We chose Sanders Glen because of the fact that the staff were very courteous and helpful as I was trying to make my decision but were never pushy. The size of the room was also very nice especially for the price. We just felt that this was going to be the best fit for us and it has turned out to be just that. Overall I think Sanders Glen is a great place and we would highly recommend them to others.

The community was willing to work with us for our loved one. My loved one never made it to the community as our loved one ended up getting sick. They worked with us on the finances of the room and were very understanding due to our situation. I would recommend the community to others, as they were very accommodating towards the family.

Our family had an in person tour and we absolutely loved The Colonnade it was our first choice - wonderful tour experience

I toured The Langford of Collierville and it was a beautiful facility. The rooms were spacious and the staff seemed friendly. The community was very clean & brand new. We ultimately chose another community because my mother-in-law didn't qualify for The Langford after her assessment. The level of care she needed was too far advanced for what they had to offer.

I really liked Village Veranda. It was a newer facility and absolutely gorgeous. The staff were extremely nice. But they had a waiting list for memory care and couldn’t get my loved one in right away. Otherwise we probably would have gone with them.

They are also very clean there. I have told friends about how happy we are with Canopy. My parents are very happy there. My father is a social person so he just loves the community. I have also told friends that if I ever had to move to an assisted living facility I would go to the Canopy of Harper Place. I have been very impressed. A person could be as involved in the activities as they want to be.

I love Creekside at Three Rivers. It was hands down the cleanest facility that we saw. My mom was in assisted living and is now in memory care. In assisted living the food was a 5 and is amazing, on the memory care side it is a 3. It is healthy food it just does not taste as good. The staff is filled with really caring people. The community that the residents have built together is amazing as well. They are super welcoming especially to new residents which is very important. Once we moved in here we realized just how lucky we were to have found this place. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

Right away with our first impression we just noticed the facility itself and all the staff we first met with - we really could not of found a better place.. Our loved one was not able to participate in the activities but when were able to visit we saw just how many activities they had going on. You could not beat the overall value and we would recommend the Trinity Hills community to other families.

Aspens at Fort Collins was an extremely nice facility, but it was pretty expensive. Some of the rooms here shared a bathroom and I just did not find them as nice as another facility that we were looking into at the time.

Harbsion Shores is a very nice facility. It is a lot larger, if you are someone who has a lot of furniture to bring this may be a good place because they seemed to have a lot of space. We were looking for a smaller facility and had narrowed my loved ones stuff down to just a few things.

Both my husband and I are now living at Seagrass Village. We are enjoying our stay. All 3 meals are provided, housekeeping is provided once a week, there are activities for at all levels. We visited several other senior living facilities. By far Seagrass is highest level of living. Best Regards

It's tough finding a good place that you can trust for your loved ones. When looking for assisted living for mom, the admin staff impressed me and continue to do so. They are genuine and exceed my expectations. All staff know the residents so well.

Sunflower Springs LLC is the most wonderful place ever. It is so clean and the staff bends over backwards for their residents. My dad hates everything and he loves it here. They have cocktail hour every day with live entertainment. They have tons amenities offered. It is a very welcoming community and the apartments are lovely, they have high ceilings and are super spacious. I would highly recommend them to others looking, I want to move in here myself.

My loved one just moved in to Indigo at Carolina Forest after her husband passed away. She is doing great considering the circumstances and [name removed] has been amazing to work with so far. The actual facility is not open yet, just the independent villas so we have not had much experience with the staff or anything like that. So far things are going great and this is where she wants to stay.

We had to move my parents quickly into a new environment. The staff was very helpful in getting us the information we needed along with recommending resources as we navigate this new chapter in all our lives. In two weeks time, they are moving around more, getting to know their neighbors and building new routines.

This community was nice but there were not many mobile residents and they seemed to be in chairs or on walkers. My loved one is very physical and active so i wanted her in a more active community. There was also not a lot of outdoor area for the residents. They gave a very good tour and gave me all of the information that I needed in regards to this community and my loved one.

Harbison Shores is a good place to place a loved one; you just have to be on top of everything as far as listening to your loved ones needs. one of my dads biggest complaints is that he's in a different building than where the food comes from, and its always cold when it gets to him - thus inedible as far as he's concerned. communication is executed well, when certain things are going on I get an email, although it took a while for them to add me in on that. they do call regularly to inform me of anything I need to know about. with activities I did asked at the beginning about how that would work for him, but he is currently sitting in his room throughout the day. I understand they can't force him to attend; but there is other verbiage they can use to encourage him to engage in things. I just wish they were more persistent because there are activities that he actually needs like physical therapy. instead of asking him "do you want to go?", they should say things like, "its time to go" - therefore, not giving him the opportunity to say "no". aside from those things, I do feel safe and comfortable knowing my loved one is here. I would recommend this community to others.

We absolutely love the Harbison Shores we no longer have to worry and it has just been a perfect place. The staff are very friendly and professional. She just loves the staff and they have taken such great care of her. Whenever she is out walking the hallways the staff will join her and start up conversations. The memory care is smaller so they really get to know their residents very quickly. Thy do have different activities going on for those who choose to participate. Our loved one has made a lot of friends.

The cleanliness of the community and friendliness of the staff is excellent, they are jut good quality folks. The food is good, our loved one is used to living in an area that was surrounding by a ton of restaurant's so it is an adjustment but she has had no complaints. They have a new activities director and right now she is working on other things so the activities aren't quite up to par yet. We do think the value for the money is good.

Location was in a rough area, the facility was older and the rooms were like a dorm room. The lady giving the tour was wonderful.
