The staff go out of their way to do anything they can for our loved one as well as for us, when we are visiting. We transferred our loved one from another facility to Dominion of Frankfort. He has done so much better since the transfer. I’m so glad ‘A Place For Mom’ recommended them to us.

WM is a well run facility that was an excellent choice for my mom. Mom is happy and has found it easy to meet others and make friends. Many varied activities (mental, physical & social) are offered that mom participates in heavily. Mom is an avid reader and WM has a nice library on site. The staff is very responsive and friendly. The food is tasty and family is invited to participate in holiday dinners in the dining room. There are also other activities that family is invited to attend. The most important thing is that mom feels safe at WM.

Truly appreciate all the staff for their personalized care, respect and love they are giving my Mom. She was struggling at home and now she is smiling even laughing again. From all the live entertainment, arts & crafts, especially Mind, Body and Soul to all the outings. My entire family always feels welcomed and invited to participate. Great place for your loved one!

I like that you can call anytime you want and check in on your loved one. I gave the food a three because they don't go along with published menu a lot. Meals often look thrown together and not special at all and sometimes not even enough food. For the money one would think dining would be an experience as advertised.

5+. Clover Hill was a prayer answered after dealing with [community name removed] . Skip, administrator and his personnel go above and beyond for the resident care. My mother and all the residents are treated with dignity and respect. Very unlike [community name removed] that was there for financial benefit only. Clover Hill exceeds all expectations on all 7 categories.

My Father loves being there. Everyone is kind and helpful. He says the meals are great. Facilities are well kept and clean and they have many activities. Would definitely recommend Spring Arbor for a family member in need.

Our dad and mom loved Windsor Manor! They enjoyed the caring staff and the many activities that were provided for them, both inside the center as well as field trips outside of the center. All of the staff were loving and caring and worked hard to meet their individual needs. When the time came for them to transition to the memory unit, the staff helped to make the transition easy. Dad and mom moved as a couple. This allowed for a safe environment in a smaller setting, with more individual attention. The staff worked hard to continue to provide for Dad and Mom’s individual social needs. If you are looking for a loving and caring environment for a loved one, who desires to continue living a quality life, with a bit more assistance, we would recommend Windsor Manor.

The community is great. This is a great facility with employees who truly care about the residents. It is expensive, but the care is great

We had no complaints with [community name removed], but if we compare with Clover Hill, the overall pick would be Clover Hill. They are exceptional with their residents. They really have been great and we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. Overall we have been very pleased with them. I would also love to give A Place for Mom 5 stars! My point of contact has been wonderful to work with.

The staff at Spring Arbor of Kinston took great care of my mother during her brief stay in memory care. The staff are very caring and communicate updates and concerns with the family. They are also very accommodating to their residents needs. The rooms are a good size and are always clean. The building is always clean. I appreciate all they did to help us at this difficult time in mom’s life.

I am completely satisfied with the care my mother receives at Spring Arbor. The staff are very kind and attentive to the residents. The facility itself always looks pristine. I've had lunch with my mother numerous times. The food is good. They have a kitchen in memory care which I feel is a plus. They have activities scheduled every day. I pick up a calendar every month on the schedule for that month. They do a great job of keeping the residents as active as possible. Regarding food: I noticed that if a person is not interested in eating the planned meal the staff will bring them a grilled cheese or sandwich instead. She's been there just over a year now. And thanks to A Place For Mom I found the right facility for her.

Mom passed [date removed], but she LOVED Spring Arbor. It's an amazing place, home felt at home surround. She loved the staff, and they loved her. I visited everyday sometimes twice a day. Never a concern about moms care. I was briefed everyday when I arrived. I plan on continuing to visit residents that were moms close friend.

The staff at Spring Arbor of Cary are wonderful, kind, patient and really care. The meals are average quality, although they have been improving. I can't say enough great things about the staff and communication. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I would recommend this place if your loved one needs memory care. Pretty much everyone has memory problems. Might be frustrating for someone who does not have memory issues. There have been a lot of staffing turnovers in the last 6 months, but mom still seems well cared for and happy.

What a blessing to have found such a wonderful place for my mom. I am so grateful. She receives the best of care yet has her apartment for her space. Everyone is truly amazing and passionate about their work there. Thank you to everyone at Spring Arbor in Winchester.

We chose Spring Arbor of Apex due to the availability and the value for the money. The staff has been great and very caring.

[name removed] mental condition changes from moment to moment. She can make a clear sentence followed by sounds I cannot understand. One minute she doesn't know me and the next minute she can call me by name. All of the staff seem to be excellent translators, they can discern what she is trying to say or request. They do have outings-Sometimes she wants to go and sometimes not. They have chair exercises every day about 4. One staff member told me she is the happiest when she is giving another resident Something. I buy single wrapped chocolates about once a month and this employee carries the chocolates and lets her give a piece of chocolate after they finish the chair exercises and go to dinner. Many times she cries when I start to leave and the employee will say in an excited tone "Hey [name removed]! Guess what you get to do after exercises? You get to hand out candy!" This distracts her and she becomes content. The executive director sees her daily as far as I know and he can tell me how she reacts to him or maybe something she had told him. Every 3 months I am called to have a personal evaluation as to her status--noting any changes in her condition. I take her to her dentist and to her cardiologist. This is a facility that is caring and patient with the residents. The chef makes very healthy and attractive meals.
