My mom likes the community and she is settling in very well. They are very accommodating and we have not had a bad experience yet. The community was more affordable than others. I think the lady in charge of marketing, was really good at her job. She's also a nurse. It has been an overall good experience and easy to get her moved in.

This is a very lovely community and my mom & I were impressed with its plan and the decor when we came for our tour. Now that my mom has moved in she really likes her one bedroom/bath with a kitchenette, it's spacious and with her furniture all set up, it makes it feel more like home. Mom likes joining her tablemates in the dining room and they enjoy the menu and food. They do offer a lot of amenities that mom has started to take part in and there are field trips and special events as well. This has been a good move and we would recommend coming here for a tour.

I have to say the staffing at this community has such a big heart. They opened up the community and accepted residents from a community that had to be evacuated due to the hurricane. All the residents and staff made those folks during a very difficult time feel welcome and safe. My mom loves living here she is making friends and doing activities. The community is always very clean and well maintained. I have eaten here and I can honestly say it is very good and looks good. I feel very good about the decisions I made placing my mom here.

We toured this community for mom's care. We like the staff who were friendly. The community is clean but needs to update in a few areas. We like the menu and the activities. We would suggest that families tour this community for care.

I am just thrilled with the change in my dad since he has moved here. He has made friends, even found a girl friend that he has brought to meet me. At first, he felt his room was a little small but even that has changed and he is comfortable. He enjoys going to the dining room and says the food is great, likes all the different activities and the field trips to do his shopping. The staff here are very friendly and they show that they care about their residents. I would definitely recommend this community.

Three weeks ago my husband of “51 years” moved into The Glen. Hard decision? Yes! However it was the right decision!!! He now has the best 24hr care possible!

Beautiful facility. Common areas extremely well decorated and appointed! Facility has full complement of staff who are attentive to the needs of the residents, all very well structured and fun. Security is good and kitchen staff work hard to prepare very good meals. An excellent facility!

We toured this community it was nice and the staff was helpful. We wanted a certain type of care that was not available. We liked the caring staff. The environment was clean and the list of activities would have been helpful. The atmosphere was clean and the residents seemed to be happy. We would recommend that families tour this community for the care of a loved one

I like living in this community. The staff is outstanding and the staff is always friendly to my needs. They offer a nice menu, but I like that I am able to cook on my own if I like. There is always something to do in this community for me to keep active. I would recommend the care and the good value for others to live at a very nice place to call home.

This is a nice community for my father's care. We liked that the staff was helpful and able to answer the questions on the care that is offered for the residents. We liked the menu of the healthy meals and the activities that would have been helpful for my father's care. We would recommend that families tour this community.

My mother-in-law is having a wonderful stay because she is making the choice to have a good stay. The facility is very clean and there are lots of activities to choose from. My mother-in-law is sure to get out and get moving on a regular basis, and the residents seem like a highly competent, very active group.

The staff are handling my loved one very well, even when she can be difficult at times. The memory care has staff that I like and the ones I met are fantastic. Everyday they have a routine for her instead of just laying in bed. They are getting her up, dressed with her hair done. She is so much better than before and I know she is in good hands. I am really pleased with the community. She is talking with the residents and I like the people there.

I like this community. The staff is excellent and very nice and very helpful. The community is always clean and maintained. We have a lot of great activities for us. They have a lot of great activities and trips away from the community. The gatherings are nice and they make every holiday a nice celebration. I would highly recommend this community to anyone wanting a great place to live with a good value for everything that is offered here for a good place to live.

Very nice, fairly new, upgraded kitchens. Shower stalls are extremely small except in handicapped unit. Many unit styles to choose from.

Very nice, warm inviting atmosphere. The residents seems very content and happy. A very impressive place!! Everything about our visit was superior!! So for sure lives up to it's name!!

This is a great community for excellent care. I like the cleanliness of the inside and the atmosphere is very good. They have outstanding healthy meals. They do offer activies for him to participate. We would recommend this community for good care and a good value.

It will be one of the most difficult decisions to find the right place to trust the care of your loved one. From the first time entering Brookdale Northdale, there is a sense of warmth and care for everyone and a sense of family. The residents are happy and satisfied and well cared for. I'm very happy I chose this assisted living!

Clean, welcoming and not too large. The whole facility was lovely with many quiet spaces to sit read or visit. The rooms were good sized, The dining room looked like any restaurant. Good outdoor spaces and activities.
