Spring Arbor Senior Living

I lived at Spring Arbor of Apex for a year. I moved because my health improved enough for me to be able to live in an independent living facility. Had that not happened I would still be living there. The staff was great and overall very efficient, the facility was clean and my room was nice. There were lots of activities which I enjoyed with the friends I made while living at Spring Arbor. The food / dining experience could have been better but they were improving that at the time I moved. I lived in the assisted living part of the facility but we often joined residents from memory care for activities and I had the chance many times to watch staff interact with memory care residents. They were attentive, compassionate and loving and I could tell the employees truly cared for each and every resident. I recommend you consider Spring Arbor of Apex if you, or your loved one, needs assisted living or memory care.

I toured this facility and it was wonderful! Very clean, staff was friendly, seemed like quality care was provided. The food was just ok.

My loved one just moved in here not long ago. The layout and everything is identical to the last facility she was at because it is owned by the same company. I have friends who have loved ones in this facility and they had nothing but positive things to say about it. So far everything is going great.

We chose Dominion Senior Living Sevierville because of the convenience to us and also just from what I had heard by word of mouth, it seemed to be a reputable place. The atmosphere and the staff were very pleasant and the facility layout was very nice and thought through. I liked everything I saw compared to others I have seen in the past. I would recommend Dominion to other families looking.

This was a good community and we liked the layout. There was no availability for my loved one at the time.

My loved one loves the food. They have a family room, where residents can watch TV. It was a slow procees, with getting my loved one moved in. It's a great place, and my loved one is doing much better than at previous facility. I picked because of the price, which was a big concern,, and it was a place where my loved one would be comfortable. It is the perfect place for your loved one. [name removed] from APFM was very helfpul.

We liked Dominion a lot. Our loved really enjoyed it during the time she was there. I appreciated that I didn't have to worry about her. She was very well taken care of. And I only wish we had gotten her there sooner.

I'm happy with the communication Waterstone gives me. If I haven't been to visit, I receive updates on how my loved one is doing. I feel like she is receiving quality care. It's an attractive community and is always clean and neat when I come to visit.

My loved one is happy here and my loved one is more calm and comfortable by being in the community. The staff communication is great with the family. I love the staff as they really seem to care and they make the care of the residents individualized for them. The community could improve the food by offering more variety and improving the taste for the residents. Also, it would be nice to make sure they are keeping track of the resident's preference when it comes to their meals.

We were very happy with the facility. It's attractive and very clean. The meals are ok, but some of the things that they serve are hard for people to chew, being elderly and not having good teeth. I think more options would be great. Everything I tasted was fine. I did hear complaints across the board about the sandwiches. No one ever ate them. The caregivers are well trained and good people. In my opinion, you will feel most successful here if you're involved. The staffing runs on 3 shifts and communication gets lost. They try, but staff is not always on the same page from shift to shift. Also, it was hard to get results and updates from the physicians assistants with check ups and visits with the residents. Across the board, communication was a big issue and I had to stay proactive and persistent to stay informed. However, they did treat us extremely well and they were very kind. We were there every single day and I will say overall, they did a very good job. Communication just needs major improvement. Cleaning of the rooms was adequate, not as good as I would do myself, but it was done good kept clean. Again, I would recommend them to friends and family, but would also encourage you to stay involved and proactive about knowing details about care.

My loved one feels like she's at home, and she has met some great people there. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the care has been very good.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a very nice experience, very nice community it was a solid 2nd choice but the location was just to far away.

Dietary makes everything from scratch for this dish and it's wonderful! One of my favorite meals. Banana pudding is always a favorite along with home made chicken and pastry. Dietary cares that everyone is happy with their meals and ask what our favorites are.

The southern food is the best! If the kitchen is not serving something that I like, they are accommodating and find me something that I want! However, I usually like what's on the menu. Breakfast is my favorite!

The Canopy at Boynton Ridge was a great place and we had a good experience. It was a new facility with absolutely beautiful views and all of the staff were extremely friendly.

My mom has been here for almost 2years with a Neurological Degenerative Disease(her mind is still great), she has no balance and other issues, but All the staff here are ABSOLUTE ROCKSTARS!!! Their genuine desire for the health (in all ways, socially etc) and care of the residents is AMAZING!! We looked at numerous places and NO other holds a candle to Spring Arbor!! From the activities that they modify to accommodate all, to the food and snacks and Just plain daily social interaction AS well as the safety and health of all residents and staff!!

I toured Spring Arbor of Greenville and they were very, very good. They had a very polite and very professional staff. Their activities were plentiful as well. We chose another community as it boiled down to cost, and Spring Arbor was the most expensive community out of all the places we toured.

I have been very happy with them. It's the perfect place for Pop, and I couldn't ask for better. I highly recommend Dominion as one of the best places in the area. I've heard nothing but good things about them from other people, and my experience has been just as good. The staff are very friendly and know everybody by name. The facility is clean, which is a big thing you don't find everywhere. And there are no smells whatsoever. If anything happens with Pop, they call me right away. They're very attentive.
