Spring Arbor Senior Living

Dominion Senior Living of Sevierville is a very clean community. What I like the most about the this community is that they take patients out to eat and have various different activities going on throughout the week.

Dominion Senior Living community has been a really positive experience. What we like the most about the community is that the staff are very caring and passionate and that has been great. Based on our experience, we would recommend this community to other families.

My loved one is currently a resident at Spring Arbor of Frederick. This place is outstanding. The staff are very attentive to those living there. It's heartwarming to see them interact with the people living there. The receptionist that greets me to check me into my loved one's area is always professional. Always friendly. Different people, but all are wonderful. She reminds me to check my loved one's mail. At he beginning of the month, she always asks if I need a new activities calendar for that month. Super helpful. The place is always clean and always smells nice. Like you are in someone's home. The move in process was simple. They gave me a date to bring the stuff to set up my loved one's room and they had plenty of carts available. There is a phone that the head supervisor on duty carries. On the occasion that I need to call or text, they are very good about getting back to me ASAP. Communication with the family is very good. Our experience so far has been all positive, so I would definitely recommend Spring Arbor of Frederick to anyone looking for a place.

We toured Rosewood Village at Hollymead during our search for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. This facility is beautiful. I would have chosen this facility instead, but the other facility that we were considering was all inclusive and I liked that. Ultimately, we decided to go with the other facility that had all inclusive pricing.

My loved one had a very good experience at Spring Arbor of Wilmington. My loved one was here for a Respite stay. I was very thankful that they were able to offer Respite care. The staff was very friendly. It was very very sweet that they brought out the red carpet for a wonderful welcome on her arrival. My loved one is a bit of a picky eater, so it is hard to please everyone with food. I can't say enough about [name removed], the Director and [name removed]. They are wonderful, caring people! I would recommend Spring Arbor of Wilmington to others.

I would recommend it. There are some really wonderful staff members there who have been just wonderful so far. They have an all inclusive fee and is assisted living and memory care combined. I didn't feel like we were going to get nickel and dimed to death. Also I wasn't sure where mom would fall - assisted living or memory care status so it just made sense. She ended up being more of a memory care resident than I thought she would be.

The other place, went out of their way and made a companion suite to make room at a lower cost. I was very impressed with the place.

Making the decision to move our mother from her private home to assisted living was not easy for her or her family. We had discussed the options available knowing the day might come that she could benefit from senior independent living with the option for different levels of care if/when needed. Windsor has been a perfect fit. Mom lives independently in her apartment but loves the group meals and activities. She enjoys the homelike environment and the staff are truly angels. They welcomed her with open arms and continue to treat her with kindness and respect. Knowing mom is safe and happy has given her family a sense of peace. Windsor Manor is an example of how Senior Living care should be provided.

The staff and management were all excellent. I can't say enough good things about how they welcomed us and the care of my brother received while he was there. It was very impressive.

My father has been a resident at Dominion of Florence for about 10 months. The entire staff has treated him unbelivebaly well, being very attentive and caring. He at times can be cantankerous, but the aids and the nurses always seem to be able to calm him down. He is 94 years old and needs assistance in various ways and they are always there to help him. Some of the staff have even prayed for my father in person, when he is struggling or has fallen. The entire staff treats our family as if we are their family. I / we would highly recommend Dominion of Florence to anyone who is in need of a care facility of this nature.

We have been on the waiting list for the Spring Arbor Memory Care Cottage and finally received the call. It was definitely worth the wait. What a welcome! They had a welcome sign with balloons at the front door with moms name on it and fresh flowers with a welcome card in her room. The staff made us feel so welcome and the residents all came over to meet mom and show her around. Mom is so happy here. It is worth the wait to get on the waiting list.

It is a beautiful facility and the staff know my dad by name and always greet me when I visit. I am still learning names. They always take time to answer any questions I have. I try to visit at different times of the day and they seem to be pretty consistent.

Overall Spring Arbor of Greenville is a great place for your loved ones and based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend the community to other families.

5 across the board! The place was amazing and the people there even better than that. The facility looks like something you would only see in a movie, a fancy one. Really breathtaking on first visit. But once you get to know the staff, the facility, while still impressive, is not the best part. The staff is. From admin, to medical, finance, all of them . The ladies on the floor were caring, energetic, and really put their hearts into the seniors. They treat the families just as well. Always felt welcome and comfortable. Dads last few days were as if we had a lot more family with him than just my me, my brother, and a very dear aunt.

The other residents were very accepting of new residents and inclusive of new neighbors. There is a wide range of ability but they did not stop other residents of being nice and helping with questions. The staff at the time my mother was a resident were extremely helpful, kind and loving towards my mom and myself. They offered suggestions to help keep my mom safe as her health declined. The staff was supportive of me as a caretaker and showed concern toward me as well as my mom.

The facility at Dominion of Anderson is new and well maintained. Staff is very visible and engaged. Care staff is respectful, courteous and helpful. Well organized and friendly.

When I first walked into Dominion of Florence, it looked like a resort. Not only were the staff members smiling and saying hello, but the RESIDENTS were doing the same! There is great communication with the family. I am greeted by name by the Executive Director. I highly recommend this facility to others. I am so happy with the choice that we made for my Dad.

Our dad came to Spring Arbor after an unexpected medical event. He was at another facility and it was very stressful to handle. “A Place for Mom” sent a referral for Spring Arbor and our experience has been very peaceful. The staff here has been very helpful during this period in our lives. They are constantly looking out for our dad and making sure he gets what he needs. Spring Arbor of Kinston has welcomed our dad and our family with open arms and we are thankful for the care they provide. They love our dad and all of the residents.

We picked this community because it was clean, bright, happy, visible and engaging staff, and close to home. It's really nice. It's bright, happy, calm, and engaging. I would recommend to other families.

We toured Hearthside Senior Living at Collierville when searching for Assisted Living for my mother. This facility was our first choice, but they didn't have any openings. It was very affordable. Everything seemed great at this facility!
