We just moved my mother in law into Aspyre Rock Creek. [Name removed] and staff have been amazing throughout the entire process. We hope that my mother in law will enjoy her time at Aspyre.

The attention to detail, the excellence in care and the phenomenal care that the staff displays is unparalleled! From the very first "interview" to the day we moved our father into Aspyre, and to this day, we have experienced nothing less than the best from this community. Everyone from the Executive Director and following has been helpful with each challenge presented and has offered an abundance of communication to help my father's move go smoothly. Moving a loved one into memory care is emotional, to say the least. However, the staff at Aspyre has made it one of the best experiences that we could've asked for.

My grandmother and I took a tour of Aspyre Rock Creek and we were very impressed. The facility is extremely clean and the staff always had a smile on their face! The community is very clean and most of the staff is very good. The only thing is that there are no RNs on staff. The community itself doesn't provide my father much assistance, although that is primarily because he has an outside nurse come in and take care of his medications and such. The activities director does try, however, my father does not much like the activities they put on just based on his own preferences. Definitely worth the price as the care they are providing my father is very good. They clearly love my dad and are so kind to him, which we really appreciate that.

Creekside is a newer community. They have a really good staff. They address quickly any issue you bring to them. They were very proactive regarding Covid -19 in closing the community to visitors. They have been great with communication to families and send lots of pictures. They have a good layout. My step mom is in their memory care. The have lots of activities and field trips. It has been a good experience for our family. Every time I see my step mom she looks better than the time before.

This place is like the most beautiful resort! Luxury all the way - we are always cruising! So very thankful to be here!

[Date removed]- My mother and step father live at Superior. The care is wonderful and the staff is always cordial and helpful. My brother and I are informed of any changes to routine, well being of our parents or alerted to any problems. Since my parents have been at superior they have experienced a hurricane in Panama City and now the Corona Virus. In both of these situations the Residency handled the situation with calm and upmost care and concern for the residents. I appreciate the strict guidelines and caution during this Corona Virus and totally support all they are doing to protect their residents. We could not be happier with Superior and my parents also have no complaints and often remark on the good food and how nice Superior is. [Name removed]- Rome, GA

The facility. Is beautiful and inviting. And, the location is very convenient. Best of all, I found the staff to be friendly, caring, and professional. [Name removed] was fabulous! She provided considerable information that will be of great help as I go forward in finding resources for my brother.

Beautifully, designed facility that just opened up in July 2019. Well-thought our, warm & bright activity and dining spaces for residents. The bright, spacious rooms are across from a big, beautiful courtyard. Also was the only place we encountered were there was some supervised integration with Assisted Living side, which was nice.

My grandfather lived here in a really nice one bedroom apartment. When he started declined we needed to move him for more care. We contacted the staff at Elmcroft to tell them how he was doing and they went and visited him in his new room. The nurse and the administrator both came and hugged him and several members of the family. That kind of kindness can't be bought or hardly found anyplace. We will remember Elmcroft as a caring community that exceeded our expectations.

This was a second tour for me, but my mother's first. She was taken with the professionalism, experience and compassion of [name removed]. And she loved the staff she met, from the Front Desk Concierge to [name removed] the Chef. All units were well appointed and the community has just received a beautiful update on the interior. So so many offerings and so many activities.

My mother is in the memory care unit. They really need more employees, it is very difficult for them to monitor all the patients with the few employees they have. The ones they do have do an outstanding job.

The place is beautiful. The setting is very nice. The food is good. The rooms are roomy. The staff is friendly. I feel like it's the best place my Mom has been during all her trips to rehabs/nursing facilities. I highly recommend Elmcroft. The only recent issue has been room cleanliness. We will address this with the right folks before making a public comment.

What a beautiful place , very nice staff and the people living there were friendly too. We had looked at several others before this visit and we are most pleased with Anthem Lakes and what they offer. Just a different feel.

Clean, nice, small studio is tight; larger studio nicer. Staff very knowledgable and friendly, good interaction with residents. Downside is cost.

They are amazing at Summer Vista! Staff is quick to respond to needs! So thankful for Summer Vista
