My mom lives here and we love, love, love the staff that care for her. They are patient on her bad days and they have fun on her good days. I've walked in to find them laughing and reminiscing several times. I feel good that I can trust the care staff to notice any changes and do what needs to be done when I am not there. I also love that the current management take family visits seriously and have worked hard to always make visits possible.

I think it's an excellent community and would recommend it to others considering taking a loved one there. We're very satisfied with them. When we visit, everything seems great. It's very clean. Our loved one says the food is okay. She likes her neighbors and has already made friends there. Everything is working out well so far. The care is excellent. They do a lot with activities. They have had a few Covid cases, but that's on par with what's happening everywhere right now. The cost seems high, but it's still cheaper than other places we looked at.

I moved my mom to Ashbrook in July 2020. After looking at other assisted living facilities, I thought this was the best place for my mom. She is doing really well there. She has made several new friends and enjoys the activities. The food is good and plentiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. Jessica, the nurse is quick to respond to my questions. Ashbrook is nice and clean. The rooms are just right for my moms belongings. I have recommended Ashbrook to a few of my friends with elderly parents.

We chose Creekside on Whipps Mill Road because of the all inclusive model for price and also the executive director was great and easy to work with. We had to move her in quickly and they made it seamless for us. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

This was a very good community. I went with another community because it was closer and easy access to get to my father. Location was the only difference that made me go with another community.

This is a great place. The staff are very friendly and look out for the residents and their families. It makes you feel like family and gives you a sense of belonging when you are here. My loved one doesn't care for the food, and when they like it there isn't enough of a portion size for it.

The staff members are wonderful and when we first came to see Summer Vista we were immediately sold. All of the care workers have been amazing - a few of them have gone out of their way to create a bond with our loved one, they have really taken to her. The meals and dining service is pretty good even when they have to close the dining room down for covid. A few times a day they work on physical therapy and other forms of therapy with our loved one.

Moved in December 2019 my husband and I on June 29, 2021 my husband passed. So this review will be since his passing. The Glen community comes together for many different things of showing care and keeping us all involved BUT when a dear loved one passing there are not enough write or right words to explain their caring and help to the whole family of that loved one who is gone.

My daughter recommended this place.

Outstanding community Excellent food Excellent staff

So far they've taken really good care of my dad. They've been attentive to his needs. And as a family member, they've been very responsive to any questions or concerns. I think the rooms are very spacious as well.

Elmcroft of Florence is a nice and neat community, our loved one is enjoying their stay and enjoying the meals.

Awesome staff. We couldn't have picked a better place for our mom. My family appreciates the love and care our mom receives from the staff. Thank you for caring!!!

Beautiful community! Family like environment, lots of fun activities and outings I personally love the entire community and would recommend it to anyone looking for a loved one.

As a resident of Brookdale I find it a wonderful place to heal.

Been here 2 1/2 months. The campus is beautiful and well maintained. Mgt and staff are kind and gentle. Food is good but kitchen is understaffed as are most businesses. Would be good if new employees were introduced to community.
