We had an AMAZING experience here at Brookdale West Ashley. We chose this facility because of all the above reasons, it was clean, the staff was very nice, and the location was great for our family. The room sizes here were nice, he had plenty of space. I did eat here and the food was good, they have a chef on site who prepares all the meals. My dad absolutely LOVED the food. The best part of the community is the love that the staff members had for my dad, the nurse at the time drove 3 hours to his funeral.

This community has a very caring staff and a great memory care facility. The facility looks clean and modern, and it is very comforting and homey. They have 3 villas that have 11 residents with their own rooms, an activity room, a family lounge, and a conference room. The food is wonderful and the pastries are amazing.

We chose The Village at Southlake because of the location. The apartment size utilized it space well. The food was excellent here, they were chef prepared meals. The only complaint she had was they offered too big of portions. Southlake has beautiful environments for residents to hangout in. a center courtyard, an enclosed pool that is protected from the wind and heated, an indoor courtyard with tables shuffleboard, etc. It is a really nice facility. The have pato homes and well as apartments.

I would recommend people getting their loved one in immediately to this wonderful community. This community was able to go above and beyond in involving the family. Superior learns the family member's names and goes to get your loved one to speak to, or visit with anytime requested. The staff was overly kind and understanding. In addition, during the difficult time of my loved one's passing the community was there for the family and checking in on us. I've already told my family, that when needed to put me at this wonderful community.
