The kitchen knows what they’re doing, and it’s well kept. I love the food, and I can honestly say they take care of us.

Dominion is Amazing!!!! The Food is great. I feel like i am going to a 5-star restaurant for every meal. The Staff is wonderful. They treat us like family. I love everyone here and we are one big family. My favorite part is the activities. We are always going out on fun trips. I especially love our trips to Bush's for lunch and County Tonight Theater. I wish I had moved in sooner because I am enjoying every minute here.

A big shout out to the dining staff at Spring Arbor. Even during the toughest of times, you've kept our loved ones fed. During Covid this was especially challenging with service being completely in individual apartments but you did it three times a day, seven days a week and for that, I am forever grateful. I know my mom is one of the few to take breakfast in the dining room but it's something that makes her feel normal and she always speaks highly of the staff and their kindness. So a big thank you for your hard work, tireless dedication, and for looking out for those we love when we can't be there. You are greatly appreciated!

It's a very caring communit. They take time to learn, residents habits, likes and dislikes. They communicate very well with family. I am very pleased wiht the facility and staff. They are very welcoming to family involvement and it's an overall open community.

Our family had an in person and it was a great tour experience, all of the staff we dealt with at the time were great.

The place is great in every way. I could not ask for better anywhere. My mother-in-law loved it there. The community is filled with people who give and experience care and love. Experience life at the end of your life.

Our loved one loves the breakfast and lunch, we are starting to have a few issues with the evening meals but if there every is something our loved one does not like they will offer different options. He doesn't participate in much now but he does enjoy the balloon volleyball. From the very beginning we wanted our loved one here - the community is very open, airy, and has great big windows. It is very welcoming. The staff are very attention and they always pay attention to the residents. The nursing staff is great with taking care of their needs and making them feel comfortable, they are very on top of medication management

I am very happy with the care and facility at Spring Arbor of Crofton. they are always ready to lend a hand and assist the residents.

The treated us amazingly the short amount of time that we were here. It is a wonderful place and anytime my father had any problems at all the would call me right away. They got him to the hospital when he needed to be and he lived an extra couple of weeks because of it. They did a very good job with his care while he was here.

They were so caring and helpful when my brother had a stroke. They helped him transition from the rehabilitation facility to their facility smoothly.

This was a good community. My loved one wanted to be closer to their hometown in another state.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great tour we thought the gentlemen did a really good job, very straight forward with his information and did not give us the run around. What it boiled down to was price and we were just able to find a better bed somewhere else for a better price.

There is nothing to dislike about Spring Arbor. The staff are amazingly attentive, responsive to needs, friendly and qualified. They are really overall wonderful. There are some personal complications and difficulties with my loved one, but to no fault of the community or the staff. They know my face and I have their cell phone numbers, so I can easily contact them to verify information or check on things. There are certain things I've noticed that could be improved for the price you pay, like cleanliness, worn paint & rugs, door jams, etc. - but I am aware that they've brought in a new maintenance director & personnel, so there's hope that those things will be resolved soon. Overall I feel genuinely positive about the community.

They strive for complete honesty when it comes to the care of the residents when it comes to the family members. They are lacking when it comes to the temperature of the food and the choices seem to be repetitive at times. Overall I could not think of a better place for my mom and the people there truly care about the well being of my loved one and are there for her.

This was a beautiful community with nice staff. The community wouldn't allow food or beverage in the resident's rooms.

I love The Canopy. They help me with everything. It's so fun to live here!

This was a nice community. It was too far from family and this was the downfall.

Super impressed with this facility! As soon as I toured, I immediately reserved a room for my mother. I’m excited about my mothers new residency!!

I had checked many other communities before my loved one went here. I did not find the other communities to be as clean or as friendly with me as I found here at Wickshire. I was very particular with my choice, I would not put my husband in a place where I would not want to be myself and this place checked all of the boxes for the best community that I could find.
