I chose Seagrass Village because I have two children in the vicinity and I do not have to cook anymore. I have a smaller apartment and I do have a little back porch off of mine. They have plenty of activities provided. The staff are extremely friendly, I would give them higher than a 5 if I could. They do have a menu but you can order other things if you do not like what they are serving. I would recommend them to others looking, I am happy here.

My mother's health has definitely improved since she's been there. They've gotten her medication squared way. They're very attentive and responsive to her. I would recommend that families be proactive in helping Ashbrook Village find a local doctor for your loved one. They're a small community with a fulltime nurse during the week, who is on-call on the weekends. There have been a couple of changes in the activities coordinator since my loved one has been there. As far as cost, they're one of the few facilities that is certified to receive Advantage Care through the state. So when the resident qualifies financially, they can apply for Advantage Care, which then pays for the resident's care. And that was one of the main reasons we chose them, so we wouldn't have to move her later on.

I moved here to the Panama City Beach Seagrass Independent living community 3 months ago. I can say one of the best choices I , along with my children , could have made. I will have to say the staff has been number one. Anything they can do to help it is done with a smile. My son and his wife did most for me as far as the paperwork with the sales manager as I was in Memphis . She went above and beyond with helping them and me. Was always ready to talk to answer my many many questions. Then the ones working the front desk The first couple days was there to answer questions with a smile. But as I said all the staff goes above to try to help. Very happy resident here.

This facility fits our needs. The staff are great and the facility is clean. This is a great place for our loved one.

We have experienced a caring staff that is very professional and very welcoming. My loved one enjoys living there. The other people who live there, the ones that I have met, are engaging. The staff are very willing to listen to and address the family's concerns, needs, and questions. And I feel that they're looking out for my loved one's health and safety.

Our loved one was not there long, but I thought they were great. I think he would have really liked it there if he would have lived longer. They were right on the ball. The staff were very interactive and would call me on their days off. Anything we needed done was done quickly, and we didn't have to wait. My loved one seemed to like the food. It seemed like they had activities going on all the time, with all kinds of different things available. One of the good things about them - you don't have to buy a care package. They charge you only for the services that you need, which I appreciated. They were really great.

The staff members at Creekside are extremely friendly and helpful and really have shown good care and attentiveness to our loved one. They have been very accommodating to our family.

I would highly recommend this community to others based on our experience. They have lots of activities for the residence also.

My husband is happy and feeling secure at The Beacon. He likes to participate in the activities (exercises, devotion, social gathers, and games). His room is spacious and has a view of the court yard. He gets the assistance he needs and the other tenants are friendly.

My grandmother enjoys every part of living at Anthem Lakes. She participates all her favorite activities, has friends, and her independence. The staff offers the best care and go above and beyond to fit her needs. The facility offers specialist so she doesn't need to leave for doctors appointments. They accepted her insurance with ease. They always keep in contact with us about the small details. Anthem Lakes is beyond accommodating and the staff is very qualified. It has everything a town offers on one campus.

My mother had been lining in an ILF prior to moving to Brookdale. She was struggling and I was unable to keep up with her needs. Her dementia and overall health were getting worse and we needed help. I heard about Brookdale from a friend and after my first visit i knew it would be the perfect place. Before we even moved in the staff helped in so many ways. Evaluating my moms medical needs, helping us explore our financial options and even getting is in contact with a reliable mover. Since my mom has moved in she has thrived. I visit with her weekly and i always find her chatting with new friends on the porch. She is involved in activities and outings. She is safe and i think she feels that security. My mom still has dementia, and although she may not remember what she had for breakfast, i know she is fed healthy nutritious foods that she likes. Her smile is back, and i am grateful to all the staff at Brookdale for making that happen.

We chose The Colonnade because after doing research, we went in twice unannounced and toured the facility and it is very well ran. The room sizes here are very nice and spacious. They do have plenty of activities provided for residents, my mom just does not participate. Overall the staff does a great job and always inform us with anything going on and we are always able to contact them. I would recommend to others looking.

My mom is very happy at Brookdale and loves the meals! Everyone is so kind and helpful. [name removed] worked so hard and paitently with our family while getting mom ready to move in, she made it so smooth.

Staff was super friendly, facility was clean and had a lot of activities, movie rooms, spas, etc for the residents.

It was a very difficult decision to place my Father-in-law in Memory Care. My husband toured several places and he was relieved to find Creekside. My Father-in-law was extremely unhappy not to be going home and we had trouble just getting him to walk through the front door. [name removed] helped us through that with the calmness and caring of a person who empathizes with the families and the new resident. With the staff at Creekside helping all along the way, his transition has been less traumatic for everyone. We have nothing but praise for the caregivers and management. They listen and address concerns with us (family) and with my Father-in-law. When we talk to the other family members of residents in Memory Care there, they have nothing but praise for the staff and facilities too. At a very tough time in life, it's comforting to know that this was a great decision for a great Father-in-law/Dad who deserves the best!

Our family was able to have an in person tour and it was excellent, very very good. It is a very nice facility with a great layout we highly recommend Seagrass to others. We saw no issues with the cleanliness of the place, and we actually had a down payment on an apartment but our loved ones health declined and had to go to a higher skilled nursing community. The value here is competitive, but on a more reasonable level. Just exceptional.

I would tell others it is a nice place to stay. If I didn't have to work, I would want to stay here. The community provides cleaning services for my loved one. There are lots of activities for the residents to choose from.

We toured Indigo at Carolina Forest and it was an absolutely lovely place. We met with the chef and all the staff members were great. In order for our loved one to get a balcony, it would have been a very long walk because they only offer them on rooms at the end of the hallways. Also, the balconies are shared by 2 units.

We chose Ashbrook Village because of the value for the money as well as the convenience of the location. The room sizes at the facility are average size for a single person. They are always doing something activities wise, the residents here are always busy. The staff here are very friendly and willing to help out. I would definitely recommend to others looking.
