Absolutely a 5! Spring Arbor is wonderful. We highly recommend it. We love and miss the staff there.

I have found the staff to be warm and loving and dedicated to making us all as comfortable as they can. The food is usually very good and you have a choice to eat what is on the menu for today or order off the menu. It is very clean here. There are lots of activities to get involved in if you choose! The key to being content is coming with the right attitude.

Love this place! Everyone is so friendly. They keep you well informed on any changes they make on the patient!

First of all, Dominion is more like homey feeling and design of building is very updated. Interiors are nice and the tenants get own private rooms. One negative is no insurance so each resident has to pay own money. It's not cheap but staff are very helpful. They also provide 3 meals a day and setting is like restaurant, cloth napkins and utensils. Even residents can make mess but they clean up so well. They have 24 hours caregivers or assistance.

Spring Arbor is a wonderful, clean and cheerful environment that feels like home. However, the kindness and excellent communication from staff is what makes it a great option when family members start to need more help.

The staff here go above and beyond to ensure residents are enjoying life and well taken care of. And I have never seen it anything less than pristine. When I am visiting I always see several moments between staff and residents that warm my heart. The Director of Activities, [name removed], also takes time to make sure the residents get out and have fun! I love it here and feel grateful to have found it.

I have other family members in assisted living centers and all family that visit mom say the same thing. Everyone here is so helpful, pleasant, talkative, smiling and my mom cant say enough about the care, compassion, therapy and community she has had at Spring Arbor! The leadership has been phenomenal in helping navigate the complexities of my mom’s diagnosis and have been supportive not only of her but of me as an only child who has always been extremely close to my single parent mom. I know that my God put Spring Arbor in my path and can’t thank Him or them enough!

I appreciated the help of staff to answer questions about the facility and the options available. My grandmother has appeared to have settle in well and has already enjoyed some of the facilities planned activities and events, which is a huge improvement from her prior activity level. This was a very difficult, but needed decision for my family to make. I am thankful for the information provided by [name removed] and the help in the transition during this process.

I would definitely recommend to others and have already done that. The staff is very caring. Like the smaller environment and the activities they provide.

My visit to Spring Arbor of Kinston introduced me to welcoming and knowledgeable staff, a clean building, and friendly residents. The staff are committed to meeting the needs of loved ones and families with expert care. Leadership believes in caring for the residents as if they are one’s own family!

We truly love the staff and how they care for mom. The facility is clean and doesn't have that smell that is sometimes found in ALFs. The staff try to get to know not only the residents but the family members as well.

The staff are friendly. They know my name when I visit and are super happy to see me. They help me whenever I have a question or need information. The activities are fun to be apart of and the facility is well kept.

A lot of the staff has many years of experience in the field and have worked at Alto for many years. It says a lot about the facility that it's not a revolving door for staff. Staff want to stay there. It's family there. The ratio of staff to residents is great and the staff are highly educated and certified.

The only person I remember at The Canopy was [name removed] and she was great. My mom never got to move in because she had a fall at home, and ended up in a nursing home. The staff and facility was very nice and I recommend them to anyone wanting a great home.

Spring Arbor of Cary was such a clean and inviting community as soon as I walked in the front door! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There were also residents engaged in a music program in the living room and were happy!

I enjoy living here. I like the activities and being able to walk the walking trail around our community. I enjoy bible study and the friends I’ve made here. I would recommend Spring Arbor of kinston to my friends!

The people that hold a position here and I like them very much! I enjoy activities and I love meeting new residents and helping them move in and adjust to our home! I love the friends I have made here.

Even before we moved my Grandmother, the staff was very compassionate and eager to assist with all of my MANY questions. They never seemed bothered by my never ending questions. They made this transition pleasant and family oriented. I highly recommend them to anyone looking a family like atmosphere for their loved one. From the administration to the custodians, everyone is so kind and understanding!

This a wonder place to find your next chapter in life. Their team is always warm and approachable. I can not say enough wonderful things about this community of love who has a senior focus mindset who always puts their needs first.
