We chose The Glen at Lake Oconee because we thought it was the best in terms of programming, cleanliness, and amenities as well as the friendliness of staff members. The apartment sizes here are comfortable. I think the sense of family that they encourage is great. I would absolutely recommend to others

It is a clean and well groomed community. The staff are nice to work with. The food is good, it's not like home cooking, and they have grits available.. I would recommend the community for independent living. They have a bulletin for activities with movies, live music, bingo, dancing, shopping trips, and more available for the residents. They have transportation here for the residents for their doctor appointments. You do have to call 72 hours in advance.

We could not be happier The Pointe and my dad is thriving here. I chose them because they offered independent living, the restaurant is open 7-7 so there are no set times he had to go down and eat, and the access to the doors of the apartments or courtyard so my dad can walk around and get fresh air. The apartment sizes here are very good, he is in a 1 bedroom and they have windows in the back and front so there is a lot of natural light and breeze. It is a quiet community, the walls are concrete. The food is nothing short of amazing, he loves the food here and they are chef prepared and the chef is amazing. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

The community is very nice and they keep the facility neat and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful but the nurse did misdiagnose a health condition. I would recommend this community to others.

Very pleased with Elmcroft of Florence ,KY. Great food (lots of choices). Activities Department keeps the calendar full.

We chose Creekside on Bardstown because of the convenient location to family and I was really impressed with the cleanliness and the director was absolutely great, she was also a nurse at one time which gave us comfort if she needed any assistance. They were great with communication, they did zoom calls and sent us letters to keep us updated on what the protocols were and what was going on. They were always really good when I called about checking in on her and letting me know how she was doing. They are really on top of everything here and really care about their residents. I would absolutely recommend them.

Everyone is so kind and attentive to mom! We couldn't go through this journey without your support and kindness.

Unfortunately because of the pandemic, we've not been allowed in there as much. But the interaction we've had with admissions and the administrator have been phenomenal. Both are very easily available. Any questions or concerns we have or help we've needed they have been fabulous to accommodate. Its a beautiful property. The apartments are spacious, and everything is clean and doesn't smell. It is truly like apartment living.

Our loved one was at a previous community, we moved her here and Superior Residences gets five stars all around. It is the perfect place for her she could not be anywhere else we have had absolutely no complaints and its been a wonderful experience.

The care Trinity Hills/Memory Care Center gave to my father is superb. He was treated like he was important, well taken care of, and loved on. I appreciate the quick response [name remove] gave us in getting him in this facility. Will remain in my heart forever.

The community is extremely caring and knowledgeable. they do what they say they are going to. The communication between the staff and our family was good and they kept us well informed. I would recommend this community to others

They recently switched chefs, so the food is more like a three out of five for our loved one. They are still having activities going on. They do happy hour three times a week, they bring live entertainment in on Fridays, and have a baking time for the residents. We would recommend this community to others.

My family is in the process of securing a suitable living arrangement for our brother a disabled veteran. Creekside was a recommendation based on our needs. Their representative ([name removed]) was personable, knowledgable and professional. The services and the physical state of the residence was impressive. I would recommend that any family looking for a Personal Care Home for a love one inquire about Creekside ( Community is less than one year old/Jul20).

Everyone wants the best possible place for their Mom or their Dad when Assisted Living or Memory Care is needed. My Mother has lived at Superior Residences of Clermont for several years now- and has always been content and very happy there. My brother and I visit often and are always impressed with the courtesy and professionalism that we see throughout the facility- and through the years, as we've grown to know so many of the people that work there, we see compassion and caring and friendliness towards us and all of the residents all the time. My Mother struggles with dementia now but never hesitates to tell me how happy she is staying there, "Everyone here is so nice!" she says. There's no better recommendation than that.

My grandmother has lived at Creekside for almost three years. She loves it here. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I could not have asked for a better place for her to be!

We are thankful for this community. The community is unbelievable and amazing. They have lots of activities, the care the residents receive is amazing. The staff is wonderful.

If you have a loved one that you need to place and want quality, genuine care for the residents who become familiar with the residents and families.

We chose Sunflower Springs because it was brand new, he was one of the first residents there so there was no history of medical illnesses such as covid, etc. The staff members are new so they had some kinks, but they have been absolutely wonderful with working everything out. They are very responsive to my phone calls and questions. They really cater to the residents here, for example if you do not like what is being served, they offer you other options. I would absolutely recommend the facility and already have.
