What a blessing to have found such a wonderful place for my mom. I am so grateful. She receives the best of care yet has her apartment for her space. Everyone is truly amazing and passionate about their work there. Thank you to everyone at Spring Arbor in Winchester.

We chose Spring Arbor of Apex due to the availability and the value for the money. The staff has been great and very caring.

[name removed] mental condition changes from moment to moment. She can make a clear sentence followed by sounds I cannot understand. One minute she doesn't know me and the next minute she can call me by name. All of the staff seem to be excellent translators, they can discern what she is trying to say or request. They do have outings-Sometimes she wants to go and sometimes not. They have chair exercises every day about 4. One staff member told me she is the happiest when she is giving another resident Something. I buy single wrapped chocolates about once a month and this employee carries the chocolates and lets her give a piece of chocolate after they finish the chair exercises and go to dinner. Many times she cries when I start to leave and the employee will say in an excited tone "Hey [name removed]! Guess what you get to do after exercises? You get to hand out candy!" This distracts her and she becomes content. The executive director sees her daily as far as I know and he can tell me how she reacts to him or maybe something she had told him. Every 3 months I am called to have a personal evaluation as to her status--noting any changes in her condition. I take her to her dentist and to her cardiologist. This is a facility that is caring and patient with the residents. The chef makes very healthy and attractive meals.

The staff at Alto Grayslake are very friendly and helpful. The move in process was easy. Housekeeping was good. They cleaned the rooms once a week and laundry is done once a week. Daily activities including bingo, games, special events that includes family. The food is very good. They post daily lunch and dinner items, but you can also order off of a menu. I would definitely recommend Alto Grayslake to anyone looking for an assisted living arrangement!

The staff at Dominion of Florence are helpful, patient and kind. The housekeeping is efficient. Communication with the family is good. The move in process was smooth. The meals are of good quality. The facility is gorgeous. Our loved one is very happy.

Spring Arbor was awesome. Especially the day crew. I felt their hairstylist was too expensive and the good mediocre but I believe the staff tried hard to make it a good experience. They also had good sanitation scores and kept the place clean.

Spring Arbor of Winchester is a great place! [name removed] was awesome. As were all staff... I highly recommend the facility to others.

We believe we found the ideal assisted living facility at Crane's View Lodge for our mother with mild to moderate dementia. The staff is universally caring and attentive. The residents living there are also very nice. The services are al a carte allowing personalization for each resident's needs, such as bathing assistance or taking medication. The five stacked floors are actually easier to navigate than some of the sprawling one-story buildings we visited. The private apartments are well laid out and spacious. Housekeeping and laundry is done on a regular schedule. There are several communal spaces, so the experiences seem varied. And there are always activities scheduled throughout each day, including many special seasonal gatherings. The dining room is very nice and the waitstaff is responsive to the resident’s special requests. There are a lot of choices for meal selection all day, including a special for each meal. My mom has no complaints about the food, which is what’s important. Visiting guests may join residents for meals for a modest fee. There is an in-house Salon and Physical Therapy Room for outside professionals to seamlessly offer services to residents. The entire building is on a cable system, which means TV is included in the fee and probably works very well for most people. The only issue is that there is no DVR, so non-live viewing would need to be done through streaming devices. Same with WiFi, it's included and seems robust enough for most things. The only small issue is that it doesn't integrate perfectly with Jubilee TV, which I use to remotely control my Mom's TV. I would highly recommend Crane’s View Lodge.

[name removed] is very friendly and informative. Nurses [name removed] on 4th floor are very caring with the residents. The rooms in memory care are just the right size! They have great amenities offered as well.

The staff has been very attentive to my mother's needs. They have made every effort to make her comfortable and feel at ease. We are able to communicate with them on a regular basis to inquire about my mother's health and we'll being. The whole family is satisfied with the care she is receiving.

Dominion Senior Living is an excellent facility. Your loved one will be well taken care of by them. [name removed] and her staff are loving and caring people. You will be more than satisfied! I highly recommend this facility.

Five on everything although the cost is expensive but I suppose it is everywhere. There were some extra charges there that we probably shouldn't have had to pay because my brother passed away after being there only two weeks. Community fees, move-in fees, etc. But we were so grateful to them that we didn't. The staff went far above and beyond to take care of my brother for the short time he was there. I was extremely impressed. He's never been shown such kindness.

What our family likes the most about the Canopy at Walden Woods is how they took the time to talk to me whenever I needed some answers. Their staff team is also very friendly. Based on the experience we have had so far, I would recommend this community to other families who may need their services.

The staff is very kind and knows how to gently handle my loved one. When I call, they always take my call or call me back when they say they will. I would recommend this facility to any one. The food is good and dietary needs are met. My mom looks forward to the activities, entertainment and sing along's. The facility is clean and they have taken action to correct and arrange her room for her safety needs.

After all I have been through I would say pay attention to everything. The medical profession is a scam. When you find someone who cares keep them. They are all out for the money from the insurance companies to the doctors. The physicians assistant at Dominion was a keeper she was great. So was hospice.

The facility is clean and well maintained. staff are very friendly. The value for what is provided is great! We are sharing a room, so there is very limited space available. They offer doctor visits and PT on-site. I would recommend Spring Arbor of Rocky Mount to others looking.

Mom feels at home at Alto. We enjoy visiting her there. It's a very warm & welcoming atmosphere. Mom really enjoys the socializing. I'm happy for her and relieved to have such a caring team around her especislly after I was her primary caregiver for 4.5 years in her home. Couldn't be more pleased with Alto and the staff.

The staff at Rosewood Village Greenbrier are helpful, creative in problem solving, and attentive to the residents. Communication with the family is better in person rather than via email or phone. I would absolutely recommend them to someone looking for memory care.

I am thankful for the love, care & support shown to my father and our family at this stage in life. It means a lot to know he is taken care of when I can't be there.

They were great and I would recommend them. I chose it because of location and so glad I did. Thanks for all your help finding a place when we needed it.
