Spring Arbor Senior Living

I can’t say enough how wonderful this place has been for my father. The staff was always very friendly and updated me on changes in my dad’s behavior and health. The place was clean and the food was good, as I had the opportunity to have dinner with dad on numerous occasions. My father has a private room in the memory-care facility. Wickshire Creek Crossing comes with my highest recommendation.

Spring Arbor exceeded our expectation in every way. My father is now living his best life, his mood, endurance, and overall quality of his life have improved. The staff is kind compassionate. The facility is top-notch clean and provides all his needs. Being a healthcare provider and RN for 33 years I know quality when I see it.

My mom was an Assisted Living resident for over a year until her passing. Everything about Rosewood was more than we expected, especially after a negative experience at another facility. A very pleasant environment in all parts of the building. All staff were very caring and responsive at all times. Every single dept. lived up to its role. Having private rather than corporate ownership meant easy communication with all levels. As mom's condition worsened, the care level was outstanding. When you consider that each resident's personality, needs, etc. is different, it's amazing to see what the staff accomplishes while performing a very difficult job. They follow a worthy goal: to make Rosewood the lifelong home for all residents. We would highly recommend Rosewood to anyone seeking senior care.

Unfortunately our loved one has passed away, but the time my mom spent at Spring Arbor was excellent. The staff are very professional and caring. The facility was very nice. Mom really enjoyed it and I would recommend them to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

I rate the food a 4. My friend passed away on [date removed]. The care they gave her was amazing. I highly recommend this facility to anyone! The care they give to each patient and the communication they shared with the family was just wonderful.

My mother is in the memory unit. It has been a great experience. I wish there was more natural light. The staff is thoughtful and caring to her needs

This place is so homey and clean! The staff is very sweet and mom is very happy. The food is great that she gets and I know she is getting great care. Each time I visit mom says I like this here - excellent!! Her happiness is what matters most!

Spring Arbor is a very clean and beautiful place. It is well decorated for every season. The staff is very compassionate and professional. The nurse and cna’s were the best with my mom. They reorient the residents very well to make them feel comfortable. Highly recommend.

We loved Dominion! It felt homey it smelt good not like a nursing home it was nicely decorated the grounds were well maintained and it felt secure . The nurses and aids genuinely care for the residents, they make the holidays special for the residents and their families they can keep them engaged in fun daily activities and field trips

Familiarity with having former family members there in the past and convenient access for my Mother to visit daily with Dad while he was there. Also convenient to hospital and Dr's Offices for emergencies and follow-up appts. Highly recommended

The experience that I’m having for my mom is amazing. The first meeting with the director and sales coordinator made me feel comfortable and reassured that my mom was going to be taken care of properly. The staff is so caring and keeps me update on her care and needs and always so friendly. I highly recommend The Piper.

My first impression of Spring Arbor was their joyful staff. The residents are happy and joyful as well. It's been a great experience. My family members are both thriving at Spring Arbor. There are wonderful activities planned daily, including a Hawaiian Luau. Great variety and quality on meals and snacks. Initially, I researched 5 different Assisted Living facilities. Spring Arbor exceeded our expectations!

The whole place and people are amazing and we would absolutely recommend The Canopy at Boynton Ridge to other families who may need a place for their loved ones!

Spring Arbor did an excellent job with caring for my wife. The facility is clean and bright. Medical care was on top of her conditions. The food and snacks were delicious and nutritious. Finally, the administration and staff were attentive and provided excellent care.

The staff is very helpful and professional, and the facility is spotless. (I'm there almost every day). Meals are good, and they have paid particular attention to making sure my wife maintains her desired weight. She especially likes music, and there are a number of activities with music therapists, people who drop in to play piano, and the like. It is a very cheerful atmosphere.

My mother has been living at Spring Arbor in Albemarle for the past three months. I’ve been so pleased with the care the staff has given her! They keep me informed of any issues that she’s having. I can’t praise the caregivers enough. She’s been able to enjoy outings and special events at the facility. Including family members in events has made the transition much easier. Thank you, Spring Arbor staff for taking such wonderful care of my mother! You’re the best!

We have been extremely pleased with the care, attention, and time the caregiver team has devoted to our 94 year old dad. The administration is accessible, attentive, and lead a team of professionals that engage with residents and anticipate their needs. The activity schedule is full and individuals are encouraged to attend. The food is great - our dad no longer misses meals. Our dad has adjusted well after transitioning from independent living. We can't say enough about the respect and courtesy shown by the Spring Arbor care team to residents.

I would definitely give Spring Arbor an overall rating of 5. My mother-in-law loves her a Respite visits. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families! Their staff is great. They are considerate and kind and I haven't met anybody in there that my mother-in-law hasn't liked.

The staff is lovely. Everyone is very loving and friendly. I feel my mother is safe here and that she will get the care she needs ...the head nurses are all excellent The staff is not always in sync with one another but eventually will be ... and there is a pretty big turnover with the aides (which is normal) so its important to stay involved to make sure all needs are met . My mother is slowly becoming more comfortable and has created connections so I have no plans in looking around at other places.
