Spring Arbor Senior Living

My father has been at Dominion for almost a year. The staff shows me the same love and respect as they do for him anytime I visit. I am happy he is taken care of at such a wonderful place.

My mom lived at Dominion Crossville for the past 2 years. We could not have been any happier with the loving care she received. The meals were delicious. Staff became like family to her and she really enjoyed the wide variety of activities that were offered daily. If you are looking for loving and safe place this is it.

I went with my friend to visit her mother, whom has severe Alzheimer, and was in AWE of this place. Certainly a step up from the one I visited my grandmother in in Cali.([language removed] out there for $$$$). There are activities and a very nice gathering room in her wing. The staff was busy but still very friendly with all the residents. It amazes me how friendly the workers are when they have so many to take care of, I'd be pulling my hair out.

My mother has been here for almost a year. They have been nothing short of a godsend!

My wife and I toured the community last week and were very impressed. The executive director took over an hour with us and was genuinely interested in helping us. We plan to secure our two bedroom apartment tomorrow!

My siblings and I were not impressed with this facility. The receptionists gave us a tour and lunch was being served and it smelled good and looked even better. We just didn't get that home feeling when we visited the Memory Care Unit.

I really liked this facility. [name removed ]took a lot of time to walk me around the building and the location is beautiful. The pricing model is more "inclusive" and doesn't nickel and dime you. Haven't made a decision yet, but this is at the top of my list for now.

Very clean, beautiful common area and bright colors!! Staff very friendly and helpful. Facility very attractive inside and outside!! Several room options!! Activity calendar full of of opportunities for everyone. Rates were more affordable with more services included in basic fee with more services available in several other levels. Most of the residents walked with a cane or walker, which was more appealing for my mother to “fit in instead of standing out”. Very impressed with facilities and services!!

This residence has been a blessing in the worst situation. [name removed] is clean, happy and so well adjusted. He is loved.

Love Dominion! The Staff is top-notch. The facility is beautiful and clean. No one could ask for a more caring group of people. Lots to do do also!

Dominion is a gem in a jewel box. Elegance of décor, the variety of activities, the general helpfulness of staff and the observable happiness of the residents we met on the tour indicate a facility that is managed with the goal of creating a perfect home for an elderly resident. [name removed] gave us a memorable tour. She spoke to individual residents by their name and demonstrated a deep caring not only for the position she holds but for the welfare of the residents at Dominion.

I live in another state but my mother is a resident of this facility and I just returned from visiting her at Dominion for two weeks. I was there every day at all different times of the day and most days all day long into the late afternoon, so I had ample opportunity to observe the staff at all times of the day and all the other residents. This memory care facility is the best I have ever seen. I do volunteer work in assisted living places and the staff at Dominion in Sevierville was the best I have ever observed. They exhibited that they truly care about the residents and their compassion for these precious people was obvious. Also the residents seemed for the most part content and the facility constantly arranges all kinds of activities and entertainment for them. There are things going on every day to keep the residents engaged. The place is beautiful and very clean. The price is all inclusive and does not have additional charges for levels of care which most seem to do which adds to the cost. Also, the residents have access to the whole facility which is unlike most assisted living where the memory care patients are separated into a different area which to me is almost like a prison.

Spring Arbor is exactly what we are looking for. This community was welcoming and warm from the moment I arrived. Tastefully decorated, open and inviting, Spring Arbor has a very home-life feel and I felt confident about the care the residents receive here. [name removed] gave me a tour of the facility and listened to my situation with compassion and expertise. I saw staff interacting with residents in a courteous and professional manner and overall, the staff seemed happy. Every employee I met had a smile or friendly greeting and it was very reassuring to see the manner in which the employees carried themselves and addressed the residents. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern with special touches to add a home-like feel.

Entire facility is bright and cheerful with private rooms and helpful attendants. We have chosen this senior living option for the senior who we represent. We believe it will be a good place to be assisted in later years.

3 locations, 1 is 5 minutes away, another is 15 minutes away. The closer one is currently full but the further one has openings. They have assisted living and dementia care but no nursing care. The one I saw is the closer one and the remainder of my notes will be about that facility. Pricing is the same at both. Nursing home / rehab care is available across the street. Nurse on staff 24 hrs/day. No community fee. Monthly lease ranges from $3950 for a studio with kitchenette to $5700 for a large 1 bedroom with a kitchenette. Additional fees include $310/month for medication and either $560 or $1120/month for care. PT and OT is onsite as is a beauty salon. No pedicures but a podiatrist visits.Very friendly staff! Good with the residents! They currently have 42 assisted living and 20 memory care. Expanding to add 10 assisted and 10 memory care units. Spoke with [Removed]. VERY nice and helpful. HONEST!

[Removed] were a great help and source of advice during my visit today. Waterstone is a new AL community in a great location. Their Memory Care area is beautifully set up and the activities calendar is evolving to encompass a lot of diversified activities. Waterstone definitely stays on the list of possible placement for my Mother.
