Staff seemed lack direction have tried multiple times to get copy of contract to no avail. No receipts for rent payments. Pretty poor. Food is terrible on 2nd chef. Would not recommend based on food service. Lower value based on food.

What we like the most about The Piper is the nice rooms and facility. Extra medical help available when needed. Answered the phone when I called the unit.

Just a nice place that you trust with your loved ones to be cared for.....clean, friendly, lots of options for everyone.

I think it's too expensive but I realize it's comparable to the surrounding counties. Food is good. Mom Said she is going to gain weight because she's eating so much. Very friendly and polite. Refer to residents by name when passing in the hall.

I have been at The Canopy for three months now and am very satisfied. I have a large room with plenty of storage and a refrigerator and sink. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the common areas are comfortable and attractive. There are all sorts of activities if you choose to participate and weekly trips to Kroger or Dollar General. On the whole the meals are tasty and nutritious with special meals for those who require them. A nice place to live!

Yes I would recommend. I like the fact that they get to know us and we get to know them. There's plenty of activities for all levels of care as well! It's a smaller facility so the staff gets to know the residents and the families. They all seem to be very conscientious about their work.

All staff were extremely helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. The facility is spacious and bright. It is well maintained.

When it became necessary to move my mom into assisted living. I was in tears at the prospect of having to do everything by myself. [name removed] the administrator at Windsor Manor saved my life that day. She walked me through every step of the way, assuring me that no question was too silly. She made everything so simple and my mom and I gained a loving and dedicated family from that day forward. I have never met more caring individuals than the staff at Windsor Manor. Their patience, kindness, and their willingness to go above and beyond daily is unlike anything I have ever experienced before. Windsor Manor is clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, and the staff and residents are closer to us than family. From the cleaners and cooks, to the handyman and nurses, to the excellent and creative Activities Director [name removed] , I have never heard anything but positive encouragement during our time here. We toured White Springs and immediately felt at ease with the sales director. She has been there since they opened and you can tell she loves what she does. She knows every resident and family member. My mom was very hesitant at first, but by the end of the tour, she was ready to move in. She moved in after the holidays and she is very happy. She loves sitting in the beautiful dining room and sharing a meal with new friends.

Friendly staff who are willing to work with multiple personalities. Room sizes are good. We have a roommate so they have various options.

I am the ex husband of the woman that was in there. Her daughter, also my daughter, was the person that handled the arrangements after our first visit to Spring Arbor. She had all good things to say about her mother's time there. She also stated that when it was time that Spring Arbor was where she would take her mother.

From the first visit to today, two months in residence, my sister has been treated very well, with respect, patience, and dignity. All staff members are very helpful to her and family members. Communication from the caregivers with family is excellent as well.

We love Spring Arbor & it seems to be the perfect fit for mom. The smaller sized facility plus wonderful caring staff have made for a great few months. Mom will never be "happy" not being in her own home but this makes more sense to her than independent apartment living did. And the place is kept exceptionally clean. Even to the point where the facilities guy came in to wipe mom's shower curtain down with Barkeepers Secret while I was there.

My mother in law received excellent care at Spring Arbor in Apex. We were impressed with everyone we encountered. The speech, occupational and physical therapists were also excellent. It was the right decision for us!!!

Windsor Manor staff feel like family. They get to know you on a personal level. They go above and beyond the expected, always. I would highly recommend them to others looking to place a loved one. Her time with Windsor Manor was not very long. The staff was extremely caring and helpful. Hospice came in and everyone worked together very well to help mom.

Wonderful care. Always ready to assist. Always smells clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The quality of the care services has been excellent. I could not do what they do. Great food, may need more vegetables and fruits at times. It is expensive, however they give much more hands on care than other places. Based on the experience we have had, we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

All are 5's. no place is perfect, but this is the best around for [name removed] and we would recommend them to other families based on the experience we have had.

The staff took feedback well and attempted to accommodate special requests etc. it's important that family be involved as staff was sometimes very slim.

I toured several assisted living places before taking my friend to see Dominion of Florence. She was surprised by how nice looking the place is. She moved in August. I have been most impressed with how well the staff seems to work together to resolve any issues, and to get answers to my questions. The interaction between the staff and the residents is what impressed me most when I was looking. It is obvious that kindness is high on their priority list. I didn’t expect 5 star dining, but I have eaten there several times and the food is fine. My friend doesn’t want to participate much in the activities, but oi have watched and the director is cheerful and encourages the residents to have fun.

Great staff and great communication. Calls when anything happens whether major or minor. Lots of activity and encourage all to participate. A variety of foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Would definitely recommend.
