Spring Arbor Senior Living

The community is always kept clean. The staff is very friendly. They call often and let us talk to my mother. My mother is not a big participator in the activities, but the ones they do offer seem very good. The food seems pretty good, and the few times I have eaten there it has been pretty good. If you can afford the higher price for the care, it is definitely worth it. We really do appreciate them!

They are very friendly and very attentive at Spring Arbor . They take good care of the residents. Mom likes the food. I had gotten a lot of positive recommendations for Spring Arbor from friends when I was looking for options for my mom.

All the places we have visited were outstanding but Spring Arbor of Frederick is the best. As with Chancellor's Village, I loved the Colonial Decor. It is pricey but like Chancellor's Village the Level of Care costs in Assisted Living are less than other facilities so if you believe it is slightly over your budget, you should pay a visit. What is most impressive is that members of the staff actually have placed their parents in the community and there is a great deal of staff longevity and low turnover. Both are excellent signs! Moreover, they also offer Memory Care on premises, so Aging in Place should be less of a hassle. Also, I encountered a couple of residents who were obviously mentally confused in Assisted Living (call it blissful confusion). That actually made me feel somewhat self assured as my father suffers a bit of vascular dementia as a result of his strokes and while I know Memory Care might/will become necessary down the road, it would appear that the staff is not "gung-ho," shall we say, to warehouse people and will strive to keep the residents independent as long as they are not a danger to themselves.

We were very pleased with Spring Arbor. It had many lovely public spaces. They will provide the care that my husband needs. Our search is over

We loved it. Our tour guide was warm, knowledgable, and showed a genuine interest in our story. She knew residents by name and showed pride and enthusiasum. It felt like a community. We loved the mailboxes next to each door and the size of the rooms.The facility was bright and tastefully decorated. We liked the different colored painted hallways and the common areas.

Excellent newly opened facility. Had that spic and span aura. Tour was nice but unable on this visit to discuss more details with sales representatives. Followed up later. Great soaking tub and spa few other facilities had. Worth serious consideration.

[Name removed] gave us a tour this afternoon and the facility is brand new and sparkling clean. The staff were all very friendly and residents were also very nice. The residents seemed to gel like a community. Rooms were beautiful, menu and common areas were also very nice.

Wonderful place! Love all the memory boxes at each residents doors! Everyone was very friendly.They have a great facility!

"The Very Best" After 2 homes and much distress with homes, we heard about Dominion. What a blessing they are!! Dad is doing so much better and so loved by staff as their own!! He is at peace and have given our family such peace. Thank you so very much!

My husband became a resident on 2/14/19. He was in a wheelchair, scared of other residents and combative; 4 months later, he is walking, enjoys the other residents and staff. He is happy, laughs a lot and it is all because of the loving care he receives from the staff. Thank you so much for such a loving community.

We are so thankful we found this community for our loved one. We had a bad experience in another community and took our time researching and selecting the right fit. They offer assisted living and memory care services. WE LOVE IT HERE!

Clean, bright and positive - the facilities when we first toured were very nice. There seems to be a positive vibe with things going on (quarter bingo, water ice man offering on a summer's night, "Camden Park" event at the premise, lectures and more). We brought Mom from Virginia and we found home. A place where she befriended fellow residents, nurtured by a caring and positive staff, good food and a family-like feel that you cannot buy. Mom (and we) are blessed. Mom is happy.

Spring Arbor was stunning. The community is just gorgeous. The residents we saw out and about all appeared to be happy and engaged in something. The units themselves were very nice and would work well for my mother. The price is at the high end of my range, but Spring Arbor will be one of my finalists.

Four months into the Spring Arbor experience has been a god send. This clean, smallish community is just that a community. The attendants are responsive, personable and positive. The facilities immaculate and there is something going on all the time. Special events like Camden Yards Day, a barbecue, etc are elaborate and cross the greater community with the Spring Arbor community. So very nice. In a nut shell, I know where I am going when my time comes.

I was so terrified when I had to place my husband in assisted living. However, he LOVES Ginter Hall South. I visit every day and many times during meals and activities. The staff is wonderful-from the janitor to the cleaning and food staff , activity director, marketing director and management, I could not ask for more! They are all 110% dedicated to the residents of Ginter Hall and very caring and attentive to both my husbands need but to ensure I am comfortable as well and informed of everything.

After two different homes with my Dad ,we finally heard of Dominion!! What a blessing!! My Dad is so well cared for and is loved by the staff as part of their own family. We are at peace with Dad being at his forever home. I just can't say enough about the wonderful staff that do such a great job all ways!!!! You have made a difference in my Dad's life and in ours, as we know how well he is cared for ad loved!!!! They do all kinds of activities, socials, beautiful courtyard and so much more!! If your having to face this hard decision, please let Dominion be the place!! Thank you [Name removed]
