very nice building and staff, Food was good but did get worse, now its good again

When I met [name removed] here I felt very comfortable with her. Most of the staff members are Christians and that was very important to us. We visit about twice a week and the staff are all so attentive and are super friendly. The room sizes here are good. it is pricey but it is worth it because I know she is receiving good care. I would 100% recommend to others looking.

We chose Dominion of Frankfort because of the convenient location and compared to others we looked at, it was cleaner, staff were friendlier, and we felt we were getting optimum care for the amount of money. We could not ask for better care. It is a very homey like environment and I would definitely recommend to others looking.

We chose Spring Arbor because I was familiar with the facility. I had done volunteer work here and I was very impressed. It is a clean, smaller facility and I feel very comfortable with my mother being taken care of here. The room sizes are good for what she needs. The overall appearance, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff all looks great. I would absolutely recommend.

Wickshire is a good and beautiful place and we are very happy with our loved one being there. Everyone is very nice and they keep it extremely clean. Our loved one is hard of hearing and has a language barrier so sometimes there will be small confrontations, but the staff does a great job staying calm and respectful.

They have been wonderful to work with. We had to get our oved one in quickly, and they were willing to accommodate us with that. They were also willing to allow our move-in on a day that they don't usually allow move-ins. So they were very willing to work with us and help us out in any way that they could. We've had very positive interactions with the staff. They've been working diligently to get our loved one to take her medications and encouraging her to participate in activities, which they seem to offer a lot of. I would like for the staff to get back with us a little quicker when we call, but that could just be that we're anxious for an answer right away. The facility is newer, only about a couple of years old, so it's very up-to-date and modern. The décor reflects that, and the rooms are fresh and clean. I feel as though it also caters to the families. While we can't go in and visit now, at some point we'll be able to. And there are a lot of locations to sit and visit. They also have a lovely lobby area with a piano, which is great.

Dominion seems to be the best fit for my aunt at this time in her life.

The is a great facility and charming interior. The security was excellent and the cleanliness impeccable. They had many activities going on and the patrons involved. The menu was excellent and was offering many great choices.

They've been excellent so far, and I would definitely recommend them. It just depends on your loved one's specific wants and needs. One thing Spring Arbor has that I didn't see at other places we looked into is a music therapist who plays the grand piano several times a week. There's quite a crowd of people who like to come for those performances, and it's really nice. If the staff suspect a health issue, they contact my loved one's doctor and take the necessary actions. They stop by her room to take her to meals. They offer a lot of activities, although I would like to see more geared toward older residents. They offer scenic tours once a week, and they help my loved one sign up and then come and get her when it's time to go, which I thought was very nice. All the staff I've interacted with have been great. During the pandemic, it's been more difficult to visit. We're not able to sit outside with the other residents, but they've arranged an outside area where we can visit just the two of us, which I appreciate. And I feel like we're getting an excellent value.

I would tell others that it is the best community. I've looked at all the communities in the area, it is the best value and best care in the area. The staff and training make a good place. The atmosphere makes it feel like home for the residents and families. They get to know all about the residents and what they need. They are very understanding of each resident and family and how it relates. This allows each resident to feel love and to be comfortable within the community. I have had the pleasure to visit at different times of the day and see the entire staff in action. Regardless of the resident's level of ability the staff encourages the residents to participate in the activities offered. The food is standard, American fare. It is tailored to what the residents will eat. They do know what the residents prefer to eat. This allows the community to try to individualize the meals to each resident taste. They are opening two more memory care cottages. I'm excited to have the opportunity for my loved one move to a new cottage.

We had a virtual tour, where a person did a nice walkthrough so we could see pretty much everything in real time. It was a big facility, and I thought it looked clean and nice. They gave a lot of information. I was impressed with how concerned they were about the residents and the care they provide. The sales person was very positive with a lot of energy. They were a little more expensive and farther away. If not for those two things, they would have been in the running for sure.

They are very in tune with the residence. They are problem solvers and are responsive and open to feedback. The community is very neat and clean. They have outreach programs with the community as well. I would recommend this community to others to others based on my experience.

Spring Arbor has been great and she seems to be doing very well, they are taking great care of her and are very flexible and accommodating. We have nothing but good things to say about them. The facility itself is very nice and clean, the people are friendly, helpful, and concerned about their residents. They really go out of their way to try and encourage her to participate in the activities that they provide. We are very pleased with our experience and I would highly recommend them to others who are looking.

We chose Spring Arbor of Winchester because of recommendations from people who had experience with them and we thought it would be the best fit for my wife. I have no been in her room yet because of covid, so they are not opening that up until the 10th June. They have been really good with communication and I would definitely recommend them.

This is the place to be for your loved ones. The staff, cleanliness, friendliness all stand out. When you ask for something it is done in a timely manner. The way the staff treats the residents is great. The meals are well balanced for your loved one.

This was our first tour with an agency and it was IMPRESSIVE! the atmosphere of excellence, customer service of the employees, and the expression of JOY within the residents was a pleasure to see and experience. The Canopy has set the bar HIGH as we continue our search for "A Place for Mom" literally!

It is a very nice, warm place. The staff is wonderful and caring. It was a very friendly place. My loved one was here for a short amount of time. The staff was kind and generous with my loved one. Due to medical conditions we had to bring hospice in, and it made it so helpful for the end of life of my love one. The community supported me through this difficult time. I was totally pleased about this community especially seeing it sight unseen.
