Our first impression right away was the staff members, they are all very nice, personable, professional and very knowledgeable. The facility is always very clean, the price is high but if you are looking for a place for your loved one this is the place to be. We highly recommend this community.

Dominion Sr Living in Crossville has been the answer to a prayer for my brother and me. Our Dad needed to be somewhere after Mom died. He moved in January 2021 and has flourished! He loves the companionship of all his fellow residents! The staff is phenomenal and go well above what your would expect! I tell everyone how fabulous it is and would highly recommend to anyone needing memory care for a loved one! We are thrilled they are here for us in Crossville!

A relative has been residing at Dominion for over 5 years. It’s top notch for a memory center. Clean. Structured. Caring. Understanding. Compassion. Social activities and exercise are a big part of her daily lifestyle. I can’t imagine my aunt being anywhere else. Her quality of life improves all the time. They ALL take good care of her.

My decision to move to Dominion Senior Living was one of the best of my life. Living here has made my life complete. Each and every employee is an angel. The residents are friendly. We have a beautifully decorated and well kept building. The food is great and so much amazing entertainment. Services are terrific and everyone here makes a huge happy family. This is my forever home sweet home. Every day I thank God for being alive and healthy and then for Dominion Senior Living making my life so enjoyable and fulfilling.

This is an excellent senior living community. The staff is friendly and helpful. Most importantly, my loved one is comfortable and happy. My only complaint relates to Covid-19. Not all medical staff have been vaccinated. While I've expressed my concerns about this, I recognize their hands are somewhat tied by our state's backward approach to dealing with this issue. I would recommend this facility to anyone who can afford it.

This facility is wonderful, they take great care of my dad. Great staff and the facility is clean and beautiful.

They have an RN on staff. This is a nice community. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. Their service and friendliness stand out to me. Some of the activities available include theme weeks, movies, outside entertainment, and more for the residents to choose from.

Dominion is very professional, helpful, and has a great staff. They are very knowledgeable with Dementia care for the residents.

This community is really nice and new. Everything is very well maintained and the staff were very helpful when I was looking and moving in. Even now they know my name already and are very responsive even though my loved one has not been there long. I would recommend this community.

We chose Spring Arbor of Lessburg because when we went to toured it with my MIL, the staff members were all very engaging with the residents and were extremely friendly. The room sizes at the facility are very nice, she has a studio apartment and it is plenty of room for her. I would recommend to others looking

We had a great tour with Spring Arbor. The facility looked to be very nice it was just not the right fit for my mom.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a very nice place, but a little smaller. Everything in appearance looked really good. However we did do some homework ourselves and it did seem to have some issues. Also location is one of the biggest things for our and they were just a little to far away.

They are amazing here, he is going for the 3rd time this week for a stay. The staff are all very kind and they are the only place in the town that will do a week respite care, all of the other places we looked at required a month minimum. I like that it is a smaller facility so the care is more personalized. I would recommend to others looking.

We had a great tour with Spring Arbor. The facility is beautiful and had really pretty grounds. It was too big for my dads liking, but I would move there myself if it came down to it.

We liked this community a lot. This was our second choice, there was just another community that our loved one liked better.

Wickshire Creeks Crossing really a wonderful place, the staff treat the residents like family. Everybody seems to be enjoying themselves and the staff really work with you whenever possible. My husband really enjoys it here and I would highly recommend to others and already have. The offer a Veterans discount and I looked at a lot of places and this was definitely the best value for money

My loved one really likes it and is happy there. Other people we know who have had there loved ones there love it also. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for someone to care for their loved one.

I would tell others to seriously consider this community. The service is worth the money. This is a good place for care for your loved one. Some of the activities available are: cooking, painting, bingo, trivia, cocktail time, and more for the residents to choose from.

Sometimes it takes about a week for them to get back to me when I have an inquiry. I would say to go and visit and see what you think. The tour impressed me more than anything. We had been to a few other places and they don't even compare.
