Spring Arbor Senior Living

They do a great job. It's good value for the money. They take good care of my loved, and treat with them with respect. I picked this community, because It was close to where I live. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

They have been absolutely wonderful to us. They provide a clear explanation of rules and regulations. It's a friendly atmosphere. They have an inclusive staff that pulls you in and tries to get you involved under difficult circumstances. Their rehab care is excellent. They serve nice meals. Their pricing might be among the higher end, but they provide some of the best care. I think people can find a wonderful home here.

When my family members and I visited SAORM last month, we felt truly welcomed througout our visit. All of the staff members, especially in the kitchen (btw, the food was absolutely delicious), were genuinely kind. In addition, [name removed] in particular, did an awesome job of giving us the opportunity to ask questions and converse, without making us feel overwhelmed or pressured.

I have the following to say about Spring Arbor. 1.The Sales Representative is a true professional. 2.The entire memory care staff is phenomenal. 3.The Chef is outstanding. Spring Arbor keep up the great service. There is a Blessing from God when you take care of our Seniors. Thank you!

Everybody, from the administration to the care staff (aides and nurses), was very caring with all of the residents, and not just my husband. All the residents I saw seemed happy and well cared for. I was very impressed with how much the staff truly seemed to care about the people they were taking care of in the memory care unit. And the food was very good as well.

The staff are attentive and accommodating and are able to handle our loved ones care and for that we would recommend them to other families.

Staff is always very friendly. My loved one is always saying she is happy here.

My family and I have loved this place since day one. It feels like home away from home for my loved one. <y loved one had tp be away for a while, but to God be the Glory, she is back and we are one happy family. There is no place like home.

Right when you walk into the community the staff members are all very friendly and are more then willing to answer any questions. Even if the staff are busy and a family member or residents needs assistance they will stop what they are doing so they are very attentive. The community is very clean and always smells fresh. We see plenty of different activities going on. Based on our experience we have already recommend Wickshire Creeks to other families and we will continue to do so.

Resident assistants are excellent. They take pride in making sure mom is well taken care of. Their service is amazing. They have menu activities for residents including bingo. Residents receive impeccable care here.

Spring Arbor is a great place to be. Staff is always friendly. It’s a very welcoming place for all who entered. Food is great and housekeeping is impeccable. Anyone would be blessed to be a resident at spring arbor.

Staff has been friendly. They have activities and outings planned. They take pictures and you can see your family members doing activities on Facebook. A calendar is also mailed so family members can see what is scheduled and participate if they want. It's always clean. Our family has been very pleased with Clover Hill. We actually have a family friend who has been at the facility a couple of years longer than my mom. They were also happy with the care that was also helped reassure she was going to get the care she deserves

My mother has been in three different assisted living arrangements and Spring Arbor is by far the best place she has ever been. The manager is [name removed]. She and her whole staff are the best. They were especially heroic all through the Covid pandemic. Food is very good also. Let them know and you can dine with your loved one. Highly recommend Spring Arbor!

We toured with The Piper and the tour itself was great. We were looking at another facility and just felt that the value for the money was much better.

We chose Spring Arbor of Frederick because the location was very convenient to my aunts friends and social group and also the fact that the facility is all on one floor. She has some dementia and the building is easy to navigate. The staff have been very responsive and easy to work with. I would recommend this community to others looking.

The community feels like family now. The staff are good at keeping the family in the loop on our loved one's care. The staff are flexible in meeting with the family and our requests. They have gone out of their way to accommodate and make my loved one feel safe and comfortable. This has given me peace knowing my loved one is well cared for. There are three meals a day served to the residents, and there are opportunities to have seconds. The dining staff will go out of their way to make sure my loved one has something they like to eat.

My loved one loves the community. The interaction with the staff is wonderful. We picked this community because, it was moms favorite. it was a newer facility, which is three years old, and another family member lives there. They are very responsive to families and residents.

The main reason we chose The Piper was because it's 10 minutes from my home. They do have housekeeping and It is very clean and well maintained. Lots of activities but unfortunately my mother is not being very social but they keep trying to get her to participate. The first month is definitely an adjustment period for all, we've had some issues but all have been resolved and yes I would definitely recommend The Piper for assisted living.

It was a good place. I think my loved one was a little too advanced with his dementia though. But otherwise, for the other people there who were more independent and mobile, it was a great place for them. The staff were great. They were very caring and eager to help out in any way they could.
