People are so friendly so are the staff and all the people here.

Clean, quiet, safe, lots of activities, good food, good TV, help when needed, free laundry before COVID-19, transportation to appointments, Sunday school and church, visitors welcomed, freedom to walk or sit outside still. Courteous staff; very happy the past 3 years.

I love this place for my mother. They take excellent care of her.

When looking for an assisted living facility for our loved one, we visited all local choices provided by "A Place for Mom". We chose Trinity Hills of Knoxville and nearly 4 years later, it continues to be our choice. When we moved our family member in, she said, "This is so much better than I expected... just like being at home." The planned activities, newsletters and communications keep us involved with the entire Trinity Community. We are grateful for the love, devotion, and individual care that makes each resident and family very special.

I looked for quality in caring, cleanliness, living quarters. We heard of Sander Glen from a friend of my sister's. Mother lived here 3 years. I am a retired RN. We've had good times at family fairs. I can call the nurse or nurse aide caring for my mom anytime. The DON is a great person all around. They are very careful with the virus control. Therapy is welcomed, physical and occupational. Mother is 90 years old.

This is a very nice facility. They take great great care of my family member. The administrative staff send us pictures and videos of my family member participating in different activities or even just hanging outside on the patio reading. They really so seem like a family there and was are so happy we found them. My family member the food always smells and tastes so great so that's always a plus.

Creekside has really good staff. They address quickly any issue you bring to them. They were very proactive regarding Covid -19 in closing the community to visitors. They have been great with communication to families and send lots of pictures. They have a good layout. My step mom is in their memory care. The have lots of activities and field trips. It has been a good experience for our family. Every time I see my step mom she looks better than the time before.

I love this place. Everyone tries their best to get everything done. I don't think it could get any better. I think they are on top of things.

I have lived at Trinity Hills since 2010. I would not be able to claim such a long residency of I had not been happy here! The staff from the Director down has been efficient, courteous, pleasant, talented, and kind the majority of the time.

Trinity Hills is a wonderful facility! They go above and beyond to meet the needs of the residents in a kind and loving way. My mom feels so at home and safe there. It has exceeded our expectations!

I have lived here for nearly 10 years. Great staff that cares for me and my fellow residents. Great activities and events to keep us busy and entertained. I continuously recommend friends to move here.

The staff at Trinity are phenomenal! From the time we toured to the move in to the care provided every day, they've gone above and beyond to welcome my parents. The facility is super clean, the activities are fun. The renovations of mom and dad's rooms are beautiful.

Creekside is a wonderful place. The staff are wonderful, caring and helpful. The rooms are nice and the campus is in a area where no busy roads. It's in a neighborhood so it's very home like.

Recently renovated many parts of their campus. The Villas are also a GREAT option for Memory Care. They are small house-designed Villas that offer a close care setting, with only 12 rooms per Villa. Think of it as its own memory care "house" complete with a full kitchen and dining area, a great room equipped with a fireplace/TV, and many other amenities that cater to not only the residents but their families as well. Very secure care setting, with outdoor patio space and upscale landscaping for a comfortable place to call home.

Since our mom has been at Creekside, the past 18months or so, our family has had a great peace of mind The staff is great !!! They place is so clean and beautiful!!! They are so caring and professional. They take very good care of our mom. When we go to see her she always looks happy and healthy. During this time of COVID-19. It is especially great to know that she is in a place where the staff is so caring and attentive. When they did their COVID-19 tests, EVERYBODY- staff and residence-- test negative!!! They have zoom meetings every Thursday to address any concerns! They are the family away home for our mom!!! Thank you [names removed], and so many other wonderful staff at Creekside!!! I have recommend Creekside to others looking for a home away from for their mom

It is a good place if you can afford it. The food was good. The room sizes are nice sizes. The residents were very friendly. They have a space in the front and back where residents can sit. There is high staff turn over.
