active. I would recommend this community and seeing my husband happy here is great to see.

Met [Removed] who provided on-site tour & overall information regarding memory care as it affects mom. She provided digital info also so I could send to my brother via email. She also provided recommendations for mom i.e. shared room. I also advised her that we will be heading to Philly for Thanksgiving to further discuss the Florida options. I also advised her that at this time, he wants to wait until after the holidays to make a decision as to whether mom would stay in Philly or come to Fl. I rank this center also excellent as I consider mom's welfare & comfort but again no decision will be made at this time & I have advised [Removed] directly.

It was good service for my dad. They provided a clean environment and my dad was getting good care from the staff. It was a very good experience.

The village at Southlake has been great to me. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The community is kept up very well and the maintenance does a good job keeping the place clean. The food is portioned correctly and tasty. The complex also offers a mixture of activities that sound interesting.

My father is doing very well here at this community. He is very happy, and I'am pleased with his move here. This is a nice place for him and his needs. They do a good job with keeping the community well maintained, everything is nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and nice. I know he is safe and in good hands. Overall everything has worked out very well, and I recommend this community.

I took a very special lady to tour the the Villas at Canterfield in Cumming Ga. We did not have an appointment but we were greeted like Royalty. Lynn started the tour and showed us the facility, what a beautiful dining room, it even had table clothes and flowers on each table a private dinning area if you need it. There is even a bar area. A wonderful workout room, with people to help guide you and right off there is a salt water pool. We met some of Grandma's future friends and visited with them. Lisa showed us several room styles. Every floor has a gathering area so you can visit with you family or your friends there, watch T.V or play cards. They made sure we met several people and visited with them. The rooms speak for themselves. They are beautiful, plenty of closet space, a kitchen, washer and dryer and a patio. Well I am happy to say she moved in this week. I am so happy. This place is awesome. They have been so helpful A Place For Mom was working with them and they were the best. We could not go wrong. They even have a guest room you can rent. You need to check this gem stone out. The best home we looked at. The people are by far hands downs the greatest people ever. They made moving day so much easier. Thank you and God Bless.

I would give them a five at this point. We like them and we are happy with it. We are ironing out a few issues, but they are working with us.

We had a nice experience here at this community. The have a very good staff here, they did a good job caring for my mother and her needs. The community looks great, everything is very well maintained. Overall I knew my mother was being cared for well here. This is a community I would recommend.

We have been so pleased with the Villas at Canterfield. The staff is exceptional. They are friendly, helpful and make you feel at home. The food is excellent. Everything is fresh and delicious. The Villas and apartments have high end finishes (granite, hardwood, stainless steel appliances etc). They offer a lot of activities and add or change activities per the residents needs. We are so happy to be at the Viilas at Canterfield!

My mom is doing well at Brookdale Charleston. The staff are very friendly and do a good job caring for my mom. My mom enjoys all of the activities offered and partakes in many. The staff could do a better job communicated more often to the family. I would like to see Brookdale improve the variety of food offered. The community cook benefit from offering substitute meats for vegetarian options like vegetarian sausage.

The meals at Brookdale Northdale are beautiful and the chef is great. The community is kept very clean. My dad is doing good since moving into this community and I would recommend it to family and friends.
