As soon as we walked into the front door we were warmly greeted for our tour. My grandmother was looking at options of assisted living. We visited several and felt like the Colonnade at Carrollwood would have been the perfect fit for her needs. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and all of the residents seemed very happy and very clean. The Apt size was perfect, activities will keep you busy. At the last moment a family member invited my grandmother to live with them otherwise this would have been home for her.

Attractive, well run facility, many activities to choose from. Food is plentiful and well prepared. The entire staff is pleasant and ready to assist us at anytime, day or night.

Trinity Hills assisted living of Knoxville has proven to be the most kind, caring and professional home for my dad. All of the administration, nursing staff, nutritional staff and maintenance staff have been exemplary in the outstanding care they have given him. The atmosphere is warm, inviting and supportive of the facility as a community.

Love walking into this community and seeing everyone including residents with smiles on their faces. The community is beautiful, clean, and you can tell the staff really care about their residents. It is one of my favorite communities to market.

I loved Seagrass Village. I wanted my loved one to to move in here. [Name removed], who showed us around, was super energetic and showed us everything. You could tell that she knew all the residents. The rooms had really big windows and were laid out nicely. The food was delicious. They invited us back twice, so we got to try a lunch and a dinner. They had really good activities. Everything about the building, was great. It was a newer building, with lots of options.

Covid has made a review more difficult since I have not been able to visit my mother regularly to observe or discuss with her exactly how she likes it. By phone conversations and our limited interaction, she seems very happy. I have had a few issues with communication for the leadership, but that has been resolved quickly. Would like a little more notice than 1 day on prescriptions refills.

[name removed] and [name removed] are absolutely amazing. As soon as you walk in the door at Superior you are greeted by a smile and a warm welcoming feeling. I instantly felt at home. As I toured I noticed happy, engaged residents, as well as, smiling staff members. It is the whole package! Highly recommend this community for your loved ones.

The staff who gave us the tour were friendly and professional. This facility was in our top 3.

Dad moved here and loves his apartment. He is a picky eater and told us the food is "delicious." Everything is brand new since this just opened in 2020. Dad's apartment even has a nice screened in balcony where he can sit and have his morning coffee and read the paper. The staff is always friendly and does everything they possibly can to make sure he gets his meds several times a day. His apartment is cleaned every week and his laundry is delivered back to him with a smile. They even make his bed with the fresh sheets. He particularly likes the regular size refrigerator where there is lots of room for ice cream, sodas and some cold cuts just in case he does not feel like going to lunch that day. [name removed], the manager always answers our emails and the entire staff is just wonderful. I would give this place an A+++

Our family had an in person tour and Village Veranda is a beautiful facility, but we did not choose it because they don't have an area for smokers.

Really good, really clean. Very good to my loved one. The staff have been very open and communicative. the meals have been very good to my loved one. I have no complaints about this community at all.

I would tell others that the staff and administration are friendly and accommodating. The staff are excellent to work with anytime I had questions or concerns and they handled everything very professionally. The food was good.

My parents came to PCB to visit us in May after not having seen us for 2 1/2 years due to the coronavirus. At the end of their visit, they decided to move here! My sister and I checked out many options, but Seagrass Village outshone them all. We loved Robin, the sales director. She was incredibly helpful. All the staff were helpful and friendly as well. Within two months my parents had moved to Seagrass Village. Their transition has gone very well. It is a lovely facility. The food is quite good, with daily lunch and dinner specials each week. There are also a myriad of activities to choose from. It's like a cruise ship for retirees but on land. My parents are already very involved in the Seagrass community. I definitely recommend Seagrass Village for anyone looking for an independent living community in Panama City Beach!
