Spring Arbor Senior Living

This feedback is based on one visit to Spring Arbor for a tour. My father, who is looking at assisted living options, chose to begin his search at Spring Arbor. My siblings, my father, and I were met at the entrance by Cathy, who hosted our visit. After a quick temperature check and answering a few questions to help determine if we posed a Covid risk to the residents Cathy led us to a conference-type room where she introduced us to the Spring Arbor community and its offerings. We found her to be very professional, well-informed, and able to relate to my father patiently, without being patronizing. She was thorough in answering all of our questions and in addressing our concerns. The areas of Spring Arbor we visited were nicely decorated and seemed to be very clean. A number of residents were out and about, and several were participating in a craft activity in the community room. Our initial impression of Spring Arbor is positive, especially as compared to two other assisted living facilities we toured several years ago. My father had planned to visit another facility before making a decision, but after seeing Spring Arbor he paid his application deposit.

We chose Spring Arbor because of the location to family and just the overall interaction with the staff during our tour. They went out of their way to make the move in transition easy. We get emails regularly and with covid they have been doing more frequent communication if anyone tests positive, so they are really on top of that. They also text me every now and them from staff with pictures or updates on my mom, they are very engaged from what I have seen. We haven't done much with the facility other than arms length transactions because of covid, but they have been wonderful and we have been very happy. I would recommend to others looking.

It is nice. My friend is happy here. The staff takes great care of the residents. There is a lot of freedom inside the community. Dominion Senior Living is spacious. The grounds are beautiful.

I would highly recommend the community. There has been no COVID cases here. The staff are prompt in answering the phone. They are quick to find answers for questions over my loved.

A very useful virtual tour. Saw an actual vacant room in the assisted living section - adequate space, good arrangement for kitchenette w/microwave & stove, bathroom. Saw the various activity/common areas - plenty of space for a variety of activities. Saw dining room and a sample menu. Facility all on one floor, lots of space to walk. Staff seem friendly, but taking good precautions to prevent COVID infection.

The community takes covid seriously but will go out of their way to be accommodating. They take the safety of the residence very seriously. The community is neat and clean and I would recommend this community to others

We were able to help my loved one fix their room up. Due to the pandemic we only had a brief period of time to see our loved one under controlled circumstance. The staff has been good at giving us instant and constant updates of our loved one. The welcoming of my loved one was amazing! You can tell they put their residents first.

The community went above and beyond to take care of our loved ones. The community had a good covid plan and did an amazing job keeping the residence safe. I would definitely recommend this community to others

It is absolutely a five star community, it is truly amazing and the staff is amazing. Our loved one always said he never wanted to be put into a senior care facility, but with this being a newer facility right when you walked it we knew this was the place. He has always been used to an upscale upbeat place, and this looked like a winter lodge in the mountains. The staff was phenomenal. He was on the memory care side and the rooms were amazing. It was like a hotel room with granite counter tops. The staff would eat with the residents during the meals time and they honestly became like family. They do so many things for their residents, they truly go above and beyond to make sure they are always doing something fun, and getting involved. This facility is where you feel you are walking into a five star resort.

We chose Spring Arbor of Crofton because of where it was located as well as it looked like a newer facility. My mother is in a 1 bedroom and we are very happy with the size of the room. The activities director is always engaging my mom to do activities and she has just been wonderful. We are very pleased with the knowledge and helpfulness from the staff members and would highly recommend this community.

The community is very clean, there are no fowls smells and the staff members are just so loving. They take the residents out for little joy rides which is one of the things our loved ones enjoys doing. They will even have a restaurant shut down, clean it really well and invited the residents inside to eat there. We were just so thrilled to have our dad there.

They have done a really good job. My loved one really likes the food and seems to enjoy it. It seems modern and up-to-date. Everyone seems to be caring at Dominion Senior Living of Richmond.

The rooms at this community are above average.

I have lived in this community for approximately 30 years. Great place to live.

Kept yourself alert to things, and on top of things. They were always on top of any issue I brought up. The staff turned out really communicating well but they were a little pricy. I felt secure with my dad being there. I would recommend this community to others.

We chose Rosewood Village because she needed assisted living and they specialized in that. It was also very attractive and the staff was very friendly. It appealed to my mom and she is the one chose it. The room sizes here are very generous, even though she is in a one bedroom, she has a nice large bathroom and a kitchenette galley and that is the smallest room that they have to choose from. Her favorite part about the community is the staff, they are very attentive with their 1 on 1 care especially with COVID. I would absolutely recommend.

The staff at Spring Arbor is fantastic! They are always friendly and take great care of the residents. My Mother has been there a few years and I never have to worry about her care. I would highly recommend Spring Arbor of Wilson!!

This facility has been wonderful for my husband. The staff is very caring and concerned. They are always kind and compassionate. I am thankful for the care they show for my loved one.
