This is the best selection we could have made for my father. My family only had 3 days to select a community and this was the top of our list. Spring Arbor is the cleanest, brand new, and the residents raved about this community during our tour. This spoke volumes to us. They have memory care side and independent side. They have activities for everyone in the community, including the memory care side. Just recently the community had a Halloween Parade, and it made the news. They have lots of activities for the residents. There has been no COVID cases in the community, all the staff tests have come back negative. The staff is wonderful with communication to the family with any questions, concerns, or updates about my dad. The community is currently owned by HH Hunt, and I recently received a letter in the mail with a possibility of selling the community.

Great facility! Caring staff filled with wonderful people, extremely nice, clean facilities, everyone is always ready and willing to assist residents and family with needs and requests.

This is the most wonderful place on earth! The staff and each and every employee is precious. We are always loved and cared for. All our needs are met. We're kept healthy and busy with activities. Fed like royalty and blessed to be among our other residents. This will always be my forever home sweet home and family!

We chose Spring Arbor because the cost was comparable to everybody else, the cleanliness and openness of the facility, the attention the staff gave immediately, and the activities provided. It is also a very homey environment My mom is extremely active here, they have a lot going on. She runs bingo and does the bible studies etc. My favorite part about the community was that when we could go in, it was enjoyable to have large rooms open for visitation, they were decorated beautifully. The staff members are always very accommodating as well. We have been very pleased and would absolutely recommend this facility.

My mother considers Dominion her home. She is well cared for and also loved. In this time of Covid 19, I can feel measures of comfort by knowing others love her too.

The community has not had any COVID cases at all. They have 65 staff and residents during this pandemic time. The community designed a way for the residents to eat together in the dining room during this time. The community does give military discounts. I would highly recommend this community. When I need to go into a community like this, I would want to go here. They have a new director and she is great. The cottage side is their memory care side, and they have their own director for this side. They are phenomenal with memory care. The staff does everything with a smile. They have another side that is more on the assisted living side. The activities include drives on the bus, happy hours, jazz music, art, and painting. They even send pictures to me of my loved one doing the activities. The activities director took my loved one for a walk, and my loved one asked if she would be his friend. The community had a senior living community week. They even had a casino night and other activities to entertain the residents. During the tour we had residents come up and tell us that our loved one would love it here. There were other residents to come up to us on the tour. The community is new and very clean. My mom is about ready to downsize and I have told her multiple times about this community.

The staff was great during the time my loved one was there. My loved one decided to participate doing puzzles. The community had several activities for residents to participate. I have no problem with putting a loved one in the community again. I would recommend you speak with [name removed]. The director came to see my loved one at the hospital, sent cards and even sent sympathy cards to the family. The director even would keep in contact with family members, and kept following up when my loved was in the hospital.

It is highly recommended this community. The number one priority is the health and happiness of the residents. They go out of their way to see to special needs. The community accepts a cat for my loved one. Due to COVID that are able to assist my loved one in feeding the cat, the staff is willing to assist with this activity. They even take the time to feed my loved one.

I am so very grateful for Spring Arbor in Greensboro. We had to find an assisted living residence that provides memory care for my aunt on extremely short notice.(less than 48 hours) I received a referral to Spring Arbor and [name removed]. We were absolutely blown away by the environment in the first five minutes of visiting. They made the move in process exceedingly simple and convenient. The staff and administration of Spring Arbor consistently delivered thoughtful feedback and exceptional care for my aunt. The programs that are available to the residents are top notch and engaging too. I was constantly kept updated on the care that was provided and it was so convenient to visit any time I wanted. As time progressed and my aunt needed additional care, the staff was top notch. They also work hand in glove with Hospice and over the last several months of my aunts life, she received amazing comfort, care and love. I appreciate the accommodations of the needs of my aunt and myself. Spring Arbor gave us a wonderful last four years with my aunt. They were a blessing.

I have nothing but good things to say about Rosewood Village at Hollymead Town Center. We chose this community because they are one of a kind. They go out of their way for everybody. The room sizes are very decent, especially for the cost. The food is terrific, they do have a chef that prepares the meals. They are also good about accommodating things if you don't like what is on the menu. My favorite part about the community would be how welcoming and caring all of the staff members are here. It is heartfelt and not fake.

I think the community is good. My even moved in my wife's loved one. My loved one has been at this community for about a year. The food is good for my loved one. The room has window, studio room with bathroom for my loved one.

I think that other families should know when looking into Spring Arbour of Crofton that I do not have one negative thing to say about this community. They have had top notch care, if my dad cant be with us, this is the place I want him to be. It is a very family oriented atmosphere and very different than any other places that we looked at. Since COVID, they are doing outside visits with the residents. My dad still drives so they are still letting him leave to come to our house occasionally. Since COVID, they have had such great protocols in place that nobody here has gotten it. I would absolutely recommend this facility.

We chose this community because they were able to give her a better price compared to other facilities we looked into, they were also close so the location. The room sizes are very nice and spacious. The food is pretty good, they have different meals everyday. I would want people to know that since we cant see them inside they do window visits with headsets during COVID, so that has been nice. I would recommend this facility.

We chose this community because we toured and met the staff. The staff members were all down to earth, friendly, and interacting with the residents. The residents were all active and participating in things as well. Everyone seemed content and happy. We really liked to see the connection the staff has with the residents. My moms room is plenty big for one person, she has a studio type layout. She also LOVES the food. There is a lot of variety and they have an awesome chef who prepares the meals. I would definitely recommend Spring Arbour of Leesburg.

Everything about this place is wonderful we are very happy. They offer a great variety of food for the residents to choose from. The overall layout is very nice, as well as the rooms they provide. For what you pay the value is extraordinary, the cleanliness and the staff are amazing. we have absolutely no complaints!

This community is kept very clean, it is a little more on the expensive side. The staff has taken very good care of my mother there, so far no residents have had COVID. The nursing staff are very caring people. They do their best with activities, and keeping them very engaged. The rooms are like apartment, she has a one bedroom with a little kitchen, a living room and bedroom. We have toured the Alzheimer unit and its absolutely beautiful, its open and and extremely lit up with natural lighting. The staff is very engaging with the residents and very caring

Every time I turned around, they were washing the floors, chairs, or other furniture. The community smelled fresh and they were always cleaning. The staff were all wonderful. They all knew my name and they felt like another family. Even on holidays, they were always happy and cheerful. They did seem to have a lot of activities available for the residents, however my mother didn't often participate. They had a lot of group activities available and held lots of holiday events.
