My parents are really loving their time here at this community. It is a really nice facility. My dad is impressed with the care they are receiving, he says it is the best care he has ever had. They have a great on site doctor. The meals are great, they are pleased with the food. They have really great activities available.My parents are happy at this community, and all is well.

I liked this community and I like that they keep the community clean and maintained. The staff were very nice and helpful on helping with the questions I had. I will look forward to moving in at a later time. I do recommend this community for others.

This is a beautiful and engaging place. Is where I would want to be but have to make sure it is affordable for what our parent can afford.

She absolutely loves it! I've eaten there with my mom and it is delicious. They offer a variety of meals and they have a chef, it is nothing like cafeteria food. We took my mom to get new hearing aids so i'm sure she will be participating in activities much more.When we moved her here she was in a two bedroom unit away from the main building but didn't like walking outside.We moved her to another room in the actual main building. It's smaller but she likes that it is close to the dining room and residents. We liked this community because it is close to my house.

High Recommend this Marsh Landing location and beautiful senior home that truly feels like home to my Mom and Dad. They are secure and love all the good food and fun. The girls that work there truly care and make sure they are well taken care of. We are so glad that if they need Memory Care, the other one can be close by and able to visit and participate. They have a lovely and roomy apartment, but every time I go over, they are playing games or other activities with their friends. Dad really likes his new friends and Mom is a talker, so she has no problems making friends. They love it and so do we. Easy to get to off of Butler in Marsh Landing.

Everything is working out well for my father so far since his move to this community. It is a nice facility, and I'am comfortable with his move here. It is a safe, good community, with kind people. The staff has been good to work with. This community has worked out well for my family so far, and I would recommend it.

Inviting, exquisite, homey environment as you step into lobby - great options with garden and patio homes. Could see myself living here.

My brother really likes it here. Everything has worked out very good. We are satisfied with his move here. We know he safe and in a good place. From what his daughter in law has told me the community is very beautiful. He is very pleased with the meals, the food is very good. The staff is great. The location of the community is very convenient. It is a great community, and all is well.

We were very impressed with our first visit before taking Mom, so the next Monday we took her. She really doesn't want to give up her house, but knows she needs help. Pretty reluctant though. The staff was very caring and touched a cord with Mom. She was reluctant after we had visited other facilities in the area that seemed sterile and not nearly as inviting. They served us a wonderful lunch and the waiter made it feel like five star dining. My sister and I feel that Mom will be secure and safe in this community. We were looking for a home for Mom, not a facility and the staff really cared. I think Mom will fit in perfectly. We stayed all afternoon and enjoyed a few of the activities with the other folks. Mom found a couple of new friends and they talked for an hour, until it was time for the happy hour. She was smiling when we left and said she really liked Ashford Court. We are planning on moving her next week.

Me and my friend absolutely loved this community. My friend felt comfortable and with the community and the staff. They are very good and more than willing to do whatever we needed. Everyone knows everyone by there name and the staff is genuine when they speak. My friend also loves the food.

My wife is doing great since her move to this community. It is a great place, and I'am pleased with her move here. They are providing her with great care, and I know she is safe. She has gotten involved with the activities they have available. They even have nice outings outside the community. The meals they serve are excellent. I'am very pleased with all they have done for us. This is a community I would recommend.

Very nice and everyone was really helpful. There staff was interacting with the residents. This is an older community then we were looking for. Also the feel that we got was more like a nursing home instead of a home.

My dad is still adjusting to living at this community. The nursing staff are great to work with. The assistant director and the head nurse are wonderful. They all know the residents by name. Dad raves about the food. The community is amazingly clean and this is one of the reasons I chose this community. I would recommend this community.

This is so far my favorite. I just got a really good feeling when I was there. I keep comparing all the others to this.

My husband is doing great here. The staff is nice and helpful. They have trips outside of the community for ice cream. He is enjoying the dancing and staying active. I would recommend this community and seeing my husband happy here is great to see.

Met [Removed] who provided on-site tour & overall information regarding memory care as it affects mom. She provided digital info also so I could send to my brother via email. She also provided recommendations for mom i.e. shared room. I also advised her that we will be heading to Philly for Thanksgiving to further discuss the Florida options. I also advised her that at this time, he wants to wait until after the holidays to make a decision as to whether mom would stay in Philly or come to Fl. I rank this center also excellent as I consider mom's welfare & comfort but again no decision will be made at this time & I have advised [Removed] directly.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out with Heritage Assisted Living! We really appreciate all the kindness and concern they've shown our loved one. They've been a big help throughout the whole process! We also really like the variety of activities that they have. It's a very nice place, overall!

It was good service for my dad. They provided a clean environment and my dad was getting good care from the staff. It was a very good experience.

The village at Southlake has been great to me. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The community is kept up very well and the maintenance does a good job keeping the place clean. The food is portioned correctly and tasty. The complex also offers a mixture of activities that sound interesting.
