Spring Arbor Senior Living

I really liked this facility. [name removed ]took a lot of time to walk me around the building and the location is beautiful. The pricing model is more "inclusive" and doesn't nickel and dime you. Haven't made a decision yet, but this is at the top of my list for now.

Very clean, beautiful common area and bright colors!! Staff very friendly and helpful. Facility very attractive inside and outside!! Several room options!! Activity calendar full of of opportunities for everyone. Rates were more affordable with more services included in basic fee with more services available in several other levels. Most of the residents walked with a cane or walker, which was more appealing for my mother to “fit in instead of standing out”. Very impressed with facilities and services!!

Spring Arbor is exactly what we are looking for. This community was welcoming and warm from the moment I arrived. Tastefully decorated, open and inviting, Spring Arbor has a very home-life feel and I felt confident about the care the residents receive here. [name removed] gave me a tour of the facility and listened to my situation with compassion and expertise. I saw staff interacting with residents in a courteous and professional manner and overall, the staff seemed happy. Every employee I met had a smile or friendly greeting and it was very reassuring to see the manner in which the employees carried themselves and addressed the residents. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern with special touches to add a home-like feel.

Entire facility is bright and cheerful with private rooms and helpful attendants. We have chosen this senior living option for the senior who we represent. We believe it will be a good place to be assisted in later years.

[Removed] were a great help and source of advice during my visit today. Waterstone is a new AL community in a great location. Their Memory Care area is beautifully set up and the activities calendar is evolving to encompass a lot of diversified activities. Waterstone definitely stays on the list of possible placement for my Mother.

My mother has been living at Spring Arbor for about a month now, and we are really happy with it. The people who work there are so caring, helpful, and accommodating. They are very good at following up with us and keeping us updated on my mother’s care. The place is very clean. I’ve talked about how clean it is there when we’ve visited. I also like that the community is so active. Once, when I was there, a group of women were in the activity doing chair exercises with 40s music playing. Every one of them was so engaged and happy. They also have outings, and other activities. There’s a beauty salon, girls who visit to do everyone’s nails, and students from the university come to work with the residents as well. Spring Arbor is great, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

[Removed] was very helpful in providing me information. SA was quiet and appeared well-kept up.

Will return to leave our deposit today. Clean and beautiful. Excited over how active everyone is..more like an independent community but care is available. Staff are all smiles and "how can I help you".

We toured this community due to the great staff and the environment that we wanted for my mom's care. The menu of the meals that are provided would be appealing for what my mom wanted. They have activities for her to participate. The community is clean and nice for her to enjoy. They did not have a room available in my mom's choice at the time. We would highly recommend this community for care for a loved one.

We toured this community for the care that my husband needed .We were very happy with the staff who were understanding. The community has a nice menu and they offer a list of activities that would have been helpful to his needs. This was not the environment that my husband would be comfortable with. We would suggest tour options of care

I like this community for care. We know that the staff is attentive the menu is nice and they offer a lot of variety for healthy meals. The activities are offered to him. This community is wonderful. It is brand new so everything is sparkling and new and looks wonderful. The community is decorated lovely and the grounds are wonderful so pretty. The staff is amazing so energetic and friendly. My sister is more active than in the past she is going out to lunch and going on day outings and doing activities on the community property we couldn't be happier. The food is wonderful very tasty. I can't say how grateful we are that we had this community to place my sister in.

I am very familiar with this community as my mother had been here, and I felt my sister-in-law would have fit in well. The staffs first priority is making sure their residents are taken care of. There were lots of great Amenities and it is a beautiful place. My sister-in-law felt that she would be better at another community closer to the family. I would definitely recommend this community to everyone.

We toured this community. We liked the staff who were helpful. We did not like the lay out of the community. We like the atmosphere with the other residents. We would recommend the care and value of this community to other families.
