Spring Arbor Senior Living

The staff at Dominion of Florence are helpful, patient and kind. The housekeeping is efficient. Communication with the family is good. The move in process was smooth. The meals are of good quality. The facility is gorgeous. Our loved one is very happy.

Spring Arbor was awesome. Especially the day crew. I felt their hairstylist was too expensive and the good mediocre but I believe the staff tried hard to make it a good experience. They also had good sanitation scores and kept the place clean.

Spring Arbor of Winchester is a great place! [name removed] was awesome. As were all staff... I highly recommend the facility to others.

My mother is happy with the Waterstone. It was more problematic for my father, who was in memory care. They oversold the capabilities of their memory care unit and we had to move him. (He has since passed away.) On activities, my mother said there are some but not a lot. Or at least not a lot she's interested in.

Dominion Senior Living is an excellent facility. Your loved one will be well taken care of by them. [name removed] and her staff are loving and caring people. You will be more than satisfied! I highly recommend this facility.

Five on everything although the cost is expensive but I suppose it is everywhere. There were some extra charges there that we probably shouldn't have had to pay because my brother passed away after being there only two weeks. Community fees, move-in fees, etc. But we were so grateful to them that we didn't. The staff went far above and beyond to take care of my brother for the short time he was there. I was extremely impressed. He's never been shown such kindness.

The staff is very kind and knows how to gently handle my loved one. When I call, they always take my call or call me back when they say they will. I would recommend this facility to any one. The food is good and dietary needs are met. My mom looks forward to the activities, entertainment and sing along's. The facility is clean and they have taken action to correct and arrange her room for her safety needs.

After all I have been through I would say pay attention to everything. The medical profession is a scam. When you find someone who cares keep them. They are all out for the money from the insurance companies to the doctors. The physicians assistant at Dominion was a keeper she was great. So was hospice.

The facility is clean and well maintained. staff are very friendly. The value for what is provided is great! We are sharing a room, so there is very limited space available. They offer doctor visits and PT on-site. I would recommend Spring Arbor of Rocky Mount to others looking.

The staff at Rosewood Village Greenbrier are helpful, creative in problem solving, and attentive to the residents. Communication with the family is better in person rather than via email or phone. I would absolutely recommend them to someone looking for memory care.

I am thankful for the love, care & support shown to my father and our family at this stage in life. It means a lot to know he is taken care of when I can't be there.

They were great and I would recommend them. I chose it because of location and so glad I did. Thanks for all your help finding a place when we needed it.

The Sales and Marketing Director made us feel welcome from the very start of our tour. She was the first employee of White Springs and its evident she loves what she does. She knows every single resident and family member and speaks to them by name. The community is gorgeous. The location and layout of the community is a good fit for all of us. We spoke to residents and they all stated they loved living at White Springs. We toured three other communiities and didnt feel the connection that we felt at White Springs. We observed several staff members during our tour and the way they all interacted with the residents made it very clear, that White Springs would be the best fit for our family. We are pleased with Mom's new home.

My loved one is a resident at Spring Arbor of Wilmington and everything has been great for him! They are amazing. They have updated the facility, but it is very expensive.

They really worked with me when she became unable to qualify for "assisted living". Her condition deteriorated and she became more palliative care. They placed her on the side that made that possible. their admissions coordinator was so helpful and made the process so easy. Can't say enough good things about her.

I'd say I'm happy with the staff and overall experience there. As far as why we picked it, it was mainly because there are only a couple facilities that allow her dog at her level of care.

My brother-in-law fell in love with Spring Arbor when we saw it and so did I. The friendly staff, other workers, decorations, cleanliness. were a big factor as well. So welcoming, keeping abreast activities with the newsletter. Overall, great!!

I have recommended it to a few!I looked at 6 different places for my dad. When I walked into Spring Arbor, I was greeted by staff who were happy and pleasant. Two staff members met in the hall to have a chat about whether a patient had actually bathed or not, left her info private but respected her and her memory loss. It made me feel like the staff really cares.

So far our introduction to Wickshire has been nothing but excellent! My mom is not there yet but everyone has been very helpful they make you feel excited to be a part of their community ! I'm glad God sent me in their direction . I think my mom will really enjoy living there.

I visited several facilities before deciding on Dominion. From the minute I walked in, I was struck by the atmosphere. I was welcomed - not just by the director, but by the smiles on the faces of staff AND residents. No way you can make that up! I had direct access to the managing staff at all times. The food was good quality and served restaurant style to encourage interaction among the residents. My Dad had to be moved from assisted living to memory care. I would highly recommend Dominion to anyone seeking a safe, clean, caring home for an aging loved one.
